遲來的食評。非常優質的おまかせ。提早預訂了鱈場蟹跟喜之次作主食。從前菜,刺身到壽司都感受得到廚師的誠意。食材十分新鮮,料理手法亦能有帶出食材鮮味。性價比也不錯,每人不到2000HKD是物超所值。比較可惜的是這次之後再去幾次,可能店舖曝光度高了,客人多了,感覺師傅忙得沒空招呼我們,整晚加起來聊不到10句。還記得頭幾次去,晚市平日平均只有2組客人,師傅可以有空多聊聊,料理亦較細緻。另外食材選擇亦開始多加考慮了成本效應,我最喜歡的海膽山壽司亦巨大份量不再。不過經營一間餐廳,客人多時人手又不足,可能真的沒法子像最初人少的時候一樣力求盡善盡美。期望品質跟服務有一天回到最初的水平,價錢貴一點點亦無妨。畢竟有質素的日本料理店在香港是不多的,最初的舞鶴是其中一間第一流的。總評3.5星(但第一次的おまかせ是5星)同價位下5星:即使排隊亦要一試再試4星:甚佳,可以一試3星:同價位有不少更佳選擇

非常優質的おまかせ。

比較可惜的是這次之後再去幾次,可能店舖曝光度高了,客人多了,感覺師傅忙得沒空招呼我們,整晚加起來聊不到10句。還記得頭幾次去,晚市平日平均只有2組客人,師傅可以有空多聊聊,料理亦較細緻。

之前要去慶祝生日,想搵一間好啲嘅日本餐廳。一直都好想試香港嘅廚師發板。一直唔使嘅原因係因為覺得一般都咁貴,直情可以直接飛去日本食都ok啦。 但係搵到呢間晏晝只係需要每位800蚊。所以就去試下,廚師好好人會根據每人嘅口味做少少調整。好味程度真係同日本有得揮!好難忘嘅生日午餐!

午市銅鑼灣區一向都比較爆滿,穩陣起見跟同事先打個電話預留座位,12:00上到去剛好滿座。但不用等位。入門見壽司🍣Bar枱已坐下不少客人,有日本築地場外市場壽司店的感覺,裝潢設計風格實在不過火,座位間隔舒適有致,不過於擠擁。今天來沒有食Omakaset,所以沒有坐在bar枱,卡位滿左 坐左入包廂🤗午餐有熟食定食,壽司🍣set分8件及12件,來到壽司店又不是居酒屋,我當然睇都冇睇到熟食Menu,揀壽司set la!! 叫了個12件壽司的set,選擇種類不算十分多,但有不少是精選高質的魚類。一來先上 前菜有沙律🥗蒸蛋幾滑例牌有個味贈湯。選了12件精選,唔係每一件都記得名,但重點有火炙拖羅又有海膽,亦都有一些可選季節限定鮮魚😋食完仲有個手卷幾高質 紫菜夠乾身夠脆證明飯打得夠鬆去夠濕氣、再上烏冬(烏冬/蕎麥面二選一)綠茶🍵蕨餅同餐飲,呢餐非常滿足飽暖😌

例牌有個味贈湯。
選了12件精選,唔係每一件都記得名,但重點有火炙拖羅又有海膽,亦都有一些可選季節限定鮮魚😋食完仲有個手卷幾高質 紫菜夠乾身夠脆證明飯打得夠鬆去夠濕氣、再上烏冬(烏冬/蕎麥面二選一)綠茶🍵蕨餅同餐飲,呢餐非常滿足飽暖😌

朋友介紹黎食晚飯Omakase,覺得水準很高,和我食的其他Omakase有點不同,在食壽司前會提供很多款時令新鮮刺身,比我平時食的起碼多出3-4款,重申再說是非常非常之新鮮!海膽配上魷魚刺身一同進食效果好似有化學作用甘異常地好食,時令沙甸魚非常新鮮,這個我自己還多叫左一份,有一款刺身蝦師傅有解釋係咩蝦但我唔記得左係咩品種但比一般牡丹蝦要好食好多,至於壽司水平也比我預期中要高,件件水準不下於我到東京不少Omakase店,我們一行7人食得非常開心,下次還會再來。
