今日同朋友嚟佐敦飲茶,揀咗去呢間龍江試試,貪佢睇落夠舊式。不過其實入到入面佢個點心紙都幾新式設計,同埋茶係已經用保溫水壺沖好咗,無得用茶壺沖茶,亦都無得揀飲咩茶。唔緊要啦,個茶都夠味好飲又名熱,最緊要嘢好食!我哋叫咗艇仔粥、點心拼盤、黃金糕同埋鹹水角。點心拼盤入面有兩件蝦餃、兩件菜苗餃、一個叉燒包同埋一個奶黃包。咁啱有齊晒我朋友想食嘅嘢。個人覺得叉燒包幾好食,個調味唔會太鹹,又夠多餡。奶皇包可能我放耐咗先食已經唔流心了。蝦餃個餡好足料好多蝦,不過個皮偏厚,口感麻麻哋,個人唔太鐘意。菜苗餃意外地好食,有少少蒜蓉炒豆苗嘅感覺,入面都有粒肉餡嘅好似係蝦,唔係好記得啦。鹹水角就係我平時都必點嘅點心,佢炸皮炸得好脆,個糯米皮都好煙韌,係唔錯嘅。黃金糕我自己就麻麻哋,但我朋友就話幾好食。艇仔粥都唔錯,我平時唔太食粥,不過呢度嘅粥我都有食咗成半碗,餡料都算差唔多每啖都食到啲啲嘢,有唔同口感。可能下次有機會再返嚟試試佢個脆炸奶皇包先,唔多見到其他地方有,今次太飽就食唔落啦~

菜苗餃意外地好食,有少少蒜蓉炒豆苗嘅感覺,入面都有粒肉餡嘅好似係蝦,唔係好記得啦。
鹹水角就係我平時都必點嘅點心,佢炸皮炸得好脆,個糯米皮都好煙韌,係唔錯嘅。
黃金糕我自己就麻麻哋,但我朋友就話幾好食。
艇仔粥都唔錯,我平時唔太食粥,不過呢度嘅粥我都有食咗成半碗,餡料都算差唔多每啖都食到啲啲嘢,有唔同口感。
可能下次有機會再返嚟試試佢個脆炸奶皇包先,唔多見到其他地方有,今次太飽就食唔落啦~

上次幫襯龍江,全因為想嘆冷氣,於是推門衝入去,而點心亦性價比高,好評.今次幫襯失色咗D,點咗棉花雞,蝦餃,牛肉腸同牛仔骨.失色在蝦餃皮穿咗,另外棉花雞雞肉唔入味之餘口感結實.牛仔骨入味但有少少韌,牛肉腸最正常.雖然今次質素下降,而且環境有點污糟,但都會再幫襯,30蚊一籠蝦餃,一份錢一份貨,繼續好評吧.

籠仔飯,顧名思義就是用平時酒樓常見蒸籠,用荷葉包著飯來蒸。即時糯米雞,但這裡不是糯米,是平常的米。那是不是由生米開始蒸到熟,還是將蒸好的飯倒入蒸籠裡就自行決定。飯是很有荷葉的香味,這個海蝦蒜蓉粉絲飯更加入味,飯完全吸收了蝦和蒜蓉的香味,啖啖飯都散發著鮮味。不過飯的份量有點少,如果大食的可能要點多客點心之類,另這裡千萬不能點咖啡奶茶,絕對是災難級的水準,豆漿是最安全的飲品,當然可以不點飲品。埋單$70有點貴,但此終不是周圍有得食。

食完個蒸飯,飲完個燉湯,只覺一般水準比較同區点心店。

落baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate)去醃肉一向是中式點心常用的添加劑,但是份量要適中和混合均勻,才不致影嚮味道和健康。唔知係個排骨定係個燉湯,離開咗龍江個幾鐘,肚子開始攪攪下,要揾洗手間😖😖😖,去完就唔痛了。

每次進這小店內進食後,都猶疑了很多次是否為他寫食评,因為此店一貫始終,做街坊生意,點心既有特式,食物新鲜又有誠意,全部點心都是即叫即蒸!店內沒特別多請員工,所以多年來都很有街坊的味道,沒有特別加價,味道卻如舊保留著,比一般乜乜蓮的評分的店子質素還要好!既沒有加一,又沒加昂貴的茶💰!最害怕是驚動了街坊以外的人幫襯,害它被加租變成增成本而加價!但見到在外一般般的點心店卻客似雲來,而這小店卻默默耕耘沒人知曉,柯士甸西九龍站人流一直增多,多想大家都能品嘗到這𥚃的點心才是真正的點心!

同同事lunch time行出黎食點心,平時食開點點心或者添好運,今次就試下呢度嘅點心同籠仔飯啦。蟹鉗蝦春卷 $26炸得啱啱好,唔會太硬太燶,好香脆,蟹鉗突左出黎少少好得意酥炸流沙包 $24流沙包就食得多,酥炸流沙包都係第一次食!佢嘅外型好似炸饅頭咁,入面嘅流沙一咬就咇出黎,唔會好似有時食流沙包咁個餡會過熟流唔到出黎,略嫌有一粒炸得燶左少少龍江蝦餃王 $28最易test到一間茶樓嘅水準嘅classic點心。都做得唔錯,皮唔會好易爛章魚肉餅籠仔飯 $39好鍾意佢個籠夠大,份量都唔細,幾個人share都夠食!

流沙包就食得多,酥炸流沙包都係第一次食!佢嘅外型好似炸饅頭咁,入面嘅流沙一咬就咇出黎,唔會好似有時食流沙包咁個餡會過熟流唔到出黎,略嫌有一粒炸得燶左少少

最易test到一間茶樓嘅水準嘅classic點心。都做得唔錯,皮唔會好易爛

其實食籠仔飯既精粹在於「落豉油」!落左真係好食好多,將唔同食材嘅鮮味吊晒出嚟啊!/我地嗌左勁多籠飯!有粉絲魷魚籠仔飯,滑蛋牛肉飯,鳳爪排骨飯,蒜蓉粉絲蝦蒸飯,炆牛腩飯!每個飯都各有特式!牛腩炆得好稔,魷魚蒸完都咁爽口,牛肉夠新鮮,蝦開邊索哂d蒜味!/另外呢度都有d點心可以嗌!同飲茶差唔多!我地叫左千島醬蘿蔔糕&炸兩,兩樣都好好食!呢種種蘿蔔糕周圍都好少見,個樣睇落麻麻,但實質味道好特別,千島醬同蘿蔔糕超乎預期的夾!個炸兩就算我地慢慢食擺幾耐都超脆超鬆化!

我地嗌左勁多籠飯!有粉絲魷魚籠仔飯,滑蛋牛肉飯,鳳爪排骨飯,蒜蓉粉絲蝦蒸飯,炆牛腩飯!每個飯都各有特式!牛腩炆得好稔,魷魚蒸完都咁爽口,牛肉夠新鮮,蝦開邊索哂d蒜味!

係ICC商場返工真係冇乜嘢食, 大部分嘅都好貴,唯一平價選擇就係行出佐敦,呢間小店不得了,同ICC距離不太遠,店主有禮貌,午餐又抵食。😆😆成個環境都好有家嘅感覺,好親切又有電視睇,有飯有湯有魚都只係$55蚊炸!🤩🤩🤩超級抵食😁除咗魚飯其實仲有好多選擇不過我哋最鍾意都係梅菜蒸魚,佢啲梅菜係自家製嘅特別好食。魚飯之外仲有點心同籠仔蒸飯,如果一班人一齊嚟食晏真係可以叫多幾樣野share🤤🤤🤤
