自從龍華乳鴿今非昔比後,一直都食吾到一隻有當年龍華水準的乳鴿,直至食過瑪寶鮮的乳鴿才尋回失去多年,美味乳鴿回憶,無論鴿的大细,脆皮及鎖住肉汁程度均可以同當時名滿沙田的龍華乳鴿一較高下,唯一不及龍華的就是鴿種本身,因當年龍華可以自置鴿場能用新鮮鴿而今時今日的瑪寶鮮衹能用鮮鴿奉客,但仍能做到有當年龍華八成水準嘅乳鴿實在難得,喜歡食乳鴿的朋友一定要試吓,不過記得要早一日預訂,另外蟹肉炒粉絲及花竹蝦乾汁炒介蘭圽可一試,反而乳豬個皮雖然好脆但肉有豬騷味就吾建議食。

年近歲晚,唔係升職飯就係歡送飯。今次在尖沙咀瑪寶鮮晚飯聚會歡送好兄弟。兄弟相聚,當然要開懷暢飲,所以點了不少下酒菜如豬手、叉燒、鮮魷、九肚魚等等。叉燒和豬手不過不失,鮮魷和九肚魚等香口菜色則相當不俗這裏食物水準不俗,重點是這裏免開瓶費,服務亦到位。難怪在尖沙咀這個競爭激烈的地區,還要是樓上鋪,依然屹立不倒。我也很喜歡這地方,地點就腳又免開瓶費,在現今香港免開瓶費的地方買少見少,可說是我兄弟聚會飲番杯的不二之選。
