跟朋友吃生日飯,選了朗豪坊戲院旁的 Made in HK。朋友說在觀塘的分店吃過肉醬意粉,味道不錯,今晚再 Encore。我則掙扎於扒類與吉列豬扒青蘋果焗飯之間,最終選了焗飯。另點了一客很久沒吃的法式焗田螺,頗期待的 誰知法式田螺一上桌,色澤不對呀?吃一只,田螺肉不熱的   告店員後店員收回田螺。約二十分鐘後,翻焗的田螺再上枱,連原身裝飾用的豆苗也謝了 田螺開口部份焗焦了,但內裡的田螺肉還好,沒有焦味,依然濕潤及有牛油香。薯蓉也焗香了,不油,軟滑,混和田螺內的牛油汁不過不失。吉列豬扒一大片厚厚的,挺吸引。但事實是豬扒本身並不厚,反倒是吉列粉很厚,賣相比食味吸引。炒過的焗飯香口軟熟,蕃茄醬味濃微酸,但跟切角一起焗的青蘋果似乎搭不上關係。意粉剛好全熟,乾身,配合濃郁的肉醬也好吃。温泉蛋正好中和了肉醬強烈的味道,多吃幾口也不膩。至於加$30 轉套餐的餐湯,選了羅宋湯。味道較温和,微酸,不辣。飲品則再加差價選了 Cucumber Mojito略作攪拌後吸一口,完完全全的一口糖水 狂攪後再喝杯面比較多冰的部份,一陣青瓜的草青味,投降!看看餐牌,像是港式豉油西餐的變調,是高檔次嗎?我還是偏向地道一

約二十分鐘後,翻焗的田螺再上枱,連原身裝飾用的豆苗也謝了 


田螺開口部份焗焦了,但內裡的田螺肉還好,沒有焦味,依然濕潤及有牛油香。

薯蓉也焗香了,不油,軟滑,混和田螺內的牛油汁不過不失。

但事實是豬扒本身並不厚,反倒是吉列粉很厚,賣相比食味吸引。

炒過的焗飯香口軟熟,蕃茄醬味濃微酸,但跟切角一起焗的青蘋果似乎搭不上關係。

今晚睇完戲就嚟到呢度食飯青瓜薄荷梳打依杯野真係好難飲薄荷味好重,糖漿又甜,完全冇青瓜嘅味道,飲咗一啖已經冇飲入邊有火腿絲蘿蔔絲加一種肉,唔知道係雞肉定豬肉,我覺得都吾錯,湯比較杰身,酥皮好大塊😝軟殼蟹唔脆,已經林左,食唔到鹹蛋味,菜唔新鮮,有汁係底,但冇味道,好似冇落沙律汁咁鵝肝煎得唔香,冇油香味,麵包林晒,蘋果同醬汁都可以雞肉超級乾身,牛扒還算好,肉質軟身,味道不過不失,薯仔好硬,薯仔上面嘅酸忌廉味道唔好食總括嚟講,真係好痳痳,但都有好多人去食,亦見到唔少外國朋友入去食飯

見到hkplayndine推介呢間港式餐廳嘅火焰豬手就嚟試下,果然非常啱打卡而且符合期望!😍一開始覺得$238一個餐喺旺角區嘅lunch嚟講有啲貴,但其實非常抵食因為夠兩個人食有餘!份豬手夠哂大,配埋黑椒汁非常好食,侍應仲好人見我地兩個女仔切唔開幫我地拎咗入廚房切😂而且跟餐仲有份細沙律/餐湯同甜品。我地揀咗沙律同抹茶雪糕,沙律就細細份普普通通,但抹茶雪糕就好好食同埋唔會太甜!我地仲另外叫多咗一份流心西多士,雖然唔夠流心,但係都夠香口同唔算好膩,我覺得合格有餘架喇!🤤

今次抽中了Made in HK的雜扒餐, 與兩位友人差不多五六年不見, 於是趁這個機會去Made in HK吃個午餐, 餐廳主打港式風味,價格中上, 4人同行,3人消費,盛惠$800up。以上就是鐵板雜扒餐, 有雞牛豬扒+腸+焗薯, 缺點就是鐵板太小, 刀子不夠鋒利, 雞扒好大塊, 牛扒有點筋7成都切得好辛苦, 豬扒就好入味, 焗薯*v*反而是最好吃的.....每樣只吃了一半, 總共吃了5,6成吧! 有點浪費食物-_-

缺點就是鐵板太小,
刀子不夠鋒利,
雞扒好大塊,
牛扒有點筋7成都切得好辛苦,
豬扒就好入味,
焗薯*v*反而是最好吃的.....

每樣只吃了一半,
總共吃了5,6成吧!

因為實在太難吃食,忍唔住要申請一個openrice account黎發表。本來見餐廳裝修幾靚,照片都好吸引,肚子又餓所以入去試試,估唔到就咁中左大伏。叫了一個下午茶2人set。(好似係188)叉燒酥、熱狗、還有所謂的夏威夷薄餅...應該都無焗過..又凍又淋,咁ge野都可以拎得出黎俾客食...定係平時都有焗開,咁啱廚師星期日下午偷懶..乜都唔焗呀...真係凍架wo焦糖燉蛋難食到好似變壞左咁,所以食左一啖就唔敢再食了。成個set只有椰汁糕同雞翼ok。連加錢轉野飲埋單200幾。真係好後悔入左黎食真係多謝你呀made in hk...用左openrcie咁多年都懶得去無申請個account,今日因爲你終於有動力申請左!

普通正常人嘅食量都應該覺得飽
呢個餐有海鮮又有牛肉 真係啖啖肉 🥩

真係雙重享受 
肉質都唔算差 入口彈牙且香口 可以鎖到肉汁
呢個應該係餐廳嘅王牌餐

呢個一口和牛真係值得你一試
雖然呢個餐避風塘嘅炸乾蒜好多
多到搵舊和牛食都好似尋寶咁
不過食落又唔算差 
起碼唔係乾身到硬又辣 
如果覺得越食越覺重口味又口乾的話
可以食下餐附上嘅腐乳薯仔沙律
都幾好食 清清涼涼有口感 



雖然有港式風味 幾獨特 環境吸引

比起正宗的西餐我更喜歡港式的味道和氣氛味道的確是更適合我們香港人的鐵板牛扒是當中最吸引我的地方熱辣辣的在客人面前再加入醬汁整個氣味和口感都是一流的雜扒套餐看了不少的牛扒套餐最終選了這個雜扒套餐主要原因是性價比高, 而且可以和友人一起SHARE的份量先來的是餐湯, 我選擇了白湯, 配合麵包味道不錯!!店員很細心的會問客人想在餐上淋醬汁還是在旁幫我們淋上由於我們都穿了白色衫, 所以只好麻煩店員先幫我們在旁淋上這樣汁就不會彈到衣物上牛扒我選了七成熟熟度剛剛好而且牛扒厚而大份, 肉質嫩滑牛扒的厚度比一元硬幣還要厚呢口味和味道都是一級捧最後叫了餐飲是LATTE味道不俗, 有咖啡廳的質素

今日嚟到旺角朗豪坊食嘢,行咗陣街,見到一間新開張無耐,裝修非常之有特色嘅香港茶餐廳,啲名仲係寫住香港製造,我哋就急不及待入去試吓啦。餐廳採用左開放式嘅設計,喺商場入邊經過,會見到食客進餐嘅情況,我哋仲見到有流心西多士嘅poster,店員都好熱情咁招呼我哋,等我哋試一試啦!叫咗個奶黃流心西多士,炸粉都幾好,用刀切開,都有流心效果,食落去戀戀地,奶黃嘅甜味,同埋塊西多士小小嘅鹹味,配合得幾好。叫咗個話梅將豬欄骨,都好大份,兩個人食差啲食唔晒,肉質都算元年,容易切開,食落食到淡淡的話梅味,酸酸甜甜幾開胃。最後叫咗個鴛鴦焗飯,賣相非常之靚,一邊係忌廉蘑菇汁,令一邊就係番茄豬扒汁,兩邊都幾好食,個飯一啲都唔退,加咗隻蛋落去炒,粒粒分明,更加香。
