見到OpenRice 個牛肉船麵好吸引,個濃湯好似好正,而且一面倒得。所以今日過海做完嘢特登搭車過嚟食,點知,又係一個極失望嘅經歷。個船河一上枱見到個湯底都知唔妥,個湯望落一啲都唔濃郁,同OpenRice 啲相相差甚遠;個湯無乜牛味而且偏甜,味道就好似是但一間泰國或越南餐廳都做到嘅普通湯底,我唔覺得係一個特別經真材實料「餚」出嚟嘅湯底;而且果幾條炸豬皮有好勁嘅油臆味。碗粉絕對唔係難食嘅,但真係好正常勁普通,感覺同食越棧無分別,咁點解我要特登搭車過嚟食呢?!而且杯青檸梳打,佢唔知係攪錯定乜,唔係青檸係黃檸,而且應該係落咗檸檬汁開稀嘅,杯底果啲超酸。總括而言,正常過唔正常,唔洗特登搵黎食。後未埋單$82,openrice 果個牛肉船麵係$120,而且我發現menu design 都同OpenRice 原本果個唔同,舖頭名稱冇變,所以我估可能係易咗手或者係轉左大廚,所以質素差咁遠。不過值得一讚係樓面叔叔好有禮貌而且熱心幫忙,如果食物做返好應該還有潛力。 continue reading

呢間灣仔上樓嘅泰國菜餐廳,環境寬敞坐得舒適服。位置方便,灣仔站C出口行幾分鐘就到。雖然係灣仔,但價錢唔貴、好合理,值得一試!鍾意飲酒嘅朋友,食完飯之後仲可以去附近嘅酒吧飲返兩杯添雞肉蝦米紙卷蝦肉同雞肉香甜,配上大量蔬菜,口感一流。配上特製嘅醬汁好惹味😋😋😋不得不提嘅係每一件米紙卷都有紫蘇葉,除左增加左香氣外,仲令味道變得有層次👍🏻泰式海南雞肉質嫩滑,雞味香濃,而且一啲都唔肥,雞皮一啲肥膏都無,食埋都唔怕❤️最正嘅係全部都起晒骨,啖啖肉。配上嘅泰式醬汁,Yummy😍😍海鮮炒闊河粉河粉口感煙韌又惹味,而且用料十足,大大隻彈牙蝦球、鮮甜魷魚🤩凍檸茶 & 凍奶茶餐廳飲品,糖水都係由客人自己落,甜度自己控制。我最鍾意泰式奶茶,滑得來又好香濃,仲帶有淡淡嘅清香添😊 continue reading

今日想食重口味少少, 去咗附近嘅Mana Thai食晚飯近排胃口唔係好好, 嗌咗一份主食同兩份小食兩個人食<辣椒醬炒蛤蜊>泰國嘢好少見到有呢個辣椒醬炒蛤蜊, 嗌黎試試炒蛤蜊分量算多, 全部都係開口嘅辣椒醬味道辣辣地, 惹味又好食<泰式無骨鳳爪沙律>泰式無骨鳳爪沙律亦係大食妹嘅最愛之一酸酸辣辣嘅味道, 咬落超爽口, 令你食慾大增<海鮮炒闊河粉>次次去食泰國嘢, 主食都嗌金邊粉, 今次試吓呢個海鮮炒闊河粉口感煙煙韌韌好得意, 食落又幾有鑊氣<Ice Longan>飲品方面大食妹照舊飲咗杯甜絲絲嘅龍眼冰<Ice Lime Soda>朋友就嗌咗清新解渴嘅青檸梳打 continue reading

燒豬頸肉~~ 其實好鍾意食豬頸肉既~ 平時怕唔健康比較少食, 但今次出街食街, 用左難得既QUOTA, 食到美味既炭香豬頸肉好開心呀~~餐廳做出曼谷街頭~~炭香四溢的正宗泰式燒豬頸肉~~配上自家製泰式酸辣蘸汁, 好正!  蟹肉炒飯 啖啖蟹肉好醒胃. 口感好豐富, 應該加左D肉鬆,腰果, 炸蔥炸蒜等. 所以食落有咬口有層次  冬蔭功可說是最經典的泰國菜. 酸酸辣辣湯, 餐廳加左草菇和秀珍菌~~ 都有香濃既蝦味.隻蝦都幾多膏, 同好香~但我覺得唔夠辣 細細粒既泰式魚蛋~~ 十分十分彈牙~~ 香脆… 加上酸辣汁才是靈魂. 個酸辣平衡得岩岩好, 食完一粒又想食第二粒.  柚子大蝦沙律好開胃,味道口感一流。通菜勁勁勁嫰口仲點左鳳爪泰式奶茶和青檸水 continue reading
