They now have a new flavor Taro Mochi so I tried it as well as their original flavor.The sweetness for both are well controlled. However,  I felt the Taro flavor was not strong and the mochi with the pudding made it actually more messier to eat. I would recommend te original flavor instead ($15). continue reading

前兩日行經美心烘焙所,見到新出既法式布甸麵包同沙翁,睇起嚟咁吸引,當然唔可以錯過啦 ~每日新鮮出爐既法式布甸麵包,係限量發售,緊係要買多個啦。外表睇落震騰騰既布甸已經好自癒,我會原個大口品嚐麵包中間既布甸,充滿蛋香而口感夠滑溜,夾帶淡淡既麵包香氣,法包厚薄比例適中,口感鬆軟,唔會太膩,甜度亦啱啱好,冷食熱食都咁啱,我除咗熱食,都試過雪凍食,布甸仍然保持幼滑口感,又係另一番風味。沙翁大大個一粒,蛋香撲鼻,外脆內軟,口感輕盈而且富香濃蛋味,雖然外層沾滿砂糖但又唔會覺得太甜太膩,食落鬆化似蜂巢,覺得回味無窮。除咗法式布甸麵包同沙翁之外,店裡嘅其他烘焙美食都值得品嚐,多款麵包、西餅、糕點等都好用心製作,甜品控不妨一試。 continue reading

呢間麵包烘焙所,唔止好似以往只係賣麵包,出咗法式布甸麵包🤔,而加相揾D好食都唔知食邊一間至好食,呢一間同平時嗰D望見冇乜分別,我就買嚟試吓😋!.法式布甸麵包$15呢一個布甸麵買包只係每日新鮮出爐,限量供應🤔,每日限定時間先有得買,同時就算布甸麵包凍咗都唔緊要,係麵包外層表面噴上適當水份保持有D濕潤,放入適當焗爐隨即食到入口布甸麵包外皮香而鬆脆又夠香口,同時用隻湯匙放入口軟而滑口,佢嘅布甸係用咗法國淡忌廉而製,入口嫰滑而綿密奶味蛋香相當之濃郁,佢嘅法包口感煙韌🤔,布甸非常之美味😋,凍食或熱食效果都好正👍!.*只要將布甸麵包放入焗爐或者電炸鍋烘烤180度5分鍾就有得食!*.沙翁呢嗰沙翁金黄香軟圓碌碌嘅賣相🤔,外皮沾滿一粒粒甜甜嘅砂糖😋,口感鬆軟而香口😙,而佢嘅甜度適中,我覺得口感味道都幾好!.蜜桃拿破崙三文治$14呢款拿破崙三文治望著都幾好🤔,同以往D三文治有D唔同,分別有幾層外皮又有咬口,上面放滿粉末令到賣相更加吸引🤤,第二層係鬆軟香口蛋糕分別有兩層,中間夾住香甜嘅蜜桃😋,三者相當之夾口感特別食入口味道都唔錯好有層次感!.粒粒提子卷$13呢一個提子卷旋捲型賣相🤔,放滿咗豐富粒粒提子😮,令到整個提子卷睇得吓,金金黃黄嘅外皮佈滿整個都係提子,口感鬆而軟口又有粒粒口感😋,甜度一般配埋D提子恰恰好!.杏仁牛角酥$14呢一款牛角酥賣相吸引🤤睇見都想食,金黄脆口嘅外皮相當之有層次口感🤔,上面放滿杏仁片夠哂香而脆口😋,牛角酥面沾滿粉末增添色彩,真係睇得又食得!. continue reading

麵包經常也會吃到,傳統的味道雖然好吃,但吃得多也會感覺厭倦的。近年新式麵包愈來愈多,格價相宜選擇有很多,所以吸引到不少人入手的。這次就去了一家烘焙店,裡面有數十款款式,就找了幾款特別的🙈。-💥法式布甸麵包 HKD$15近期大熱的美食,現在很多地方也有,放進氣炸鍋加熱2分鐘,味道很香很吸引😍。布甸口感香滑微甜,滑溜溜的質感蛋味濃郁。麵包皮口感脆脆的,加熱來吃較好吃。-💥菠蘿麻糬包 | 朱古力菠蘿麻糬包 HKD$20/2個這款麻糬包賣相特別,兩款口味各具特色🤤。口感外脆內軟,麻糬口感煙韌軟糯。較喜歡吃原味,感覺真的像吃菠蘿包。-💥雞批 HKD$12中西合璧的批類食物,放進去加熱味道較香。雞批外皮酥脆,裡面有雞肉和蘑菇,所以口感較豐富。醬汁味道微甜,整體味道挺喜歡的。-💥沙翁 HKD$14是傳統的中式麵包,工序繁複現在不太容易買到。熱辣辣新鮮出爐味道很香,大量砂糖沾在面頭感覺邪惡。沙翁口感外脆內軟,味道香甜鬆軟,蛋味較香濃的。- continue reading
