To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無無聊聊, 又去了這快餐店享受下午茶餐. 如常,叫了一份公司三文治（走醬）,加一份咖哩魚蛋豬皮蘿蔔,再配一杯熱奶茶. 因上次同樣是叫了這一份下午茶餐, 實在食完咖哩魚蛋再飲完一杯熱奶茶,已經很飽, 所以今次自己預備了一個餐盒,便帶走了公司三文治. 其實我覺得真是非常便宜. 因今日是星期五, 三時許上到去, 比平時多顧客. 我這樣的無無聊聊, 坐在窗前面對exchange Square, 也坐了個多鐘頭才離去. 好滿足, 價錢相當合理, 也只是45元.物有所值.在中環怎可能食到這樣便宜有質素的下午茶餐.

美心的早餐我大多是外賣拿走吃，今天見有座位就坐下吃了。花多眼亂太多款式就不知怎樣選擇，終於就選擇了這個有菠蘿油的早餐⋯⋯美心早餐大致上一般都ok的，一個快速的早餐不要太高要求，隨了菠蘿包可能用微波爐翻熱後，面頭的菠蘿蓋就像石頭般硬，要注意這個問題了🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲其他食物，通粉、腸仔和蛋都屬正常😊用微波爐翻熱麵包時間一定不能太久，所以這個真的要注意了🙏🏽🙏🏽——————-每日一早餐….其實開心簡單就在你身邊❤️⋯⋯😋食….拍…寫.. 已經成為我生活中的一部份鍾意食..鍾意拍…鍾意寫..留下美好回憶—————

經過美心驚覺話咁快就黎到中秋節！而家已經開始有月餅賣🥮。見佢出咗款全新口味嘅月餅，用咗100%來自馬來西亞嘅貓山王榴槤果肉黎整，而且仲有早鳥優惠，屋企人鍾意食榴槤，當然要買返盒孝敬屋企人。貓山王榴槤軟心月餅 (原價 $398；早鳥特價 $258；滙豐 6 折價 $238.8)未到中秋就同屋企人一齊偷食咗一個，薄薄嘅月餅皮入面係滿滿嘅榴槤肉軟心，而且仲見到一絲絲果肉，真材實料。因為榴槤餡係用咗天然樹上熟嘅榴槤，香味俾一般催熟嘅榴槤會更加濃郁，加上貓山王呢個靚榴槤品種，食落口感綿密軟糯，榴槤味香甜濃郁，但係唔會死甜，屋企人都話有驚喜。🤩。。美心MX 。。
