參加客戶的Annual Dinner,地點係方便到痺的大會堂美心皇宮。這間美心皇宮的高樓底和巨型水晶吊燈,賣相雖然舊式,但卻是本地難得的豪華。細心睇,那些巨型水晶吊燈其實巳經係手功幾靚的貨色!一個場開到近七十席,仲要少柱,呢個場作大型function,其實都好好。對方大概因為太多員工,經費有限,菜式自然將貨就價!鮑蔘翅肚統統沒有。幸而,美心keep 到水準:任飲橙汁用果汁先生、乳豬係預先去肥膏、西蘭花蝦球係爽脆、瑤柱甫係入味、炸釀蟹拑和竹笙雞絲羹係足料、雲腿時蔬有好多雲腿片、蒸海班略失色、脆皮雞好嫩滑、糯米飯和燴伊麵唔油膩、紫米椰露和蓮蓉酥餅都幾得體!預算許可,攪function 真係要考慮大會堂美心皇宮。

好地地吃晚飯,其實唔關蛇羹事,不過忽然見到佢餐牌上有蛇羹,就抱著一試無妨的心態要了一客。其實不說是蛇羹,其賣相實在似一碗王肉絲羹,還要是王及肉絲也不太多那款。吃起來,如果沒有隨羹附上的薄脆,都幾難想像是在吃蛇羹。好似係48蚊,下次都係唔好搵d咁野玩,喊面只比蛇羹,其點心是不錯的。

好耐無嚟,仍然係咁多人,本地人,遊客都有。幸好早攞飛,只係等咗十令分鐘就有位。十一點過後,等位嘅,一大堆,有啲更索性坐係地下同細路玩。擺位開茶,好快手。大堂應該裝修過,不過最殺食仍然係一列面對維港嘅玻璃窗,有天然光,令整間酒樓好光猛。點心仍然係推車仔叫賣,偶然有師傅攞啲剛整好嘅小食周圍行。呢鋪開懷大吃,叫咗蝦餃、燒賣、叉燒腸、魚翅餃、迷你叉燒菠蘿包、臘味糯米飯、百花蝦丸、腐皮卷......總括嚟講,啲點心仍然唔錯,唔會令你失望得去邊。所以只係講兩個比較特別啲嘅。第一個係迷你叉燒菠蘿包,呢個好好味!一碟三個,師傅捧出嚟,重熱辣辣,菠蘿包的酥皮好鬼正!兩啖一個,嘩~~!第二個係糯米飯。應該唔係生炒,但臘味,香芹都齊,色香味俱全。秋風起,想食糯米飯,正好開齋。其實,香芹係帶起生炒糯米飯嘅靈魂,不過越嚟越少師傅會放,因為好多人唔歡喜個味道。話時話,邊道重有師傅會做生炒臘味糯米飯,而唔係蒸熟咗,再落料炒兩下呢??呢餐點心BRUNCH,埋單一共三百八十幾。

Good Chinese restaurant is hard to find. This is one of my favorite one throughout the years. The dim sum selections are great, esepcially during weekends. Must get there early for seats.Must try all dim sum. For those of you are chicken feet fans, this is the place to be !!Bon appetit.

黎過呢度幾次,點心真係幾好食...我好少讚中式酒樓架,不過呢間既食物真係幾好食,仲有好多外國人幫襯!食左好食野,义燒包,义燒腸,燒賣等...不過最好食既係炸鮮奶(我食左3件!),紅豆焗布甸同芒果布甸都好好食!

(2/9/07)同老公11:50來,等左一個鐘有位,算快喇!幸好這裡由2-6人大多數都係坐同一size枱,唔會跳票號。焗西米布甸、芝麻糕、馬拉糕必叫,今次發現一款點心也很好味...很多酒樓都做得唔好,或已沒做的「魚翅餃」。四粒,企理、爽脆!我和老公早到,食過後,想推介給爸媽,同點心阿姐講,我地想搵魚翅餃,佢竟然真係同我地搵,跟住一女侍應同我地講,你地要既魚翅餃賣晒喇。再來一次,想食雞包仔,另一點心阿姐話,與廚房講,替我們蒸一籠,一會兒後,覆番我地,賣晒。點心阿姐都有咁好既服務,真係貴得有道理(小點$23;中點$35;大點$38;茶介$12)但睇番單,我地五人,收左$33for3個茶位,所以平左o羅。

8月13日...星期一今天在公司正在想要去那裡吃午飯, 有同事提議去飲茶, 經商議之後,我們一共14人就決定去大會堂美心皇宮. (因為知道要等位, 所以我大約12點左右就去等, 去到之後不用等..立即有位^^Y)我們一坐下來就開始叫點心吃, (這裡是我最喜歡的推車仔), 每逢有車經過, 車上面的點心, 我們務必要一款或以上, 經點算..我們一共吃了大約40幾籠點心...一隻雞(忘記什麼名字), 之後意猶未盡..再叫了西米焗布甸當甜品.. 個個都吃到很滿意地離開.服務方面真的不錯...雖然很多人客..但也很快幫你.

這裡的點心款式夠多. 全部都是推車仔的, 不用剔點心紙, 而且久不久又會有廚房師傅捧住一盤新鮮的出爐點心叫賣. 唯獨是有關內藏的點心較少. 應該是要配合這裡的需求, 因為老外較多, 他們吃不得, 看也不得. 點心的用料, 味道及質量全部都不過不失. 值得推介的是肉絲炒麵. 他們用一個太極形的碟, 一邊放炸過的麵餅, 另一邊放肉絲芡. 麵餅香脆及不油膩, 顏色金黃, 是用心之作. 肉絲芡不稀不杰. 材料足. 整體的服務質素及整潔程度都較其他的美心皇宮好. 個維港海景幾乎和國金軒可看到的一樣. 要享受這裡的維港海景就快點. 將來皇后碼頭拆卸後會變成怎麼辦就不得而知了. 我多數是星期日來這裡飲茶. 如果假日想去欴茶的話就請點攞位, 因為真是很爆.

(24/7/07)食晏人流真係好浮動。有時十三點三等,到一點都未有位;今日有人得閒,十二點即有位。兩位男子+我o地四女子,點心打孖叫,her her聲清籠。奶皇包最正!咸蛋黃溶入吉士中,新鮮兼且唔太甜。麻蓉包亦唔錯。到這裡必叫的馬拉糕,及西米布甸(早D落order),兩樣都要襯熱食。山竹牛肉、黑椒牛仔骨、蝦餃、燒賣、蝦春卷。京蔥舵鳥肉炒麵,味道ok,麵太油,下次都係唔好叫喇。

大型連鎖酒家的燒乳豬,水準也不算差,皮同肉分開,乳豬皮香脆,肉味都算濃,可是骨多過肉.沒有喜萬年啖啖肉的快感.富貴花蚌肉帶只是一些蚌,同帶子,四季豆炒埋一碟之貨色.

玉環,即係節瓜,蒸得過老了.內裏的瑤柱,質感不夠實在.上湯焗海蝦,當今甚麼海蝦基圍蝦,已經引不起小弟之興趣.用上湯去焗,湯的味道也能逼到入蝦肉內.還能吃到幾隻.

螺頭菜膽燉翅一人一盅上,翅近乎隱形,意料中事.鴛鴦肘子扒娃娃菜,不夠肥.在大型飲宴上,每逢到蒸魚時間,也是要白飯的時候.就算條魚蒸得過火,或者本身不夠新鮮.幸好,也有個蒸魚豉油,用來送飯.同樣地,這條"雙喜班",蒸得剛好,肉質亦嫩滑.

炸子雞非鮮雞,食味,肉質當然差一大截,吃皮算數,身邊有很多人不吃雞皮,暗地裏覺得有點浪費.荷葉飯太濕,荷葉味不足,蒸粉果很有水準,皮薄餡鮮,席上大多人已停手,小弟還是吃完一隻又一隻.

雖然食物水準為意料中事,不過聯誼至上,也算吃得高興.

人潮漸散,步出皇后碼頭獨自吹風,心情絕對空虛,無人捉摸似廢堆....

今日約o左食家C,滑水CC同藍醬去大會堂美心飲茶敘一敘

以中環人來講, 大會堂美心點心水平都算唔錯. 仲加埋有無敵大海景, 所以大會堂美心日日都一樣咁多人

我都唔記得叫o左幾個點心啦, 好似有叉燒包, 腸粉, 魚翅餃, 菠蘿叉燒包, 椒鹽魷魚蘇, 沙律卷, 蘿白糕, 排骨等等

食家C推介魚翅餃都幾好食. 魚蓉燒賣加幾條假魚翅(浮誇o既佢.. 哈哈)

Have dinner with family on Sunday night and to my surprise, the food is ok and the price for the Set Dinner is only $498 ja. And also, using HSBC card has  another extra dish for FREE.
