Since i worked in Wanchai for over 3 years, i almost come this place once a week.These two are my farvourite order*番茄濃湯小雞翼牛肉公仔麵* (開胃之選) + 凍檸檬茶 = $36We can choose two kinds of food (ham, egg, beef, wings, sausage, muschroom,veggie, fishball) i think 最低之擇 will be the meat + any kind of noodle they have. -tomato soup has some tomatos crumbs, little 瓜, mushroom, & veggie (very tasty)-chicken wings is deep fried with some herbs flavour, but i feel not as yummy as before now, maybe it's not so freshly fried.-beef is very tender, yummy-公仔麵 - 8/10 times i order is 軟硬識中, but maybe 2 times is hard -凍檸檬茶少甜: 夠大杯, need to ask for less ice too, the sweet level of less sugar is prefect for me, good (their hot drink is large too, but i usually order cold ones)*魚腐米線* $24 (add cold drinks +$7)魚腐- very yummy, recommended to try, inside has 50% fish paste and 50% air/empty space, unlike some 魚腐, which inside is 100% fish paste. fry fish ball米線-軟硬識中 and smooth, nice

夜晚想吃 Light meal 立即想到味皇魚蛋粉,喜歡這裏有多種的選擇。灣仔這間分店的味皇,主打是湯粉,有聞名的魚皮,也有魚蛋牛丸等等湯粉提供,晚餐也有抵食的咖喱套餐以及焗飯精選,我就想吃湯粉,所以點餐時點了紅燒豬軟骨配冬菇米線(HK$30),另加時菜菜心(HK$5)。紅燒豬軟骨配冬菇米線(HK$30):味道:不得不讚這裏的份量很多,如果是兩位女士,可以一碗湯粉Share另外再叫其他小食都夠食。紅燒豬軟骨有三數件,炆得好冧好軟熟,醬油也非常之入味,但吃落口也不會覺得咸。冬菇有兩件,都是炆得很軟很滑,有蠔油的香味。至於湯底似有雞湯的香氣,濃郁得來並不覺油膩。最貼心是米線已經配有些生菜,即使不另加時菜,也可以均衡一些飲食。這個餐加時菜也只是5元,有菜心供應,可配蠔油。菜也煮得清綠,吃落很爽脆,實在不錯。現在百物騰貴,能以三十多元吃一頓晚飯實在不易。所以我本人也是很 appreciate 這店在附近。

家裡辦火鍋聚會,有數人指定要吃的火鍋料包括了炸魚皮,參考了《全港食材最強》秘笈中推介了味皇魚蛋粉的越南龍利炸魚皮,就買來一試囉!店子就在灣仔地鐵站附近,檀島咖啡旁近,算是非常方便的地點炸魚皮就放在店門口的當眼處,是用密氣獨立包裝封好的,六人火鍋本來想買一包,結果發現一包的份量好少!一包大概只有六七片魚皮,所以我們決定買兩包!越南龍利炸魚皮($15 一包)到底這個又貴又少的炸魚皮有什麼特別呢?真正剪開包裝拿出來時,確是讓我們每個人都驚訝不而:從沒吃過這麼厚、這麼堅脆的炸魚皮!一片魚皮的厚道足有平常魚皮的三倍,但還是很脆,有硬度的那種脆!放在湯中煮了十秒還不會軟掉!令我們各人都嘖嘖稱奇!也難怪一包少少的賣這麼貴了,成本大概也不低吧!總括來說,這個魚皮相當特別,也不錯吃,值不值得買則見人見智!試一次絕對無妨!

當身體不適時能食到令自己感覺充滿能量既食物~~~個種感覺真系想即刻叫廚師出來握住他只手講聲多謝的~個晚發燒唔舒服~~~但唔想食粥~睇到這裡有番茄湯米線~包兩餸同一杯飲品~有得揀熱柑橘~~~啱曬我胃口~所以就入去了~眼見店內亦有好多其他套餐選擇~~~感覺都唔錯~~價格亦便宜~~~~只可惜當日沒有胃口食飯同肉類~~~米線選了生菜同雜菌~~清淡d即叫即煮~~所以都等左有5分鐘~~~雖然唔系話什麽驚為天人的味道~~~但系個番茄湯底調得剛剛好~酸甜適中~質地又唔會太杰或者太稀~~仲可以食到唔少番茄肉同洋蔥~~~生菜同菇菌就新鮮好味~~~~~~米線亦都剛剛好~~~對於一個病人既味覺來講~~依一餐真系好好味~~因為無胃口到後來都食左一大半~~~食完人亦都精神翻好多~~~~唔舒服的日子有正面既食物陪伴~~還是很幸福的~~~謝謝啦

去睇新城頒獎禮前吃個五點幾的早飯, 朋友未到自己在灣仔搵食...味皇記得以前是吃粉麵的, 尤其魚蛋類, 現在卻轉了為多樣式的茶餐廳...叫了個燒雞扒飯拼紅豆綠茶~~~~叫了少飯所以剛剛好, 雞扒算多汁同幾林, 而且有蔬菜濕濕地唔駛咁乾...綠茶唔係太甜, 而紅豆都唔係太硬~~~~~三十幾蚊的晚餐, 不錯了!!!
