生蛋黃作為月見的部分,用來作為雞肉棒的蘸醬,蛋黃的濃稠與雞肉的鮮嫩完美結合,增添了滑順的口感,提升了整道菜的風味層次。

提燈是雞的卵巢和未孵化的蛋,連在一起穿在一條竹籤上,一整串提溜起來,看起來就像是一盞提著的燈籠,因此得名

呢間居酒屋開咗唔係好耐,喺旺角比較偏嘅白布街一個唔起眼嘅角落,聽講係用日本備長炭做串燒料理,有兩層高,但其實地方就唔大,座位有限 🪑。聽講清酒都好多選擇🍶,咁我哋就上咗去2樓。

前菜有薯仔沙律同魚乾 🥗🐟,都係日本常見嘅開胃前菜,然後就嚟咗幾款串燒,各款都有佢嘅特色,燒得唔錯,幾好食🍢,比較特別係佢有提燈食,好似話係母雞嘅輸卵管。最後仲有個飯,有夢王蛋🍳、菇菌🍄同雞肉🍗,都係唔錯,清酒就淨係試咗一支叫赤武純米吟釀🍶,覺得幾易入口。

梅子蕃茄、蒲燒鰻魚玉子燒
前菜首先叫咗個梅子蕃茄,酸酸甜甜好清新,另外叫咗個蒲燒鰻魚玉子燒,個蛋仲整得好滑,中間包住好 juicy 嘅蒲燒鰻魚,食完成個人超開胃 😍


雞皮、鹽燒手羽、提燈、自家製月見雞肉棒
既然佢地主打燒鳥,咁當然要叫返啲雞嚟試吓啦,雞皮燒得好香脆,而且焦焦地嘅邊食到有炭火嘅香味;鹽燒手羽就控制得火候啱啱好,雞翼全熟之餘亦都仲好滑 😍

講到雞內臟,今次我哋就試限量供應嘅提燈,成日聽人講睇人打卡就多,今次真係第一次試,所謂嘅提燈就係雞嘅輸卵管、卵巢同埋雞芯,拎起上嚟就好似一串燈咁樣,賣相好得意,食落口每個部位嘅口感都好唔同,整體都算燒得好香,雖然事先知道咗佢哋係雞嘅乜嘢內臟,不過真係比想像中易入口同好食 🙌🏻

另外再叫咗個自家製嘅月見雞肉棒,雞肉裏便混合咗少少軟骨,所以個口感好得意,點埋充滿着蛋黃香嘅遇見汁,都幾好味 😋


豚肉鵪鶉蛋、豚肉泡菜卷、牛舌芯、燒白鱔
另外豬、牛同海鮮都各自叫咗少少試吓,佢哋呢個炭火燒真係好正,燒出嚟嘅肉好香好惹味,而且仲keep住非常之Juicy 🫶🏻 燒白鱔都非常之肥美,外面燒到脆脆地,入邊嘅肉仲非常之嫩,一啖咬落去勁多汁,好正 🤤


豚肉生菜卷、翠玉瓜、粟米、車厘茄
當然都有試蔬菜啦,我覺得個豚肉生菜卷好特別,外面嘅豚肉燒到剛剛好,又嫩又多汁,同時間裏面嘅生菜都仲keep到好新鮮,食落去仲食到生菜嗰種清甜嘅味道,成個卷勁Juicy 🤤 另外翠玉瓜都好有驚喜,估唔到厚切嘅翠玉瓜燒完都仲咁多汁,再加上面頭加咗啲椒鹽,成件事惹味咗好多 😍


夢王蛋飯
最後叫咗個夢王蛋飯,飯入面加咗勁多蔥,啲蔥仲要勁Fresh,清清甜甜咁,加埋好Creamy嘅夢王蛋同醬油,成件事好Rich好好味 😋


呢度嘅清酒吧有超過80種清酒可以選擇,最特別嘅係佢唔使成支開晒,可以 by glass 或者by table咁叫,今次就試咗大雪溪,呢一支係冇經過消毒嘅生果,比平時飲開嘅清酒冇咁甜,都幾特別幾好飲 🍶
