呢排係咁落雨,天氣影響心情,心情影響食慾,想食D重口味喚醒下個人。川菜又點睇?!門拉開,入座率九成,好彩仲有張二人枱。最快有得食當然係涼伴小食,幾款中點咗秘製拍青瓜 ($46),辣度可以自由選,咁嘅陣容係小辣。厚切青瓜,口感夠爽脆。而個秘製醬汁係酸酸地帶小小辣,幾惹人胃口。呢碟蕃茄牛肉炒蛋 ($88)竟然出現係川菜店?! 外觀同普通家庭版無分別。酸甜味醬汁,超級好送飯; 牛肉無梳打粉味,只係呢一碟都可以送到一碗飯。食川菜嘅炒菜類,除咗萵荀外,仲有花菜。呢碟大盆花菜 ($78),就係至愛之一。睇過名以為只得花菜就誤會啦,仲有豬腩片及蔥芹。花菜入口食到香甜味,主角仍然係佢; 豬腩片一齊炒可能係增加香味。佢地呢度有幾款鷄鍋,呢煲川香鮑魚鷄煲 ($168/半隻)係其中一款。有4隻鮑魚及半隻鷄,仲有洋蔥紅椒爆炒,選咗香辣小辣程度,未食已聞到香味。先食鮑魚,已除殼乾淨方便進食,每隻都有相當厚度,入口彈牙。鷄件與香辣醬汁搭配,濃香惹味,亦係送飯嘅好材料。食完晒,見個肚仲有D位置,咁就可以叫埋”甜品”。有我最愛嘅炸饅頭 ($48/6個)呀。即叫即炸,金黃色脹卜卜,配煉奶食,香甜脆口,無得輸。今晚呢餐,見多咗遊客幫襯,內外地客都有,川菜果然都幾受歡迎。 continue reading

上星期去旺角買東西,晚上和家人一齊食飯,突然好想食川菜,我們就決定去麻辣香鍋開餐,餐館就在朗豪坊附近,非常就腳。金湯酸菜魚,十分大盤,份量十足,湯底金金黃黃,好吸引,我們選了小辣,酸中帶辣很開胃,魚片超滑嫩,入口即化,薯粉煙韌彈牙。招牌香鍋,可自選餸菜、辣度,我們選了小麻辣,一眼看見好多辣椒,以為好辣,原來都不是很辣,炒得好香,鴨血夠滑,好好食。大盤花菜,份量足,花菜炒得夠爽脆,很惹味,辣度適中。川香鮑魚雞煲,辣度自選,色澤吸引,聞到都香,鮑魚幾大隻,我們點了半隻雞,原來都唔少,相當惹味,雞肉入味嫩滑,口感幾好。黃金蝦球,蝦球真的很大隻,超爽口,外皮金黃香脆,帶有濃郁的蛋黃香味,見到都流口水,這個值得推介。 continue reading
