To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

該店起正樓下十分方便，每日都幫襯！保持著一貫的食物質素，早餐我總是吃雞扒、炒蛋、多士，熱奶茶！雞扒多汁嫩滑，炒蛋香滑，奶茶都茶濃奶香口感很滑😊朝早人流都比較多，幸好一人入座尚算有位。

今日試左個好出色既 肉碎銀針粉+多士+雙煎太陽蛋 都係35$銀針粉的口感十分彈牙，配上店家獨家炮製的肉碎，味道更是香濃。而多士則是作為銀針粉的伴點，炸至金黃酥脆的外皮，內裡蓬鬆鬆軟，非常香甜可口。每一口搭配著銀針粉。太陽蛋煎得恰到好處，蛋黃完全沒有被煎熟，切開後黏稠的蛋黃流出，與銀針粉和多士一起入口，味道更加濃郁。蛋白部分則煎得十分鬆軟，非常順口。除此之外店舖仲有糯米雞粥品公仔麵扒餐等多款早餐可以任君選擇十一點之前都係早餐時段
