今日去咗銅鑼灣一間叫「龍點心」嘅餐廳食新式點心,餐廳嘅裝修好有心思,採用懷舊茶樓嘅傳統特色去做裝修嘅主題,環境乾淨企理,而且餐廳門口有售賣香港特色嘅食物,例如大地魚粉、油浸馬友、蝦醬等等,充滿香港情懷。🍊 港原味2.0燒賣拼盤點心全部都係即叫即蒸,一籠可以試哂6種唔同味道嘅特色燒賣,全部配搭都好有心思,而且唔同顏色嘅燒賣皮都好靚,包括梅菜扣肉燒賣、大澳蝦醬墨魚燒賣、蘇薑馬友鹹魚燒賣、香辣雞軟骨燒賣、芫荽馬蹄燒賣同XO醬帶子燒賣,我最鍾意係大澳蝦醬墨魚燒賣,食落十分惹味🍊 原隻紅燒乳鴿呢隻紅燒乳鴿真係必嗌,乳鴿皮好薄身同燒到卜卜脆,乳鴿肉非常嫩滑,一啖咬落去入面滴晒油,真係好推介大家去試,每兩位只限用超值價$32.8叫一隻,性價比極高🍊 龍餃子一籠可以試晒四款唔同嘅餃子,餃子皮嘅顏色非常鮮艷,包括筍尖蝦餃皇、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、酸菜魚鳳眼餃同松露野菌晶瑩餃,松露野菌餃嘅菇菌味好濃郁,而蝦餃皇亦都皮薄餡靚🍊 脆脆富貴紅米腸粉紅米腸粉嘅表面係紅色嘅腸粉皮,中間夾住一層一層非常脆口嘅炸粉,內裏係口感彈牙嘅蝦滑,一啖咬落去口感層次非常豐富,表面灑上一層沙律醬,鍾意濃味嘅朋友仲可以點埋豉油、麻醬、甜酸醬🍊 陳皮醬龍躉球蒸陳村粉龍躉肉喺啖啖肉,食落去完全冇骨,魚肉煮得好腍身,而且用味道濃郁嘅陳皮醬去調味,配上清淡嘅陳村粉真係好夾,而且陳村粉加入豉油去蒸令到表面好滑身🍊 章魚肉餅飯蒸肉餅飯嘅份量好大好足夠,肉餅嘅厚度適中,章魚粒係炒香咗之後再放喺肉餅上面,而唔係混入喺肉餅之中,章魚粒食落去非常香口惹味,肉餅同飯一齊食好有屋企嘅味道📍銅鑼灣波斯富街24-30號寶漢大廈2樓位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊 continue reading
