上星期夜晚去咗銅鑼灣龍點心食點心。呢間係新派嘅點心店,鍾意食點心嘅我一定要嚟。食店裝修好有特色,以橙色和綠色為主。門口有一些香港情懷嘅小禮品賣。,入面座位坐得舒服,有梳化位同卡位。呢間係點心專門店,所以有好多點心選擇。我哋叫咗,期間限定的港原味2.0燒賣拼盤,有六粒唔同口味嘅燒賣。芫荽馬碲燒賣、香辣雞軟骨燒賣、蘇薑馬友鹹魚燒賣、XO醬帶子燒賣、梅菜扣肉燒賣、大澳蝦醬墨魚燒賣。肉鬆馬拉糕,馬拉糕上舖滿肉鬆,呢個配搭好特別,味道好夾,幾好味,有驚喜。白灼蘭花苔,芥蘭熟度啱啱好,佢個豉油汁好味。翡翠響鈴腸粉,綠色的腸粉皮入面包住響鈴,好特別,顏色賣相都好靚。咬落去脆脆嘅口感,外軟內脆。斑蘭麻蓉桃子,壽包細細粒,好得意。佢同平時傳統嘅壽包唔同,平時係蓮蓉餡,佢呢個係斑蘭餡,好有斑蘭味。 第一次食斑蘭味嘅壽包,好特別!鰻魚荷葉飯,鰻魚份量多,肉質好味。飯入面淋咗些醬汁,好濃郁,令到荷葉飯更加好味。南北杏菜膽燉豬肺,湯好清甜,好足料。呢個湯有清熱潤肺止咳化痰的療效。呢間嘅點心好有特色同創意,食物都好味。去得多傳統嘅酒樓飲茶,不妨可以嚟呢度試吓。 continue reading
