香港到處都能看到美心餅店, 或是美心快餐店, 美心皇宮還真是難找。沒想到這麼大的一個場館也是座無虛席, 外面還大排長龍,還有不少外國人在等位。先點了一個叉燒、燒豬的拼盤,(雖然大多點心都是要等服務人員推出來叫的), 不過一些頂點,像蝦餃, 還有燒味、湯什麼就要單點的。吃過了美心皇宮的叉燒,回上海就不想再吃其它的燒味啦,絕對正點。魷魚須也很贊, 酥到心, 一點沒有那種濕濕的感覺。芒果布丁也不錯, 蝦餃一般般, 沒有湯汁, 不過蝦球倒是很飽滿。這算是吃的最滿足的一頓了。下次去香港, 一定會再去。 continue reading

繼續食糭,有公關朋友送來的兩款好東西。兩款口味分別是原隻鮑魚瑤柱糭及台北風味糭,前者除了糯米軟糯好吃,亦真的有原隻軟腍可口的鮑魚在內,還有冬菇、白果及腩肉,夠矜貴,味道好。另一款的台北糭,有咸蛋黃有豬肉,已是我喜愛的,又再加入了台灣風味的肉鬆,以及蝦米、冬菇和栗子等材料,好豐富,我想多吃一隻。除了糭子,還有我勁愛的鳳梨酥,香甜鬆化,很有台灣風味喔! continue reading

難得一日放假,老媽子約飲茶,屋企附近冇乜嘢茶樓,又唔想行去太埔,就只有呢間啦…本來呢間酒樓假期一定多人,仲要加埋國慶日班自由行,落到去已經門口逼到爆…諗住攞咗飛先行陣街好快有位,點知我地行完街返到嚟仲要等,前後要等成粒鐘先有得座…呢間酒樓有個特式就係佢仲保留點心車,依家除咗上環蓮香之外都冇乜地方搵到。點心車有好有唔好啦,唔好在佢人多果時啲小朋友好易撞親,但係佢好在有點心出時你可以揀過籠靚先要,名乎其實既點心﹗。味道方面就一般啦,蝦餃、豆苗餃啲餃皮太黏口,其他都係大集團標準味道,冇大驚喜…最離譜就係佢個排骨飯,大細同酒樓既蚊型飯碗一樣大,食咗等於冇食過﹗ continue reading

因為同事之前Anuual Dinner抽中左美心300現金卷因為有友好同事要做所以, 就好理成章咁去左美心皇宮啦!原本, 本住卷既我地, 諗住去食龍蝦伊麵點知....竟然無WOR 好啦, 咁唯叫其他野燒腩仔打頭陣, 超好食皮好脆, 肉好香京蔥鴨好味!! 皮又係燒得好香...唔記得咩黎不過因為我唔太鐘意食魚既關係, 感覺一般炒飯.. 第一下食好香食多兩啖...好滯呢個繼燒腩仔之後, 我一個鐘意既菜佢個牛肉炒得又嫩又香...未送到場黎都聞到陣味 continue reading

哈!!...進攻完四方城…就要進貢五臟廟…就地嚮<美心皇宮>解決…餐牌多多…花多又眼亂…難怪好多時D朋友都會選擇”是但”同”冇所謂”哩兩樣…哈哈!!...選定好…上菜速度亦快…貴妃脆蝦球…一客六件, 炸好滾熱辣o既蝦球爽肉脆嫰, 配上特製芒果沙律醬汁, 甜甜又香口, 係大人細路都合口胃o既菜式, 讚~~一品發財素菜盤…材料包括金針, 雲耳, 椰菜, 支竹, 馬蹄, 紅棗, 荷蘭豆, 粉絲…缺點係炒得糊左少少…話就話素菜, 但都吾會感覺清淡, 其實都肥膩吸油…感覺一般咋!!雲耳節瓜炆龍躉頭腩…用大量青蔥蒜頭爆香再炆炸過o既頭腩…朋友話覺得有少少醒, 但我生肖屬"貓"所以吾多覺!!...只係覺得個芡汁稠左少少…大致可以…梅菜扣肉…近日新推, 找黎時裝設計師鄧達智幫手宣傳o既傳統客家風味菜餐牌裏頭o既其中一款菜式…甜梅菜好味, 可惜係扣肉吾係用可以炆到入口即化o既五花肥腩…而係皮厚脂肪爽o既部位…覺得吾合格, 大家都失望左少少…吾知係咪因為”傳統”…老式的就係粗粗的??!!乾燒伊麵…好處係吾會過油, 同埋麵身冇過多水份, 質感較挺, 吾會過份軟扒扒…ok架!!馬拉榚…成半個足球仔咁…一籠8件逞深啡色…應該選用黃糖或片糖…好鬆軟, 甜味剛好, 不俗…白金信用卡享75折…連白飯兩碗(@$11)及茶芥加一...大約HK$500埋單啦!! continue reading
