周六的尖沙咀十分多人..是不是因為聖誕就到呢?7點幾..大家都餓了不知吃怎麼好..朋友想了想說不如食澳門茶餐廳也是一個好提議..一直也好想試試的茶餐廳遠處看見好多人在排隊大家也說"連茶餐廳都要等位?"我們還以為要等好耐..但約10mins後就到我地了看看餐牌..見到澳門炒米粉同蕃茄牛腩通粉也有一個公雞ge公仔係隔離..應該都好出名之後就叫了一個奶油豬..澳門炒米粉..蕃茄牛腩通粉..馬介休炒飯蕃茄牛腩通粉不用5分鐘就來到了..首先一試..蕃茄湯底濃郁....但牛腩十分少而且好細粒..要用"粒"來形容呢之後就到澳門炒米粉..其實即係廈門炒米粉...食落又不是太特別..同其他茶餐廳既廈門炒米粉一樣只係呢度ge澳門炒米粉貴d..($49)佢既材料豐富程度還可以接受..但唔知點解洋蔥佔其他配料ge比率係咁多d蝦只有2,3隻跟住到馬介休炒飯了..個waiter同我地講馬介休炒飯即係咸魚炒飯但食落又唔覺有咸魚係入面粉飯ge顏色係白色..友人說"點解會咁白ge??上次我係另一間澳門茶餐廳到食係啡色ga"唔知係米無落足d醬呢?!定係我地叫錯左??!!anyway...我覺得佢d配料好少..有3-4粒g

蕃茄牛腩通粉不用5分鐘就來到了..
首先一試..蕃茄湯底濃郁....但牛腩十分少而且好細粒..要用"粒"來形容呢
之後就到澳門炒米粉..其實即係廈門炒米粉...
食落又不是太特別..同其他茶餐廳既廈門炒米粉一樣
只係呢度ge澳門炒米粉貴d..($49)
佢既材料豐富程度還可以接受..
但唔知點解洋蔥佔其他配料ge比率係咁多
d蝦只有2,3隻
跟住到馬介休炒飯了..個waiter同我地講馬介休炒飯即係咸魚炒飯
但食落又唔覺有咸魚係入面

所以有d貴...同埋唔太抵

LUNCH TIME 去到澳門茶餐廳食, 一點鐘, 店入面雖然多人, 但都仲有位坐一望水牌, 發現5款LUNCH 無一款啱我食, 雖有於餐牌上揀一款炒粉麵飯食啦! 結果揀了XO醬干炒牛河食, 因為散叫的關係, 另外要的凍檸水要十幾蚊一杯, 所以加埋要六十蚊.. 以一個OL來說, 好肉赤..味道過得去, 河粉好薄, XO醬的味道唔會太重, 牛肉係肥牛, 質素OK!但服務差得很, 俄應阿姐講野悔氣, O靚仔侍應就黑面... 茶餐廳服務, 西餐廳價錢, 下次經過要SKIP了

多年前每次經過這裡,總見到有一條人龍排在門口.對於需要排隊輪候的東西,從來不感興趣!故一直也沒有來過這裡,直至這天從I Square看完電影後,路過見到不需排隊才走了進來.又再應驗了一句:地獄無門等你來.葡式燒雞----拍了一張照後,友人發現此半隻雞在顯眼位置小了兩件,就是雞脾連著胸腹位置的圓位,侍應堅稱半隻雞就係咁!爭拗無謂,在沒有吃過的情況下取消作罷.啫啫排骨煲----煲仔的大小足可做四人份的煲仔飯,內裡滿是乾蔥及蒜頭,如果是好吃的話排骨份量少也不緊要.不過排骨每粒也小如肉丁,調味也極咸!不要看排骨雖小但每一粒也可是雪味濃郁呵!特式干炒鴛鴦牛肉河----原來是梳打牛加橡筋肥牛,每一條河粉也吸滿油份,作為賀年食品的話實在稱職好意頭,因為----油水充足!每樣吃幾口,吃了等於沒吃!看來今晚要破例去別店來個Second Round!不太明白,屬同一名下在對街的澳門冰室相比,食物質素竟可以極端至此!

來來回回, 又係搵番澳門茶餐廳~是日晚餐:- 豬扒包x 2台灣朋友第一次食, 兩份唔夠食~豬扒包係macau先做得咁好. 豬扒好脆口.豬仔包係鬆軟, 食多幾個都唔厭 馬介休通菜較為普通, 馬介休見到一絲絲, 都算落足料.但馬介休個人認為做薯粒or炒雜菜會更加好味~下次試! 咖哩牛腩飯值得一讚!咖哩味重, 迎合香港人口味不算太辣.香草味都不算濃.配合真係一絕~牛腩好淋又唔痴牙.最緊要係份量多~唔單只牛腩, 連牛筋都好淋呀!! 凍檸茶甜度剛好, 有讚冇彈.另外朋友們點了鴛鴦, 第一次飲的台灣朋友, 覺得很特別.一啖咖啡, 一啖奶茶~而另一個朋友點了凍奶茶, 都係豎起手指公香港茶味重, 台灣飲唔到.好滿足, 台灣人對香港又留下深刻印象~~

甜度剛好, 有讚冇彈.

另外朋友們點了鴛鴦, 第一次飲的台灣朋友, 覺得很特別.
一啖咖啡, 一啖奶茶~

而另一個朋友點了凍奶茶, 都係豎起手指公

香港茶味重, 台灣飲唔到.

好滿足, 台灣人對香港又留下深刻印象~~

一大早不會想吃豬排包
就點了E餐:火腿鮑魚絲公仔麵 + 火腿煎蛋 + 奶油厚吐司配熱鴛鴦少奶(HKD26)

熱鴛鴦先上
有點苦澀,香濃細滑從缺

奶油吐司烤的外脆內軟,很是好吃
煎蛋是太陽蛋,用叉子一戳蛋汁洶湧而出
一口吸下去非常過癮~
火腿只有半片,而且滲滿黃油
很明顯用了奶油去煎
怕肥膩的我當然拿紙巾把油吸走點…

巳經很久沒有吃過公仔麵
自然滿心期待
可惜的是,公仔麵沒彈性,湯頭過鹹
火腿鮑魚絲是滿清新的,但也只有那麼幾條
還是得加個兩塊錢換成出前一丁才像樣
茶記如果沒有用上頂好大光麵,通常都不會是一碗好麵

整個早餐,只有火腿煎蛋及厚吐司比較對味
熱鴛鴦也是缺了那醒人的香氣
原來還是連鎖快餐店的划算又對胃

天氣真的怪怪的,新年都過了好久了,還忽然氣溫下跌得如此厲害!這種時候當然得吃碗熱呼呼的麵!蕃茄牛腩湯餐肉通粉湯底又濃又香,有點杰杰的,讚!而且我好喜歡湯中的薯仔粒,很入味!奶油豬仔飽有點點太乾了,而且邊邊沒有擦到奶油...我把太乾的邊邊點一些蕃茄湯,wow,又變得好好吃了!今早的早餐很完美呢!

晚餐的时候去的,人还是挺多的.靠窗的位置一个也没有,只好坐在中间的台子上.招牌的乳鸽很好吃,皮很脆,骨很软,不像国内那么油,但是还是很香.葡国鸡锔饭, 感觉芝士的味道太淡, 咖喱的汤汁很厚但是感觉面粉比较多.不够香.量还是比较大,鸡肉多,土豆少. 主食选了米饭,配着汤汁吃,还是不错的.橄榄油炒杂蔬的味道还不错,蔬菜的种类多,有草菇,芥兰,芹菜等.很鲜,很入味.

My husband bought me here for Macau style snack - 豬扒包 & 葡撻. We ordered two afternoon tea sets - 豬扒包 with chicken sausage & egg set (HK$2x) and 葡撻 set (HK$22). My husband bought me here for Macau style snack - 豬扒包 & 葡撻. We ordered two afternoon tea sets - 豬扒包 with chicken sausage & egg set (HK$2x) and 葡撻 set (HK$22).

The 豬扒包 was toasted with great crispy texture and the pork chop was tender and well seasoned. It felt like having a big breakfast in the morning because it came with a sunny side egg and chicken sausage. It's absolutely a good match to put the cucumber, tomato, and lettuce into the 豬扒包. It really like having a pork tendoline sandwich.


There are two 葡撻 for the set. You can tell that the texture, color, and smell are much better than KFC. However, serving hot is highly recommeded.

We chose milk tea as the beverage. That milk tea was well balanced with tea and evaporated milk - lovely.

I think I will bring our kids here next time although the decoration is quite local tea house style.

十二月中旬‧晴同事購來一打葡撻,拿到手還是熱辣辣的,當然第一時間就吃。撻皮的撻皮略帶油膩,沒有問題,葡撻本該如此。問題是吃起來不算鬆化,是「一疊」的樣子,跟好吃的葡撻是有一段距離。還好是蛋餡不過甜,加上焦糖表面,還好吃的。有蛋黃及蛋白兩款,蛋黃的香很多,有誰會去選蛋白的?

這一帶早餐有水準的,沒有多少間,澳門茶記在我的印象中不差﹗呢日試了佢地既鮑魚蜆殼粉早餐。多士是即叫即焗的,吃時仍是熱辣辣的,牛油已搽好相當體貼,抵讚﹗鮑魚蜆殼粉個重點是日不在鮑魚,反而係個粉,入口相當彈牙煙韌,從來都未食過呢種口感既蜆殼粉,口感比烏冬更煙韌,過癮非常,值得一試﹗鮑魚絲味濃,而家唔少茶記都以素鮑來代替火腿,感覺更健康。
