We reserved a table on a Friday night before the lunar new year came. This is the first time dining in Ming Bistro. I was attracted by their mah jong dessert. We had the duck. It comes with a huge plate but it is quite fatty... the fish pot was not as good as expected. We had a comfortable dinner but food quality could be better!

今天有朋友聚餐,我們就想嘗試一間最近比較火的粵菜餐館。在裡面見到不少有創意的室內設計,例如,把一些小蒸籠排成一道牆,把餐館分開不同的主題空間,前台大堂、中庭餐桌區、宴會房,整個地方空間寬大,樓底距離又高,感覺舒適。「糖心黑蒜燉響螺」湯品之一,以茶壺裝着,再像倒茶一樣倒進茶杯,感覺很好玩,響螺味道突出,有濃濃海鮮味道。「鐵皮石斛燉鷓鴣」湯品之一,色彩呈深黑色,藥材味道較重,感覺很養生。「藤椒黃金螺片」打卡之選,螺片咬時有口感,有微微麻辣醬汁,好開胃。「鐵板叉燒扒」叉燒厚切肥美,脂肪分佈平均,加上蜜汁燒製,又香又好吃。「石鍋鮑魚雞粒炒飯」米飯粒粒分明,又軟彈有水份,裡面的鮑魚粒和雞粒都令口感立刻提升。服務很好,下單快,送菜都快,店員友善。

今天有朋友聚餐,我們就想嘗試一間最近比較火的粵菜餐館。在裡面見到不少有創意的室內設計,例如,把一些小蒸籠排成一道牆,把餐館分開不同的主題空間,前台大堂、中庭餐桌區、宴會房,整個地方空間寬大,樓底距離又高,感覺舒適。

「糖心黑蒜燉響螺」湯品之一,以茶壺裝着,再像倒茶一樣倒進茶杯,感覺很好玩,響螺味道突出,有濃濃海鮮味道。「鐵皮石斛燉鷓鴣」湯品之一,色彩呈深黑色,藥材味道較重,感覺很養生。

「藤椒黃金螺片」打卡之選,螺片咬時有口感,有微微麻辣醬汁,好開胃。「鐵板叉燒扒」叉燒厚切肥美,脂肪分佈平均,加上蜜汁燒製,又香又好吃。

「石鍋鮑魚雞粒炒飯」米飯粒粒分明,又軟彈有水份,裡面的鮑魚粒和雞粒都令口感立刻提升。

服務很好,下單快,送菜都快,店員友善。

水煮魚片以涮涮鍋上,暖烘烘的。龍利柳超嫩滑,無骨而啖啖肉,以秘製湯底、紅椒、辣椒油煮成,雖然有相當辣度,但麻多於辣,而辣得不嗆喉! 材料還有豬紅、午餐肉、娃娃菜 、金菇菜、薯粉,渗滿了祕製湯底的精華,極為惹味!

以"國粹"及美鈔演譯的中式甜點,原來是蜜瓜椰汁糕,清新低甜,有椰汁香味。鈔票是薄威化餅,麻雀正面是白色的椰汁糕,雀面以米紙印字,背面是綠色透明的蜜瓜果涷,活像真的麻雀! 認真瞻前顧後,一絲不苟! 十分搞笑,這甜點還有份量較大的全手牌" 十三么" 版本 ,如果人多聚餐一定要造十三么啊!
