last night went to megan's kitchen la~ first time to be there` quite surprise wor~ i thought that nothing special just like a normal chinese/hot pot rest la, was planned to have canton dishes gei, but seem they are famous of hot pot wor, then try la, Supa Surprise!!! coz their Soup base is very Special ga!!! i have never tried the Curry Fruit soup base law!!!!! 整體感覺不錯... 已是第二次去了... !這次鍋底是'疏乎厘蕃茄蟹'湯底.. 很特別, 蟹有些驚喜... 可惜疏乎厘到最後都不索味,下次還是用傳統湯底吧!貪新鮮,想試試廚房手藝,嘗了酥炸生豪... 價錢不便宜但味道不錯啊.. !如果不介意招呼太熱情,絕對可以再去.

整體感覺不錯... 已是第二次去了... !

這次鍋底是'疏乎厘蕃茄蟹'湯底.. 很特別, 蟹有些驚喜... 可惜疏乎厘到最後都不索味,下次還是用傳統湯底吧!

貪新鮮,想試試廚房手藝,嘗了酥炸生豪... 價錢不便宜但味道不錯啊.. !

如果不介意招呼太熱情,絕對可以再去.

餐前叫咗皮蛋酸羌, 皮蛋有糖心.仲送例湯.

疏乎厘蕃茄蟹湯好特別,不過d疏乎厘即使到最後都唔係咁吸味,d蕃茄湯好怪,蟹無肉亦無味..

反而麵豉湯幾好, 又好飲

叫咗:

1) 皇帝菜一碟
2) 和牛丸+ 墨魚丸+ 魚片頭共十粒
3) 野菜餃+ 魚皮餃雲吞共十粒
4) 唔記得咩魚一條
5) 本地肥牛一碟
6) 牛展一碟

以上食物我覺得一般,比較特別係野菜餃,最值得一讚嘅係丸類食物可以自己選幾多粒加埋成一碟(共10粒), 啱晒人少打邊爐.

不得不提, 全晚最好味嘅, 係條食剩魚骨, 夥計話可以清蒸或者煮粥. 我哋要煮粥, 部長推一架車仔推係我地面前即場煮, D粥同D魚仲好味過條魚身用嚟打邊爐, 而且都幾大煲, 記得留肚食..

連埋一枝啤酒同一罐zero, 九折後$1200蚊, 因為煲粥同環境, 我覺得都ok.

今天友人訂了一圍,價值3880. 結果出乎意料@@D魚翅係假GEI.條條一樣,擺明係假野.個湯又油,完全唔知想點. 跟住有一DISK咩黑豚肉,又咸又辣.跟住三斤龍蝦.我估連埋隻碟都未必有..其餘樣樣都勁咸.又唔新鮮.向待應投訴,愈叫愈走.話會同你跟足,到頭來只係價錢收到足.總知呢世都唔會再去比佢昆,總知好似比人當水魚咁搶

Went there Twice because I love the atmosphere there... it is very clean, bright and kind of classy...for a hot pot place...You have many Hot pot soup base to choose from and they are quite unusual to the normal ones, and relatively cheap (the soup base is around 49-128).We ordered half Tomamto crab Suffle and half Ton Yum prawn Cappachino... sounds strange right? but they are amazing... the taste is so...omg... haha~ we can\'t stop drinking the soup before even start the hot pot... hee hee~W

ok, the food... the food there is nothing special at all and quite expensive comepare to outside... fresh? ok la... taste? ok la... price? a little on the high side...

4 of us came to the bill - 8XX but we only ordered a plate of beef and the rest is balls, dumplings and veg...

One reminder!!!
They will ask you what you want to drink... but they will not offer Tea to you even though they will charge you at the end... $9 per head...

and the first time i went, they didn\'t give me soup to start with... and the second time they have...

so i guess you need to see how lucky you are to get every freebies... haha~

18/10/07 想吃大閘蟹, 因街上太多大閘蟹廣告了, 想起美味廚之經理Raymond 之前提過他們也有大閘蟹賣了, 想起上次黃油蟹都很好味, 而且不多人吃, 買不了一羅, 也不想在家煮, 決定找Raymond訂位吃蟹.當晚, 叫了兩個菜, 一個煲仔飯, 及每人一隻蟹(6兩= $180.00) 6兩很足秤,而且很多蟹油, 在吃蟹腳時, 已經滿手油, 而且一開看見蟹糕金黃色,像Cream 一樣滑溜, 很甘香. 兩個菜也很有水準, 而且煲仔飯也頂呱呱, 可惜兩人吃不清, 幸好, 另一朋友剛放工, 三個人可以清枱哈哈. 多謝Raymond 及Jason 及其他人有禮之服務, 也多謝免費的棷子花旗芯湯...美味.正如其名- 美味廚

2) 七色墨魚丸$58 / 10粒- 好特別﹐外觀好靚﹐顏色鮮艷、不過無加入色素。我最喜歡藍色丸子﹐用紅菜頭加手打墨魚肉混合而成﹐好彈牙好好味。

3) 和牛油牛丸+ 花旗蔘雞肉丸+ 手打蝦丸- $68 / 10粒- 見到好多丸子樣樣都想試下﹐一問先發現佢地可以比客人自由配搭自己鐘意o既丸子集整十粒。

4) 醉雞中翼$48 - 煮完都有好香o既花雕酒味﹐可能表面有層雞皮包住﹐d肉質唔會因為煮得太耐而變老﹐仲好滑。

5) 美國牛肋骨肉唔記得$128定$138 - 好明顯即叫即切﹐冇血水出。最討厭有d切完又再放返入雪櫃備用果d﹐一d都唔新鮮。入口爽滑﹐唔會太肥利。

整體感覺係d食物好新鮮﹐好創新。好似話佐敦果邊開左分店﹐我哩d九龍人方便好多~ 唯一一提係冷氣略為凍左d!

尋晚同朋友, 2個人一齊去打邊爐。趁天氣仲未好熱,快D打多幾次,見呢間食評唔錯, 就心郁郁想去試下。要左梳乎厘蕃茄蟹王湯底($68定88, 唔記得),面頭真係有厚厚一層金黃色的梳乎厘(蛋白整的),個賣相好CUTE (不過都係GIMMICK 野),D 梳乎厘其實幾”呀”地方, 因為成個湯面都係梳乎厘, 你見唔到下面有D 乜野, 我地丟左D丸入去, 要”抄”好耐先搵得返佢地, D梳乎厘反而阻手阻腳。有好多醬料任揀,不錯。叫左一碟丸($48) (有十粒可以將同價錢的併埋一碟, 可以試多D款,我地要左臘腸XX丸、芒果豬肉丸、鮮蝦XX餃、其余2款唔記得, 每樣各二粒) 睇D名好似好好食, 食落就無乜驚喜,普普通通。係部長哥哥推介下,要左一條黃立倉($118, 約1斤) 成條魚上,D肉片左一片片,講實在,都係脆鯇打邊爐好食D, 呢條認真普通。同埋係街市買一條呢D 魚都係廿幾蚊三十蚊, 佢又唔係特別好食……我地笨左……唔應該要…(118蚊可以買大條石斑返屋企清蒸)叫左個切手肥牛($138) , 感想係, 點解出面D普通肥牛仲好食D…然後叫左一碟什菇拼盤(好似係$68) ,咪係菇, 冇感想一份西生菜

佢地有甜品送,但話新出左姜汁撞奶,即場係你面前整,另外計錢的(我地SKIP左呢句聽唔到, 所以要左一碗) (一架車仔推係我地張枱面前, 部長哥哥係度PREPARE,原來係佢負責撞…我掛住同個FD 傾計,轉眼間, 冇睇到佢撞, 碗野已經整好, 個樣同出面個d好唔同,感覺係撞失敗左...)不過真係唔好食,我個FD 食左半碗就冇食….仲要另外計錢的…..唔抵!!!

食物冇大家講到咁得,不過服務認真殷謹,係唯一值得一讚的地方.
埋單2個人食左580蚊左右. 坦白講, 唔值!
不過見未試過咪試下,唔會再嚟 (D食物留唔住我),除非有人請。
* 我覺稻香好過呢間, 又平過呢間,不過呢間坐得舒服D
