To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

女人的第2個胃☺️就算食完正餐，無論下午夜晚都食得落甜品😊。西營盤有好多小店，最近發現咗呢間日式甜品店，同附近啲港式甜品賣唔同嘅野，殺出一條血路。店舖以木系為主調，小店有1-2位店員。店內有抹茶飲品、心太軟、巴斯克、茶味蛋糕、梳乎厘等等。抹茶飲品唔會好似日本咁甜，啱晒唔鍾意蛋奶又想歎抹茶嘅朋友。梳乎厘即叫即整，啱啱焗好就有得食😚香噴噴蛋味，表層係蛋糕味，內層好foamy, 空氣感十足。📍松屋西營盤第三街
