是日中午,在尖沙咀覓食。1點時間,仍然算是高峰時間,較難找到無需輪候的餐廳。來到樂道,有趣發現澳門茶餐廳在同一條街有3家分店,供應的午餐選擇也不一樣。所以,隨個人對午餐喜好和餐廳空缺,可以到其中一間光顧。這家位於地鋪的,空間最大,坐位最多,而且洗手間是3間中最乾淨的。是日午餐選擇有6-7款,包括小菜、焗飯、炒粉、扒餐和這個乳豬飯(午餐餐牌最貴的一項)。本來是鐵板乳豬飯($76),但為免弄得滿臉油煙,店員亦彈性安排「走鐵板」的選項。約10分鐘,乳豬飯便上桌了。乳豬件表皮朱赤油亮,非常吸引。置於西炒飯上,整體是貌相討好的。先夾起乳豬,表皮鬆了針,而且已去掉胸骨,易於進食,相當鬆化!乳脂脂肪成份充足,皮的油化鬆化程度好比酒家所燒制的。而且,肉亦見嫩口,符合個人對乳豬皮脆肉嫩的要求。提醒大家:這裡雖然是澳門茶餐廳,但供應的是粵式乳豬!是化皮的版本啊!至於,下面的西炒飯意想不到炒得清爽不油膩。酸甜開胃的炒飯襯托乳豬雖不是十分的夾,但也有一種綜和油膩的效果。推薦指數:4.5/5至於,熱奶茶用以不銹鋼杯呈上,保溫能力特強,筆者亦大意燙到了。茶味偏澀,但甘味也是非常突出的。不過,味道有點遜於其他連鎖茶

Today, I visited the Macau restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui with Mum and my sister. Decor:
Just plain traditional Hong Kong tea restaurant mood and atmosphere. Crowded yet comfortable. Reasonably spaced seats.

Service:
The waiters were not particularly polite and attentive but the service was normal and quick on the account of it being a tea restaurant.

Taste:
Portuguese Egg Tarts-The tarts were a bit of a disappointment. Although their crust was flaky and light, almost to perfection, I would prefer more sugar on the top. As it was just so little, it tasted like a simple egg tart.

Baked Portuguese Seafood Rice-The sauce tasted good with a sweetness and there was a definite tinge of coconut milk in it. However, the taste of the sauce didn't seem to get into the seafood at all. The mussels were big and had the taste of the sea but there was a bit water left on them as they were frozen.

起尖沙咀食飯,要搵間非遊客價既茶餐廳真係超難!經同事帶著,黎到澳門茶餐廳食個下午餐!午餐50蚊左右,而下午餐都差不多要43蚊!奈何上年食得飽,叫左個明門卷雞翼烏冬因為無曬明門卷,所以俾多隻雞翼我!可是,那隻雞翼係一忽忽咁,樣子不討好,我都無食到了!加隻蛋,呢餐都盛惠43咁樣真係鬧區價 😑😑唯一感到的是佢烏冬是日本的,食到好彈口既口感!否則,我真的不知道自己是俾咩價錢食些什麼

因為無曬明門卷,所以俾多隻雞翼我!可是,那隻雞翼係一忽忽咁,樣子不討好,我都無食到了!加隻蛋,呢餐都盛惠43咁樣真係鬧區價 😑😑
唯一感到的是佢烏冬是日本的,食到好彈口既口感!否則,我真的不知道自己是俾咩價錢食些什麼

I play with my husband came to Hong Kong.My friend introduced us to go to Macao tea restaurant.We order signboards curry beef brisket rice, very delicious!But the steamed rice is a little hard.and cold milk tea.But I accidentally fell.The waiter was very kind. 今晚是一個人的快餐,走進澳門茶餐廳,內裡全是遊客,價錢當然也是遊客價。簡單點了魚蛋米及馬拉盞炒通菜。魚蛋味道尚可,米粉有點硬,需要浸湯5分鐘才能吃,湯底太清淡及不夠熱,加點蔥就更好,之於馬拉盞炒通菜就味道濃郁,有風味,再小油就更好。環境方面,跟一般茶餐廳沒分別,尚算清潔。
