梳乎里梅菜扣肉: 8分, 又再叫這味, 吃了幾次都覺得幾好的一味. 梳乎里撈梅菜汁係幾特別, 扣肉係幾肥, 又唔韌, 味道都幾正宗. 煲底的生菜正好做了中和點, 感覺上係減少了點肥膩.

要喜歡這味菜, 首先要接受鹹的梳乎里.

士多啤梨生炒骨: 7分, 鑊氣好像不夠, 不太酸, 但士多啤梨味就幾出, 而且生炒骨係有骨落地, 還算可以.

馬蹄土魷蒸肉餅: 8分, 簡簡單單的蒸肉餅, 加上點點馬蹄同土魷, 幾好送飯.

XO醬翠玉瓜炒日本螺肉: 7分, 沒有試到螺肉, 但用XO醬去翠玉瓜又幾香口, 辣度對我來說還接受到.

芥蘭炒加拿大臘腸: 7分, 芥蘭都幾新鮮, 但不太懂得加拿大臘腸跟平日吃開的有甚麼分別, 味道無大分別.

焗日式豬頸肉: 8分, 豬頸肉焗得不太老, 點點汁, 不俗.

法式焦糖燉蛋: 7分, 甜品方面, 大家分別要了紅豆沙糖水, 德國芝士餅同法式焦糖燉蛋. 當然沒有分吃, 只食到燉蛋. 焦糖面係麻麻脆.

整體來講係幾好味, 但同事們叫的幾味菜就不太吸引. 不過午市價來食係幾抵食的.

做冬去吃小菜晚飯。早2日訂6人,去到比張三面的方枱,一面坐不到人,因為已是第二張枱的椅子。我問伙記点解二日前訂都比張全場最差比我,佢竟然問我有冇話要圓枱。之後就冇理我地。1)伙記差-有D啦2)D餸又細碟,3)好鹹4)送D糖水好似走甜。一句冇下次。

番薯糖水: 7分, 開始轉凍的日子, 來碗番薯糖水, 相當夠彊, 但番薯好少, 飲水一樣.

芝士蛋糕: 7分, 加$10 要了個芝士蛋糕, 小小的一件, 芝士味不太濃, 清清的, 適合午餐食, 無咁重.

整理食物水準平均, 服務誠懇, 雖不算美味廚亦不遠矣.

I have tried this restaurant twice: Once at night with a group of friends occupying the private room, and another time with my colleagues at lunch.The place is actually very nice and in fact, the nicest one I have seen for Hot Pot with tables spread out in a spacious area. Decor is minimalist with Plasma LCD TV's. The service is quite attentive for both Hotpot and afternoon lunch sets, but the lunch arrived a bit late (30 minutes) and all at once. I have tried this restaurant twice: Once at night with a group of friends occupying the private room, and another time with my colleagues at lunch.

The place is actually very nice and in fact, the nicest one I have seen for Hot Pot with tables spread out in a spacious area. Decor is minimalist with Plasma LCD TV's.

The service is quite attentive for both Hotpot and afternoon lunch sets, but the lunch arrived a bit late (30 minutes) and all at once.

The food is good and there are some big ticket items as well as innovative "fruit" for hot pot.
The a la Carte "sauce-mixing" is also quite interesting.

Overall experience is quite good with a value for money lunch in Wanchai.

我已多次去吃蕃茄湯火窩, 好味, 服務好, 環境好, 只是有部份收費貴, 例如: 每位調味$20.00元.不過海鮮也很正, 價錢不平, 但很好味.晚飯也很好味, 而且晚飯價錢可平可貴, 食物一樣好味, 已經是我每星期一次的飯堂.

招呼講句真係一流, d侍應服度態度好好, 地方光猛乾淨, 環境唔係好嘈, 同埋都好夠人手, 唔會話想叫人既時候方圓百里都無人; 另外人少少又想試多幾樣野個侍應話可以落單時每樣叫一半架, 我都係咁做, 咁就可以試多d唔同既野啦, 值得一讚!! 不過最奇怪之處係你坐低時佢地係唔會問你飲咩茶或者開茶俾你, 係咁sell你飲d收費飲品, 但係埋單時會收番你$9一位茶錢囉......不過我都會再去幫襯既!!

初開張時,試過呢度D lunch($48),好食、環境好舒服,D位好闊。都幾旺,全場full。不過覺得出菜比較慢,但我同事話依家多左伙計,上菜快左。因為好耐無打邊爐,呢排又係雜誌見到介紹呢間鋪,好似幾特別,於是試下。前晚上去打邊爐,都ok喎,仲有電視睇!可能係閒日,唔係太多人,招呼唔錯。我同屋企人食,一共五個人,食肥牛,牛利,黑豚肉,乜乜生果丸,餃,烏冬&菜。本人推介個蕃茄疏乎厘湯底,$88仲包一隻花蟹,隻蟹幾大隻,抵食。另外自己不太愛吃牛,所以無comment。但我老豆話好新鮮,佢同我弟弟食左好多!生果丸無乜特別,同其他手打丸無乜分別,只係多左粒生果係中心。牛利,黑豚肉都新鮮。稻亭烏冬,煮好耐都彈牙,但份量少。另外推介魚翅餃,入面真係好多翅,好彈牙。我覺得幾正!整體感覺唔錯,食物新鮮,款式特別,樓上鋪,比較清靜、舒服。價錢會貴D,但一分錢一分貨,都值。都會同朋友再去。

因為好耐無打邊爐,呢排又係雜誌見到介紹呢間鋪,好似幾特別,於是試下。前晚上去打邊爐,都ok喎,仲有電視睇!可能係閒日,唔係太多人,招呼唔錯。我同屋企人食,一共五個人,食肥牛,牛利,黑豚肉,乜乜生果丸,餃,烏冬&菜。

本人推介個蕃茄疏乎厘湯底,$88仲包一隻花蟹,隻蟹幾大隻,抵食。另外自己不太愛吃牛,所以無comment。但我老豆話好新鮮,佢同我弟弟食左好多!生果丸無乜特別,同其他手打丸無乜分別,只係多左粒生果係中心。牛利,黑豚肉都新鮮。稻亭烏冬,煮好耐都彈牙,但份量少。另外推介魚翅餃,入面真係好多翅,好彈牙。我覺得幾正!

整體感覺唔錯,食物新鮮,款式特別,樓上鋪,比較清靜、舒服。價錢會貴D,但一分錢一分貨,都值。都會同朋友再去。

I didnt eat hot pot but I eat normal dinner.Their dinner can only be ordered as meal set.I ordered chicken & friend fish fin,it is great for the chicken,the source is nice and sweet and there is some "chinese pasta" on top which absorb all teh chicken source and it is so great!The price is only la....HKD80/head ( meal set) .The sweet water is great too..the soup is also great ..no artificials.Gd to try!

有friend生日,我地又成十個人,於是選擇打邊爐,唔使煩,熱鬧D嘛!本來去稻香,但有人反對,話要等好耐同好嘈,於是試下呢間新野。book左間房,房有plasma電視,D位都幾闊,都坐得幾舒服。服務都幾好。我地叫左兩個湯底,一個經理推介既疏乎厘番茄湯底,同一個我地叫既蘋果粟米。個番茄湯底都ok,個疏乎厘都幾得盞鬼,都幾香。蘋果粟米就普通湯底囉,不過不失啦。其他野食都幾特別,出面比較少見,但$比較貴。不過我最想推介既反而係個D甜品,出面通常都係糖水,但呢度有西式甜品呀!個芝士餅同焦糖燉蛋真係幾鬼正。

早幾日行過灣仔見到呢間火鍋店新開張,所以即刻去試一試。一上到去個feel已經好唔同,周圍好光猛,d位都幾舒服,最新奇係佢既電爐,可以放埋枱布0係上面打邊爐都唔驚燒著。我最欣賞佢個梳乎厘湯底,面頭既梳乎厘有成寸厚,而且擺幾耐都唔會塔,切開之後個底竟然係蕃茄湯﹗食到我地拍晒手掌。仲有好搞鬼既水果丸,牛丸、豬肉丸同墨魚丸入面有不同既生果,雖然煮熟左都分唔到咩生果打咩生果,但係勝在夠創新,同埋食落唔洗咁膩。埋單每人百五蚊,論環境同食物級數,呢個價錢絕對抵食﹗
