To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外賣質素令人震驚 $73晚餐，質素連兩餸飯都不如🥲。呢盒蓮藕馬蹄煎肉餅一打開已經畀佢嘅色水嚇一嚇，好啡黑… 心諗：唔緊要，可能好香口呢！咬佢嘅時候已經好小心翼翼，因為好硬、好乾，仲有啲炸到燶咗嘅碎碎，係要吐出嚟嘅。而咬開之後，裡面嘅口感好泥，感覺係撈咗好多麵粉同埋未熟透…真係唔敢再食落去。可惜係外賣唔係堂食，真係好想直接反映畀佢知，呢舊混合物竟然可以賣$73，香港人有無咁慘🥲。食咗兩舊真係食唔落，亦都忍唔住第一次畀食評。

✨豬扒勁香蔥油飯 (HK$58)✨可立克 (凍飲+$9).塊豬扒好大塊！同埋硬度適中 唔會好硬，好香口，最可惜嘅係味道好鹹…😌😌一定要撈好多飯咁食，同時瘋狂飲嘢🙊可立克冇乜特別嘅，好香麥味咯😆。值得一讚嘅係 啲飯係珍珠米嚟，粒粒分明😋💕

回何文田娘家，又想吃個下午茶，便在牛奶冰室坐下。下午茶時段沒什麼人，坐位寬敞，餐牌都頗多選擇及吸引。我們叫了楊州炒飯及餐肉滑蛋三文治，配熱可可及咖啡。餐點來了，我卻嚇一跳，楊州炒飯竟然用日本珍珠米😅😂😂。味道沒有楊州炒飯應有的鑊氣，只可以說將一堆有味道的材料炒兩炒放在一起🙈。材料中的蝦🍤是頗大隻的，但沒什麼口感。而餐肉滑蛋三文治幾大份，滑蛋雖多但不是太滑，只能夠說是厚煎蛋餐肉三文治😅。味道不過不失，還可以。

美食沙漠既何文田黎講算係可以去既地方。集團式黎講唔錯，叫左個炒飯試下廚房。個炒飯都有d鑊氣，醬汁剛剛好冇太多。杯奶茶合格，加分位係大杯。坐位算闊落，茶記黎講ok的。

本來以為係港式茶餐廳，諗住試吓，點知入到去個餐牌似中式晚飯小菜多，跟餐叫咗杯熱檸茶，點知來左杯奇怪顏色的檸茶（話係冷榨），又冇茶味，又冇檸檬味，應該唔會有下次再幫襯。
