以前在銅鑼灣上班時曾到這間店吃過,已經驚為天人,因為味道和在日本吃到的很像。今次和老公因事來到铜鑼灣,當然要帶他來試一下。看到店內這塊牌子才知道這間店在日本的橫滨其實有很多的分店晚上約七時多來到,人不多,其實我覺得某程度上是因為它的位置較偏離旺區,夜晚那邊很黑,所以除非是專程來找,否則很難會路過發現。我的食量太少,所以建議老公叫一碗大的再加麵底,然後加一碟餃子和調味蛋。我們點的是特松醬油豬骨拉麵,一上枱我的目光馬上被那一排紫菜和超多的叉燒所吸引。湯底很濃豬骨味,不太醎,依然保持水準。招呼我們的也是日本人,看他做事一絲不苟,就知道他對味道同樣堅持。紫菜多到吃不下,比起之前到一蘭只有一片薄得可憐的紫菜(還會溶掉!),真是天淵之別。這裡推介的是粗麵,但如要加麵底則只能選幼麵。餃子是因為看到其他食評的推介而點的,果然沒有讓我們失望。皮薄而香脆,讓人忍不住一口接一口追吃著。調味蛋 $10 也不算貴,其實即是半熟蛋。但我們不知道原來特松的拉麵本身已有一隻調味蛋 (普通 size 的拉麵則配鵪鶉蛋),所以很飽呢。

看到店內這塊牌子才知道這間店在日本的橫滨其實有很多的分店

晚上約七時多來到,人不多,其實我覺得某程度上是因為它的位置較偏離旺區,夜晚那邊很黑,所以除非是專程來找,否則很難會路過發現。

我的食量太少,所以建議老公叫一碗大的再加麵底,然後加一碟餃子和調味蛋。

湯底很濃豬骨味,不太醎,依然保持水準。招呼我們的也是日本人,看他做事一絲不苟,就知道他對味道同樣堅持。紫菜多到吃不下,比起之前到一蘭只有一片薄得可憐的紫菜(還會溶掉!),真是天淵之別。這裡推介的是粗麵,但如要加麵底則只能選幼麵。

調味蛋 $10 也不算貴,其實即是半熟蛋。但我們不知道原來特松的拉麵本身已有一隻調味蛋 (普通 size 的拉麵則配鵪鶉蛋),所以很飽呢。

A multiple choice menu is all the rage now (a trend brought in by Japanese eateries); I picked my choice - miso pork noodles. The miso soup (also the main seasoning) was very rich and you could smell the fragrance two inches away. The proper way is to drink it - and it didn't induce unquenchable thirst as some food additives would. The pork was tender and well marinated. The noodles were springy and al dente, though perhaps I should have picked the medium thick variant with such a rich soup as they would pair better. If one was to be absolutely picky, the quail egg was slightly overcooked and so a bit hard. 
The portions were light and just right for girls and those on diet, though one could always ask for more noodles with $10 additional charge. The service was excellent and the in-charge staff made an effort to learn Cantonese (that's genuine Japanese service for you). Best wishes to this 15-year old Japanese establishment with its first local attempt, keep up the good work and at $88 per head, I would certainly come again.

才六點多, 客人人數只有很少。有別於香港其他的拉麵店, 松壱家的裝修真的太沒有「拉麵店」的感覺了! 不過還是帶有濃濃的日本快餐店的風格。應該是坐得最舒服的拉麵店吧, 紅皮的椅子軟軟的, 枱子又大又闊, 和朋友談天也顯得方便。

加溏心蛋一隻 HK$10

先飲一口湯, 有一點點油花, 香, 味鮮而不膩。加了醬油, 味道比純豬骨湯要輕怡得多。不知是不是人漸年長, 對濃膩的杰身的湯底已經不感興趣, 對此醬油豬骨更是心折。如此白口飲起來也不覺得難受。

來到松壱家, 你不能錯過的就是要來一碗白飯。以白飯佐拉麵吃, 想像之中好似有點奇怪, 但在日本是一種非常常見的食法。特別是剛湯太過濃稠之時, 你更加會想有一口香糯的白飯去平衡一下口味。雖然忘記拍照, 不過松壱家的那白飯堪稱絕色! 一粒粒又圓又大又晶瑩的白飯, 咀嚼起來滿口都是甘香, 好吃得緊。

不同味道的拉麵湯有不同的配飯吃法, 店家有圖文並荗地教客人, 在此就不一一細說了。醬油豬骨拉麵付上的三塊紫菜, 在湯中浸軟吸飽香味, 再用來包白飯吃, 嘿, 味道好得不得了, 只恨三塊紫菜少了點!

除了湯底和白飯讓人回味不已, 其它材料都算很不錯, 但就未至於令人神魂顛倒。若果大家想一併過試齊所有配料, 可以考慮點「特松」。湯底都是那幾個choice啊, 但配料的種類和份量都會多很多呢。

終極雞湯拉麵 HK$83+10%
坊間有賣雞湯拉麵的店子很少, 比較多人認識的是「鳥華」, 但小妹覺得它份量又少湯底又膩, 一直都不很中意。另外就是尖東的「丸玉」, 不過已經結業了。是次在松壱家吃的雞湯拉麵味道甜香, 喜歡再清新一點的, 更可以擠點檸檬汁! 簡直令我對雞湯拉麵改觀了呢, 也很推薦大家試上一試。

是日見日本店長在店內店外打點, 辛苦了。

One of the best ramen places in hk!!! I was absolutely thrilled to find thick noodles here coz I couldn't find that anywhere in hk!! The ramen texture was perfect, just like the one I had tried in Japan before!! The chicken and pork soup was very nice, the taste was strong but not greasy nor salty!! I will definitely come here again....and again.....

經過多次,今次才是頭一回惠顧。問侍應有什麼推介,他推介醬油豬骨湯,配粗麵。先試湯,果然濃香,忍不住喝了很多,但也不見口渴,足見味精不多。三大塊紫菜、小片义燒、木耳絲、筍、菠菜、鵪鵲蛋、蔥,我加了一點點芝麻。粗麵配合得剛好,我整碗幹掉!餃子底頗脆,但如果餡料內多放些菜,會更爽口。皮也可薄一點點。由於今早沒吃早餐,所以連餃子也全吃了,下次會再來。

醬油豬骨湯拉麵的湯底沒有在尖沙咀已結業的Agura 東京ラーメン那麼濃稠和咸,而且非常鮮味!使用橫濱家系的中粗麵,硬度選一般的麵條非常有彈性。叉燒經微煎過後也非常香口美味。附上還有不常見的鵪鶉蛋和玉子,但煮得過了火候而且略嫌太過清淡... 值得一提的是這裡的餃子也值得一試,餡料實在之餘並配上醬油和醋,鮮味即提升了幾個層次!

一行人浩浩蕩蕩去食夜宵,因為太累太餓,所以想也沒想就衝進去了。我點的這個是「終極雞湯拉麵」,讚的地方是湯底很濃郁,叉燒也很入味。而且我選了粗的麵條,所以相對較有口感。唯一覺得有點不足是叉燒只有一塊,(如果喜歡吃日式叉燒的朋友可以考慮追加,好像是另加$30),還有伴菜是用生菜,總是覺得有點不搭調。環境和服務都OK。(因為是日式拉麵店的關係,所以沒有特別要求啦...)價錢方面,這個「終極雞湯拉麵」售價$85,個人覺得是中價以上,感覺上港島區的拉麵店平均也是這個價格。會繼續為大家搜羅美食。 =)

原本想去食拉麵Jo, 途中經過呢間拉麵店,e?未見過wor 又見唔洗等位!就決定入去一試除左有基本豚骨湯底,重有較少既雞骨湯底,呢度最得意既係拉麵跟既蛋係鵪鶉蛋,不這由於今次想試雞湯底,所以就無緣試佢了。那個特松大概是多幾片叉燒同多一隻蛋,基於本人胃口所以都係無試了。點了特色的雞湯拉麵,硬麵(至愛),少油及濃湯。值得一讚的是這店是供應冰水,不是每間香港拉麵店也會有凍到震的冰水呀。大約10分鐘後有得食,旁邊附上一舊檸檬??店員也沒有特別說明如何使用,所以就沒有多理會了。比一般豬骨湯底更白,但不算太油。喝一下湯頭,嘩!很鮮很美味呀!!是那種味濃但不油膩的感覺!再配上炸蒜(我估),白蔥及青蔥,成個mix好match,多喝幾口都不會口喝,正~~ 拉麵只選了幼麵,因本人不太好粗身湯拉麵,硬度還好,可以再硬一點,掛湯情況也因湯夠濃而不錯。但嫌份量夠少,男生也許要追加麵底才夠飽。叉燒只有一塊略少,偏肥偏薄的,一咬落去,很軟綿綿呢~口感是很不錯,但肥瘦平均一點會更好!這裡少有地湯底有白蔥(一般只有青蔥),幫整個湯底提鮮呀,又一驚喜最後的半熟蛋,看起來普普通通,原本以為熟過頭唔會太流心,但一咬落去內

比一般豬骨湯底更白,但不算太油。喝一下湯頭,嘩!很鮮很美味呀!!是那種味濃但不油膩的感覺!再配上炸蒜(我估),白蔥及青蔥,成個mix好match,多喝幾口都不會口喝,正~~

最後的半熟蛋,看起來普普通通,原本以為熟過頭唔會太流心,但一咬落去內裡原來還是很不錯,蛋黃也有慢慢流出來,蛋味就一般啦,唔算好濃!

整餐也很滿足,唯一美中不足就是我想問服務員豬骨湯底的鵪鶉蛋可不可以轉成半熟蛋時,我都未講完成句佢已經爆左一句"無得轉熟蛋呀"之後就走開左了。。。成個人呆左。。

期待下次再去點豚骨拉麵未知又會如何美味=D

開完會,肚子有點餓,想吃好一些,單拖坎去食拉麵。今次放棄了豬骨湯底,改要了雞湯拉麵。麵條的粗幼、軟硬,以及湯底的濃淡程度均可以自己挑選。我,吃的是幼麵條,要硬啲,湯底濃郁一點也無妨。未幾,拉麵送上,幼身的麵底果然是夠硬,尚算爽口,湯底夠熱,濃郁合心水。叉燒薄身,但不會粗嚡,亦有帶肥脂。另外,配上的是鵪鶉蛋。夏日炎炎,吃得大汁疊細汗,還是要喝一枝可樂,才夠爽。

日本拉麵店一般都是以豬骨做湯底但如果換成雞湯又如何呢?就在辛勞了一天後去試試看吧!松壱家坐落在銅鑼灣的街背不算是當眼的地點但如果去開銅仔的話還滿就腳招牌是寫住「橫濱家系」就是由豬骨濃醬油, 粗麵, 叉燒 還有豎立著的紫菜形成的重口味家系拉麵~但這次薯棄豬從雞, 試著前所未有的雞湯拉麵!不要以為用雞湯會比較清淡一點既然挺著「家系拉麵」的招牌口味之重絕不下一於一般肉肉的豬骨湯底湯頭看起來沒有豬骨拉麵那種污濁的顏色, 白白透透的很萌吧?定晴一看那一層層精美的雞油 (愛健康的人不要看呀~ >.<)喝了一口, 軟綿綿的質感, 是由無限的雞油和葱油混合而成的!同樣是葱+雞, 口感和中式的弄法完全不同, 務必要試一下!使用粗扁麵條, 麵質會比一般的拉麵稍硬 (當然沒有混亂拉麵那種超硬級)配著接近全肥的叉燒, 吃起有種背德的快感!那片檸檬是靈魂所在, 吃前先搾出數滴檸檬汁油膩感一掃而空, 和雞湯簡直是絕配, 用後絕對可以再戰一碗!還怕不夠飽也大大碗的特松系列, 叉燒和紫菜加倍!食材都密舖平面, 這才夠霸氣!看來吃過松壱家後要努力跑步還債了... orz

定晴一看那一層層精美的雞油 (愛健康的人不要看呀~ >.<)
喝了一口, 軟綿綿的質感, 是由無限的雞油和葱油混合而成的!
同樣是葱+雞, 口感和中式的弄法完全不同, 務必要試一下!
使用粗扁麵條, 麵質會比一般的拉麵稍硬 (當然沒有混亂拉麵那種超硬級)
