自從報咗咖啡拉花班之後,好多時都係旺角呢邊食飯。今日上完堂就拉埋同學一齊行下朗豪坊醫肚,睇場戲。因為係門口俾呢個巨型扭蛋機吸引住,就入去開餐了。原來做緊新MENU推廣,所以先有咁大個扭蛋機。因為開始時唔算太肚餓,所以都係單點咗幾樣就夠了。酥皮忌廉湯。用料好足之餘酥皮好鬆脆,加上忌廉湯夠杰身飲落暖暖笠笠。金沙薯條。酥脆嘅薯條被炒得香濃嘅咸蛋黃醬包裹住,食落香口惹味又唔算好油膩。作為餐前小食恰到好處。龍蝦配肉眼扒。龍蝦大大隻而且用上大量芝士千島醬焗製,油脂滲透入蝦肉度,食落唔乾身而且啖啖肉。牛扒五成熟恰到好處,油脂唔會勁多而搶咗牛肉味。加上份量真係幾大兩都人分享食先清得晒。士多啤梨熱情果/青檸薄菏梳打,兩杯都係清爽酸甜嘅味道,好開胃。而且果香味中和牛肉同意粉嘅飽濟感,感覺唔錯。食到一半先落單送上時間啱啱好,清一清味道再食過。鮮魷筒伴意粉。魷魚一開始以為會韌同乾身但點知食落又幾腍滑喎,焗完之後再用火熗再燒表面,多咗一陣焦香味令淡口嘅魷魚肉更好食。意粉就唔算特別不過勝在份量又係好多,啱晒大食人士即係我地,哈哈哈。食食下發覺唔夠飽,再追加一個牛柳焗飯。可能天氣寒嘅關係都係需要一啲飯落肚先得。牛柳

食食下發覺唔夠飽,再追加一個牛柳焗飯。可能天氣寒嘅關係都係需要一啲飯落肚先得。牛柳腍身加上酸酸地嘅紅酒茄醬都幾唔錯。仲要係炒飯底,仲要係藜麥,咁健康就已經值得柯打啦。哈哈。
食完餐飯個人暖晒,又順便過隔離睇返場戲,PERFECT池啊。

整體嘅食物水平不錯,分量超越價錢,平均每人around$210!最值得讚嘅係餐廳職員嘅服務態度,超級有禮貌,好helpful。如果女仔食的話,建議叫一個扒同一個意粉,份量已經好足夠。

這個餐勁飽,一次過滿足你兩個肉類的願望,而且仲有焗薯,你一定夠飽!肉眼扒肉香四溢,又香口又有嚼勁。但最美味的就是春雞,醬汁超入味,而且肉質真的很嫩滑!

朋友讚這個熱朱古力好喝,又香甜又溫暖,在寒冬喝就再適合不過了。

今日下午,去旺角朗豪坊看電影。看完後已經是六時半,剛好是晚餐的時間。戲院門口有一間西式餐廳,應該是新開的,以前未見過。有位女經理在門口做宣傳,聽到鐵板餐及飯是買一送一優惠,如不同價錢就會收價錢高的那款。只要在facebook like這間食店就可以,優惠期至本月14日。看過餐牌,鐵板餐跟飯都可以,價錢亦相當優惠,於是就進去一試。除了優惠的鐵板餐及飯,餐牌上都有很多選擇,也有相可參考,賣相都頗吸引。識計數就當然要選同一價錢,沒有差價。我跟老公都是選了鐵板鋸扒餐,龍蝦及肉眼扒,有三、五、七及十成選擇,我選的是牛扒五成熟,晚餐配菜是焗薯。我們怕不夠飽,所以再多點一個意粉,香蒜蟹肉意粉。這些餐是沒有湯,沙律或飲品。今天我喜歡不配飲品,因為從早到晚已飲了很多甜的飲料,看電影的時候已經飲了一杯大橙汁汽水,飲水就最好不過了。大約五分鐘左右,香蒜蟹肉意粉送上。還未吃就已經嗅到蒜香的味道,入口吃到少少的蒜味,蟹肉是有的,吃到有輕微軟的蟹殼,意粉內夾著三色椒及洋蔥,很爽口,調味調得不錯,鹹味剛好。再過15分鐘,鐵板鋸扒龍蝦肉眼就到送上,賣相很吸引,我點的是黑椒汁,所以有點微辣。雖然我點的肉眼扒要五成熟,但

大約五分鐘左右,香蒜蟹肉意粉送上。還未吃就已經嗅到蒜香的味道,入口吃到少少的蒜味,蟹肉是有的,吃到有輕微軟的蟹殼,意粉內夾著三色椒及洋蔥,很爽口,調味調得不錯,鹹味剛好。

再過15分鐘,鐵板鋸扒龍蝦肉眼就到送上,賣相很吸引,我點的是黑椒汁,所以有點微辣。雖然我點的肉眼扒要五成熟,但我覺得已是七成熟。扒是正常厚度,不薄也不太厚,如果厚一點會更有口感。肉眼扒沾上汁是好吃的,不會令人失望。

龍蝦鉗的肉非常肥美,有鹹鹹的海水味。配菜有西蘭花,豆及焗薯。焗薯包著錫紙,上面應該是淡淡的忌廉,入口相對淡,可能之前黑椒汁配肉眼味道是濃濃的,但整體這個鐵板餐是好吃的。

如果沒有這個優惠,其實都可以去試一試。主食如意粉及飯跟外邊的食店價錢差不多,選擇亦比較多,職員的服務態度好,環境舒適,乾淨,味道可以,而且在大型商場內,飯後可繼續逛街,是一個不錯的選擇。
