提燈是雞的卵巢和未孵化的蛋,連在一起穿在一條竹籤上,一整串提溜起來,看起來就像是一盞提著的燈籠,因此得名

放工同朋友去放鬆放鬆,見到旺角白布街有間裝修幾靚嘅居酒屋,環境都幾舒服,我哋揀咗喺吧枱前面坐,望到廚房入面嘅運作。我哋首先點咗兩款唔同嘅清酒一滴入魂聞落有一股好特別既米香,還有一點點果香味,入口微辛口,最後回味帶點甜,層次分明,冰鎮後入口更加絲滑。赤武AKABU 純米酒 呢款純米酒係日本好紅,帶果香、輕微酸度、有新鮮白桃同埋葡萄柚既香味,入口米味香醇濃郁。飲酒點可以無小食串燒酒盜芝士 - 最愛的下酒菜,鹽漬鰹魚配芝士,咸香口同芝士,再飲啖清酒,成件事好夾,唔怪得叫酒盜。呢間既串燒即點即燒,上菜都好快。白鱔 - 好厚肉,鱔肉油脂濃郁,啖啖肉好正墨魚汁香腸 - 似台灣腸,啖啖肉雞皮 - 唔會燒到好乾身👍🏻五花腩串、牛小排嫩蔥、豚肉泡菜卷- 燒到好香,無腥味燒山藥 - 鐘意食山藥唔可以錯過雞肉京蔥 、雞心、雞翼- 完全無雪藏味,好高質翠肉瓜 - 最鐘意既串燒,保留左肉瓜既水份,一咬爆汁。燒飯團 - 醬油飯團,外脆內軟,好好食。
