好耐冇食中菜!今日去Airside,見到呢間上海菜好多人排隊,一於湊熱鬧試吓😂 等咗一陣先有位坐,打開餐牌,估唔到價錢非常經濟實惠喎,唔怪得咁多人等位👍我哋兩個人眼闊肚窄,嗌咗好多嘢食! 先食雞絲粉皮,作為一個前菜佢份量都唔少。麻醬味道稍為偏酸,粉皮口感唔錯,雞絲同青瓜絲份量都多。之後到乾煸四季豆,大大碟,味道香濃,少少辣,幾惹味!呢個竟然係送飯一流嘅選擇!主菜片皮鴨等咗一陣先出現,呢度幾好喎,可以叫米隻片皮鴨,兩個人食都OK。片皮鴨皮同肉嘅比例幾好,同埋醬料幾好食😋最後最後仲有泡椒蝦球,依家都幾辣,好好食!我鍾意勁重蒜味,如果佢蒜味再勁啲就好啦😂食到勁飽,每人都唔使$300,好抵! continue reading

呢排見好多人介紹呢間五匠六釜既片皮鴨,贊性價比高,所以就同一班朋友黎試下,整體性價比都高,份量真係大份,特別係片皮鴨同雲吞雞,質素都唔錯,不過就比碟睇menu 相好吸引,上菜時好大落差既蝦王蛙蛙菜累咗事😕我哋五個人叫咗半隻片皮鴨、半隻雲吞雞、蝦王蛙蛙菜同埋一個魚皮前菜,四個菜合埋大約$500蚊,好夠食,片皮鴨既鴨肉同麵粉皮比起出面好多都更足份量片皮鴨嘅鴨肉香味十足,份量又多,配搭嘅麵粉皮煙韌,有種好香嘅麵粉味,食落真係好滿足😋至於雲吞雞,湯夠濃味,雞肉厚實滑嫩,飲落去一啖啖都好滿足!🍜唯一失望嘅係蝦王蛙蛙菜,雖然貴過普通高湯/火腿,但份量就唔獨足,蝦得個3隻,而且好唔新鮮,唔大隻,食落去有啲肉質好玫,好似擺左好耐咁,仲有啲黑黑地,蝦腸亦都大條,我哋最後只好食啲菜。😕如果唔係個菜,成餐我地都食得好開心,希望餐廳可以重視下呢道菜既問題,真心扣左好多分 continue reading
