To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

31/3中午12:30叫了一碟欖菜肉碎炒飯，出來的效果真嚇人，成個碟底浸滿了油，沒有肉碎和菜不在講，的飯是剛從雪櫃攞出來未解凍一樣，一舊舊，食左幾啖，頂唔順的油，攞兩張紙巾都索唔晒。雖然$42，都唔好當人乞兒囉。同個職員反影，佢答我下次叫過第二樣，阿媽係女人，使乜你講丫，仲有下次咩!
