灣仔 ｜ 京都系抹茶店朝聖實錄最近被呢間主打宇治抹茶飲品嘅Cafe燒到，話用嘅係京都宇治第五代茶園出品，茶道級抹茶，仲即場手拂沖茶，聽落好似好高質，咁就同朋友行過去朝聖一下😹地點唔算方便，夏天去仲要行到出晒汗，所以本身對佢有啲期望🥹🥹坐低叫咗幾杯試下：抹茶咖啡拿鐵：抹茶味算突出，有淡淡咖啡苦澀，整體順口唔難飲，適合唔太接受咖啡但又想試下嘅人。士多啤梨抹茶拿鐵：底層嘅士多啤梨味同抹茶意外地幾夾，甘中帶果香，味道有層次，係我幾鍾意的一杯。但整體而言，味道只是中規中矩，唔差，但又未去到驚艷，而且杯身偏細，性價比一般。如果真係好鍾意抹茶，可能會覺得值得，但唔算係非試不可嘅level。冷氣夠凍，適合行到攰想抖下🫡

好飲！自己一個嗌咗兩杯嘢飲，一杯抹茶latte同埋白朱古力抹茶latte。抹茶味濃郁，飲出京都嘅抹茶味最開心係可以揀甜度！可以揀extra sweet對於我尼種甜食愛好者真係美夢成真～ 但當然都可以揀少甜。個人覺得好飲過Matcha Tokyo。呢間有會員可以免費join，消費10次之後可以免費領一杯嘢飲。🧹 環境清潔，適合聽朋友黎吹水。我帶左部電腦過去，order個陣發現有張牌話keep ur visit under 60mins，但我坐左三粒鐘都冇趕我走間店冇廁所，最近都係要去到PP。同埋冇插頭，如果想帶部電腦過去做嘢，咁最好充好電先。Love it!! I ordered two drinks, one matcha latte and one white chocolate matcha latte. The matcha is really concentrated and smooth. You get to choose how sweet u want it to be, as someone who has a sweet tooth, being able to choose extra sweet is such a blessing. Both drinks were amazing and I would come back again. Imo, better than matcha Tokyo. This store also has free membership for u to join, after spending 10 times u get a free drink.In terms of the environment, it’s clean and chill. Nice place to catch up with friends. I brought my laptop and wanted to work for a bit there but I saw a sign that said “keep ur visits under 60 mins”. Luckily I got to stay for 3 hours and no staff asked me to order an extra drink or food in order to stay longer. The only flaw is that there’s no washroom there, the closest one would be in PP. Also there are no power plug so if u do want to work there make sure to go during less busy hours and have ur laptop or iPad fully charged!

11月中，天氣涼咗，但係餐廳大門後門長開，雖然有開冷氣，係feel到有涼風，接唔接受到就自己決定。店內Menu一係cashier 後面抬頭睇，一係就自己scan枱面QR code，落單要出去，店員會送餐，要收10% surcharge。嘢食不過不失，一杯 Matcha Chai 加件蛋糕過百。食完先記得儲印仔，落單嘅時候店員完全唔會提你，之後亦發現有國泰Asia Miles優惠，店員冇提及過，枱面亦都冇顯眼牌仔，算吧。

原來係香港第一間抹茶專門店，專賣各種抹茶焙茶甜品、嘢飲。舖頭好細，但唔會覺得好迫。有免費wifi，但人流唔少，所以大家都唔會坐得好耐。*Matcha smoothie bowl雖然顏色係好抹好綠，但抹茶味微乎其味，反而係香蕉味好重，就算入面有芒果、杏仁奶，都係香蕉味最重。配料有青蘋果、脆燕麥片、椰子片，口感唔錯，但份量多啲會更好。Apple hojicha cold brew $55焙茶經過高溫烘烤+冷泡嘅方法，減淡茶嘅苦澀回甘味，反而係溫和清淡嘅焙茶清香。後勁有淡淡嘅蘋果甜味，帶來清爽嘅感覺。

抱住期待抹茶的質素二來而來但係失望而回😞 本身以為星街呢間小店感覺好Chill✨可以坐低做下野於是坐低飲杯抹茶💚 坦白說價錢非常Overpriced 本身木系既裝修感覺幾舒服🪵 但係到訪當日接近黃昏營業時間🌙未過 舖頭已經叫人開始整冷氣又嘈又多塵 仲彈到D食物🌚 咁樣趕客嘅態度真係好扣分 再講抹茶質素真係非常一般👎🏻 完全無意欲再訪⭐️ Matcha Latte 🍵只能說抹茶控一定會失望🥹 抹茶欠缺香氣同埋回甘味😅同一杯超市買到嘅抹茶冇分別好平庸 配上牛奶都係唔夠Smooth🥛 整體非常Underwhelming⭐️ Matcha Chia Granola Yogurt 🍼基本上冇乜技巧可言🤣 Chia Seed既抹茶濃度比Matcha Latte更濃 Yogurt口感好似超市質素🤨 Yuzu Apple Oolong Jam口味好單調而且偏酸🍎 整體口味好唔夾
