第一次食豆腐蘑菇漢堡包，以前真的未聽過哦，今次第一次食覺得好新奇，哈哈哈，沒有肉噶漢堡包以為不會好食，點知出乎我意料，超好味！side dish選左薯仔，同埋沙律菜，薯仔表面炸得有滴幹身，好脆好脆，不過裏面還是軟軟噶，口感好好，沙律菜都好好味，夠fresh夠green，整體搭配滿分！

A relaxing cafe, with 5 round tables and a bar table indoor, and around 15 outdoor seats. The café was styled with mainly wooden furniture and there was a little bookshelf. Not sure if the food taste here is the same as mana slow fast food. I’m aware the menu is different but there are overlaps,, so no reason for the burger and yams to taste different? The environment is cozy, but I really feel disappointed with the food. Although that happened with slow fast food before, maybe I should start looking for other vegan place. But generally I’m aware a few stuff that remains orderable. At least in slow fast food.

外國同事推介，無肉食肆，有D難找，要爬上約50-60級樓梯才到。很少到香港區吃東西，今天終於爬到了，店內外有點好似去了歐洲咁客人/店員都說外文的... 我們坐在店外的長枱，走進店內落order 同自取餐飲，好寧靜好有慢活感覺。 我選了該店的 signature burger combo — the classic. 其實是店員（收銀）的推介，她在推介前會問清楚你是哪類型的素食者😎。第一次吃豆腐蘑菇漢堡包，超好味 combo 有一種沙律菜（我不知道個名）口感不錯，同可以揀 potato or sweet potato. 我揀咗sweet potato ，呢個side dish 真是令人吃個不停。而朋友點的我不知道是什麼（有同我一樣的沙律菜），整體她說很好吃！該店是個值得重回的好地方，可以當自己去了歐洲一個下午。

星期六下晝同另一半Hea下chill下其實真係好寫意～比起中環，我更喜歡上環。有好多舊鋪頭，行過有貓仔歡迎你，真係慢活人生。第一次嚟呢間cafe，但之前食過幾次mana係中環嘅fast slow food。中環個邊真係無咁chill，通常都係食完就走。cacao bowl 望落好似好heavy，但食落非常fresh，佢嘅可可味好濃，類似食緊dark chocolate，後勁帶少少草青味，質地似yogurt，食完fresh得嚟勁飽肚。個薯條係手切，粗身多肉，連皮，正。唔會炸到乾哂，配蒜蓉蛋黃醬，又本身fresh即刻變heavy。兩樣嘢食都高水準，人唔多，hea成日都唔會唔好意思。

Open flats here do not disappoint. Ordered the Tesla Flat with avocado added, delicious! Price is on the high side but portion is quite big. Tried the Inka shake and loved it too. Husband tried the koko latte which had great aroma but requires a bit of an acquired taste.

離開香港過了一個悠長假期，是時候重拾過往的生活，繼續四處尋找好的咖啡店。得知位於中環的素食餐廳MANA!近日在上環太安台開設了新Cafe，就趁著假期跟朋友來吃個下午茶。 咖啡店本身不大，但有不少室外座位，雖然今天沒有陽光，但在這種微涼的天氣之下，最好就是坐在外面。食物選擇不多，以輕食為主，反而飲品比想象中多選擇。Latte。奶泡非常綿密，是我喝過數一數二Rich的，至於咖啡本身也不太苦，很適合我喝，可是$50一杯還真的很貴。Monkey。同樣是一杯Latte，不過在基本的Latte之上加了椰子油，味道帶點果仁味，很特別。 在中環的店已經有賣Flats這種健康薄餅，不過是做成raps，但在新店就做成Open flats，貌似薄餅，在上面擺放不同的配料，有鹹有甜。今次我就選了The Yoko一試，上面有羅勒醬、蕃茄片、水牛芝士和松子仁，味道不錯。雖然食物質素不錯，但價錢有點少貴。

Mana cafe不算就腳，位於上環站同 西營盤站的交界。而且要行上數條樓梯同斜路才到。mana cafe店舖細小，只有數個座位，並沒有餐飲服務，需要自己點餐同收拾食後的餐具。這裡是沒有肉食，除蛋外全是素菜和包。這裡的包有分全麥同Gluten Free，就算有麩質敏感的朋友都可以在這裡放心食。雖然價錢不便宜，點一份餐都差不多$100，而且不包餐飲，需另叫飲品。但這裡環境清雅，遠離路邊，偶爾想靜下食清淡一些，這裡會是個不錯的選擇

穿著高跟鞋走上大安台真的不容易😅😅來回四處張望也找不到MANA!的招牌，只見幾個坐在室外長枱的幾個外籍男子很chill地聊天。原來店子就在眼前! yoga教室旁邊店子小小，很有森林系感覺，主張素食及環保，所用的餐具都是可回收循環再造的。The Einstein $110這個愛因斯坦內有牛油果醬，chickpeas，紅椰菜，面頭類似 mustard 和香料香氣為這個open flat增添不少中東風味我選了黑色的gluten free餅底，薄而乾實，吃兩件已有飽肚感覺，所以不要以為素食就代表吃不飽Mono $50 - latte with coconut oil最令人驚喜的是這杯咖啡，相貌平平但香氣逼人, 椰子油和奶味融合得天衣無縫，比上次在中要green wxxxxx喝的那杯出色多可能加上環境氣氛因素，令食物更添美味坐在室外享受著微風，下午時份，幼稚園老師便帶著學童從山上樓梯走下來放學，聽著小孩子歡樂的笑聲，呷一口咖啡，這般風光真寫意用餐後請把餐具分類放在垃圾筒內，不過想支持環境的話，還是不要用即棄餐具好

Mana Cafe地點唔算就腳，如果由地鐵起步要上山行樓梯先去到。不過相比起歐洲，香港仲未興起食/賣organic food嘅地方，雖然健康但價錢相對較高，唔係人人負擔到。今日我就同好姊妹來了一試當天叫了signature item，成碟嘢由香料到火箭菜到Halloumi都襯得好好，一個人真係飽到食唔晒！而飲品選擇都好豐富，不過見到最多客人飲嘅應該係椰青環境方面坐外面會比較舒服。唯一美中不足係食物先上枱，但咖啡在食物到後十多分鐘後先沖好，如果先上飲品會好啲。
