下午在旺角上興趣班,於是約了同學一起在附近吃午飯 。同學比較熟悉旺角,帶我來到白布街二至24號藝興大廈8號地舖,離地鐵站7分鐘路程,就會見到一間舖面很大的日式餐廳,餐廳分兩層,一條很有藝術感的樓梯行上二樓,牆上擺滿各式酒品,既當裝飾又是酒櫃。午餐有四個選擇,喜歡吃牛的我們選了炭燒厚切牛舌定食,另一個是炭火封門柳漢堡定食。製作需時,我們坐在樓下的吧檯,座位很舒適,座位下有小箱子給女士們放手袋外衣等,吃飯時就輕鬆多了。兩個精美的日式定食很快上台,內容包括有主菜封門柳漢堡或厚燒牛舌,一碗車厘茄沙律 ,一碗海帶味噌湯,一大碗味素珍珠米飯,還有一小塊芝士餅做甜品,份量非常大,厚燒牛舌和封門柳漢堡都是燒到半熟,裡面是粉紅色的,咬落肉香多汁,非常好味,味素珍珠米飯又熱又香,好有飯味,想不到今日返學前吃到一餐豐富又美味的日式午餐,多謝同學仔帶路,下次再嚟食過。😋😋

去完旺角波鞋街shopping,dinner想食下日本串燒,喺OpenRice搜吓,見到波鞋街2分鐘路程有㗎日式串燒,仲有sake既選擇。門面係一個六角形既sliding door, 算係幾有排頭。入面有吧枱,我地兩個人人數唔多就坐喺bar table 。Menu都有30至40款串燒,最喜歡牛舌芯,廚師特別切得厚,食落夠juicy, 中間唔會覺得未熟,好有口感。第一次食墨魚汁香腸,上枱黑色一串,香腸內包含墨魚粒,充滿住墨魚汁香氣。豚肉生菜卷賣相靚,生菜份量只係細個掌心少少,都幾大件。生菜脆脆地配上豬肉,肉汁滲入菜裏面。sake 係信濃薰水,入口重米香味,屬於少少甜嗰種,連續order咗兩杯。

今天和朋友一邊聊天一邊在這串燒清酒bar品嚐經竹炭炭烤過的串燒,感覺很寫意。酒盜芝士帶點辣味的吞拿魚腸在面層,爽口的腸皮與軟身又味道濃郁的芝士交互在一起。枝豆枝豆外層撈勻了鹽粒和醬油,令味道更突出又吸引。雞胸軟骨雞胸軟骨的爽口很一流,每一口也很香脆又帶有香口味道。墨魚汁香腸味道很香的一串,香腸外皮烤至香脆內面即仍然軟熟。牛舌芯串牛舌的肉質帶點柔軟又有點彈牙,滿有牛肉和炭燒的香氣。雞腎非常爽口又入味。豚肉生菜卷爽口的生菜配上外層軟熟的豚肉口感很豐富且清新。炸雞軟骨雞軟骨炸得香口,配上沙律醬律適合送酒。盤城壽清酒由於這間是一間清酒bar,所以有很多的選擇。最後我們試了1 glass of 盤城壽清酒。此清酒用米釀成,口感帶一點甜味,又滿有清酒濃味。國盛無過濾梅酒梅酒味道很充足,充滿梅的香氣。
