聽到有抹茶甜品店開張,我急不及待的要試一試。畢竟在京都和宇治吃過地道的抹茶甜品後,便深深愛上抹茶獨特的甜味和苦澀味。希望這一次也能回味令人難以忘懷的味道。食物賣相尚算不錯,但布甸較預期小。布甸的口感較鬆散,與其說是布甸不如說是 Mousse。味道方面,抹茶味道十分強,一小啖已令口中注滿抹茶的澀味,只可惜澀味太強,甜道不足。就算加了糖漿也保持不了味道的平衡,令人失望。抹茶鮮奶口感滑,味道濃郁,抹茶的甜和澀味算是有較佳的平衡。雪糕硬度適中,甜度剛好,不會喧賓奪主。可是,白玉口感硬實得像塊擦膠,沒有白玉應有的彈性,我想是因為用麵粉做,並非糯米粉做的原因。另外,冰塊多到不得了,有 8 塊大的 (相比之下較冰塊還細小的白玉只有 3 粒)。這兩款甜品各大約索價$45,還另收加一,真有點不值。環境環境舒適,不會坐得太迫,另外木製的枱和地板也給人溫暖和日式的感覺。服務不錯。

抹茶鮮奶口感滑,味道濃郁,抹茶的甜和澀味算是有較佳的平衡。雪糕硬度適中,甜度剛好,不會喧賓奪主。可是,白玉口感硬實得像塊擦膠,沒有白玉應有的彈性,我想是因為用麵粉做,並非糯米粉做的原因。另外,冰塊多到不得了,有 8 塊大的 (相比之下較冰塊還細小的白玉只有 3 粒)。

這兩款甜品各大約索價$45,還另收加一,真有點不值。

環境
環境舒適,不會坐得太迫,另外木製的枱和地板也給人溫暖和日式的感覺。

之前行過 2 次 , 好多人食唔到 , 23/12 行過見無乜人就去試下 .食左個類似番茄麵 , 唔可以話唔好食 , 但呢個價錢可以好D , 好少 "食送" . 經過見新店未試過,而且主打抹茶,試試先食物就普普通通啦!由其是想食甜品的,不要太大期望這樣反而會開心d ,(這部份睇之前的評語就明了)但我反而想講講 d 服務到門口睇左一陣餐牌,無人帶位那自己入去啦!那時只有3台人,就坐係吧台附近先影下相,幾分鐘過去都是無人俾餐牌招呼認不了,自己叫人攞左餐牌點完餐就留意下d 人有咩忙,之後都有客入同我情況好不了多少,待應行來行去,就是唔立即去招呼一整餐的觀察,得到的結論這是一間(良心餐廳),主力培訓員工食店的味道重要,但對客的服務也十分重要希望下次再入門口那刻的感覺有改善先…

話說某日,收到一位大學生的facebook message說想找我們幫她一個忙,做一個訪問交功課,我們有空,不用多想就一口答應了我們在大學年代也曾經做過類似的project,要知道找人來做訪問是不容易的事,不時要慘食檸檬這家餐廳是我們近來to-eat list內的其中一家,我們剛從大板京都旅行歸來,對宇治的抹茶和其食品仍然回味至今早前一聽到有京都抹茶專門店來港,已是萬分期待,是日終有機會了!還記得宇治的中村滕吉和京都都里路的精彩,那抹茶甜品及麵食均十分出色,因此也對同樣來自京都的抹茶屋抱有相當大的期望二時許來到,目的是吃甜點位也差不多擠滿,大學生亦曾聯絡過餐廳方面,亦樂意配合我們四人就坐在餐廳一角邊吃邊做訪問抹茶芝士蛋糕以竹蘿盛著的抹茶芝士蛋糕,風味十足,賣相可媲美京都當地的甜品先用匙將芝士蛋糕分開,豈料面層全是忌廉,而且甚厚身,只有底層的一層薄薄的芝士蛋糕這個配搭已教人有點失望先試忌廉,雖口感挺滑身,但忌廉偏甜而奶味不足抹茶芝士蛋糕本身抹茶味道已經較淡,再加上芝士的奶香和上層香甜的忌廉幸好,芝士蛋糕本身還算軟滑,隠隠透出的抹茶香也不錯最先被餐牌的相片吸引,因為勾起了我倆對都路里那杯抹

很懷疑在店方有否試過自己的出品,事後再同朋友說過,原來他們吃的丸子也是這樣,促證這真是做得差而不是水準不穏
抹茶雪糕亦過甜,茶味呢? 是有,但也很弱,連我們期待的少許苦澀味道也欠奉

是水的問題,可能會有影響,但應不至於此地步,又或許,是我們期望過高...
只能說,要從夢醒回來,這裡是香港,不是京都,更不是宇治

早早在抹茶館還在裝修的時候,已對此店很留意,打算在開店後定必要光顧,只因我也算是抹茶的粉絲,開店後已有耳聞口碑很不錯。抹茶芝士慕斯蛋糕:此為不少食家的心水之選,早有聽聞其芝士味是極濃郁的,附了一小杯的茉莉花茶。蛋糕置於一個小藤籃之上,體積比想像的要少,但後來發現真低估了這一小件抹茶芝士蛋糕!芝士味是極濃郁,芝士慕絲是軟身的,內面有小碎塊小碎塊的芝士,所以留有口感,小塊芝士咬下去是很黏口的。認真細味會有淡淡綠茶粉那種迷人的澀味。凍抹茶: 顏色深得像小麥草汁,賣相很一般,甜度略為不足,看來綠茶還是配上鮮奶更好喝吧。消費: $70

將 tiramisu 放在小木盒中,單是賣相已經夠精緻養眼。
四層構造,先是cheese cream,再來是海綿蛋糕,然後再來一層cheese cream,最底是海綿蛋糕。
口感上,先是甜,然後芝士味跑出來,最後是抹茶的回甘。
吃完甜品,再來一杯茉莉花解甜膩,這才是真正的圓滿。

感覺上,店子的飲品、甜品比主菜部份更來得出色。
銅鑼燒採用了crepe的概念,帶出許多不同款式的變化,這個留待下次有機會再試。
Other Info. : 幾個店員都未問清楚客人是否可以收碟就已經動手收走客人食物,這個習慣不好,希望可以改善。 這份急促破壞了品茶的那份悠閒和雅致。 另外,$19就可以體驗傳統的抹茶的樂趣,因為有日籍師傅在場,他們很樂意用簡單的英語教你泡茶的技巧哦。

光聽甜品的名字很多都想要試,三人先點四款小試牛刀。抹茶提拉米蘇 ($49)是數款甜品中比較正常的一款。唯一能跟抹茶扯上關係的只有表面薄薄的抹茶粉,所以沒什麼抹茶味道。下方的芝士倒是挺濃滑,蛋糕則稍嫌乾身實在了點。食味不錯但對我來說稱不上是抹茶甜點。

之後上來抹茶焦糖布甸 ($44),用匙一撃在表面便暗覺不妙,焦糖層過厚過硬,上頭的抹茶粉徒具其形不具其味,被甜味作了主導。破開焦糖更是嚇人,下面並非如creme brulee一般,而是像融掉了的抹茶雪糕,整碗都是流質。甜心小兵立時深陷抹茶沼澤,進退失據。

畢竟甜品全已上桌,即使知道中伏了,也只好硬著頭皮戰鬥下去。抹茶紅豆銅鑼燒 ($44),兩片偏單薄的班戟蛋香欠奉,中間夾著了糖漬栗、紅豆蓉、忌廉和抹茶忌廉。つぶあん紅豆蓉香甜,當中混入了分明的紅豆粒。抹茶忌廉質感跟「抹茶沼澤」相約,茶味濃但甚是苦澀。吃糖漬栗的密探稱栗子味若變壞了一樣,不過我們吃過上一道甜品之後早已有了心理準備迎接以上種種。

抹茶葛粉條 ($39)份量少,質太軟,在切割器上推進時已斷成兩截。沾上黑蜜吃仍能吃到葛粉條的抹茶味,但亦是苦而不芳。黑蜜不算很香甜,整體跟在吃涼粉沒差。

甜匙無心戀戰,什麼追加的念頭全盡消散。回來想了好久該給它打個什麼分數,食物未至於難吃得放不進口,價錢不算貴(比在日本吃便宜,芭菲更是日本定價的一半而已),而且剛開業,有不少改進空間亦是情有可原的。所以最後給它一個僅僅合格之分,希望將來得以改進,別敗了京都之名。

天啊!好想念中村藤吉和都路里!

上一次有家來自京都主打抹茶的甜品店開張,我和兩位食友一同前往,結果中了一個超大地雷,雖然去之前已經聽聞水準不濟,可是不是自己試過又能理直氣壯的跟別人說不好吃,唯有自己親身去試。這次又有另一家來自京都、以抹茶作主打的甜品店,還一口氣在屯門和鑽石山兩個地方開店,感覺好像跟之前那家地雷模式差不多,不多不少會有點戒心,好在鬆弛肯陪我一起去。在新蒲崗吃過好吃的小籠包後,我們立刻趕到鑽石山廣場,我事前在開飯網查過營業時間至晚上十一點,到達店門口的時候是十點二十五分,可是門口已經放著一個營業結束的牌子,裡面有三檯客人,也見到有店員在,所以我就膽粗粗的進去問,我問店員營業時間不是直到十一點嗎? 她說十點半LAST ORDER。我跟她說現在才十點二十五分而已,然後她轉身問一問另一個店員,再回來問我們是否只吃甜品。我回答說是,她就說可以坐下,但十一點一定要離開。我也明白餐廳會有LAST ORDER的時間,可是明明時間還未到,為何那裡早就把結束的營業牌放出來,要不是我不甘心去問一下,我就吃不到了,所以一開始的印象不太好。後來過了十分鐘,店員們又再次逐檯問有沒有東西要加,因為是LAST ORDER,那麼前一次

餐牌分為抹茶飲品、抹茶甜品和熱食,因為己經LAST ORDER了,所以不能點熱食,熱食有拉麵、烏冬、茶漬飯等等,下次有機會會再來試,這次就先吃甜品。抹茶甜品的款式不少,此外還有芭菲和銅囉燒,而每款綠茶甜品都會奉上一杯茉莉花茶。

抹茶豆乳布甸($49)。很精緻的甜品,以竹筒盛著用豆乳和抹茶做成的布甸,中間有一顆栗子,而布甸裡面有一些小豆。布甸的質感與平常的布甸有點不同,質感很軟滑,比較像奶凍,抹茶味濃但不會澀,而加入糖漿伴著布甸一起吃,甜度可以自由調較,非常好吃。

抹茶芝士慕絲蛋糕($49)。賣相令人驚喜,印象中我在日本某機場也看過這種放在竹籃裡的芝士蛋糕,可是那時候沒有賣,不知道味道如何。我和鬆弛都很喜歡吃芝士蛋糕,所以比較挑,不喜歡令我們兩個都喜歡,而我們在吃過第一口之後,都深深愛上這個慕絲蛋糕。芝士味極濃,帶少許酸,卻不會蓋過綠茶的味道,兩者平衡得相當好,入口同樣是軟身綿滑,並不是那種實實在在的芝士蛋糕,我想如果你本身愛吃CREAM CHEESE做的芝士蛋糕的話,這個你一定不能錯過。

抹茶提拉米蘇($49)。點之前我先問一下店員裡面是否有咖啡,答案是沒有的。裡面是海棉蛋糕,中間有芝士忌廉層,上面再灑上綠茶粉。蛋糕的部份鬆軟濕潤,芝士忌廉也香,但當然不及芝士慕絲蛋糕那樣濃郁,但味道也是不錯的,而且放在一個日式小木盒裡面,未開始吃已經讓人很開心。

每款甜品都有茉莉花茶,我們點了三個甜品所以有三杯,吃過甜品之後喝杯清清的茶的確不錯,可是茶葉會跟著茶一起喝到嘴裡,所以喝茶之後要把茶葉吐出來,有點狼狽。

離開前有一個懂得講英文的日本人問我們的意見,看來他應該是投資者之一,從對話之中,我可以感受到他們是真的有心把食物做好的,希望他們能把水準保持,相信很快我們就會再來吃芝士慕絲蛋糕和試一下熱食的了。

This was fun pushing it out from the extruder.
It was basically the same as the one I had at tin hau.
The green tea taste was really strong and the texture was similar to agar, however the portion was really small. The taste of the green tea was not grassy and the bitterness it possessed was pleasant.

It was fun adding water to the powder in the bowl and stirring it with the bamboo utensil provided.
The taste was not that grassy and it was really fresh.
The tea came with some sweet rice dumplings and brown sugar pieces to balance out the bitterness if it was too bitter for you.

This was unbelievably delicious, it was so moreish.
The green tea cheese was so silky and thick with a twinge of sharpness.
It was made of two layers, the bottom layer was green tea cheese mousse and on top was delicious heavy cream.
The slight natural sourness of the cheese in the mousse was perfectly balanced with the sweet cream on top and the lovely green tea powder on top balanced out the over creaminess of the cream.
It was nicely presented the Maccha cheese mousse was served on wax paper and in a bamboo basket.

SECOND VISIT
I wanted the Maccha cheese mousse dessert again and I also wanted to try the udon as well because it was interesting especially since it was in Wasabi cream soup!
The pork with yuzu pepper was also delicious because the yuzu pepper they use is authentic just like the one they give you at Hide Ramen for the gyozas.
Although the food menu is only two pages, the food choice looks great that I need to come a third time and the Maccha catalana I intended to try this time was not defrosted yet even though I had it right in front of me.
I had the Maccha cheese mousse again but the portion was smaller this time.

The yuzu pepper was placed on the side of the pork for you to mix yourself.
There is not much yuzu pepper but the taste was intense, it had the natural sharpness of grapefruit and it was mixed with pepper.
The pork was interesting because it had pieces of soft pork bones in it as well giving it some soft bone to crunch on every now and then. Anyway if you like this flavour, there is also a chicken ramen version.
The shape of this bowl was cone shaped so as the sauce sinks down the rice at the bottom becomes really tasty.

The cream soup was surprising and not sickly. There was also carbonara udon too but I do not like carbonara.
The cream soup had a hint of sweetness and after the wasabi was mixed it, the cream soup was not that heavy. However the salmon was a little fishy.
The salmon roe was also quite fishy but it added burst of saltiness to the creamy soup which only tasted milky.
