今日係旺角見到間門口勁grand既居酒屋,即刻吸引到我入去試下!無論係店門定係餐廳入面既裝修,都比人一種好high class既感覺,帶女朋友黎呢到食飯一定開心死佢呢到主打日式串燒,而且係用備長炭真材實料燒,sake款式亦非常之多六十餘洲純米酒山田錦,聞落好香,入口感覺好柔順,飲完啲香氣仲係口到徘徊梅酒好重梅子味唔會死甜,酸酸地好入口頭盤有梅子蕃茄,好入味酸酸甜甜有新意得黎好開胃芝士千本漬作為下酒菜亦係一流,芝士食落唔會好肥膩,一邊吹水一邊食好過癮串燒叫左五花腩、鹽味手羽、雞肉京蔥,調味得好好唔會太咸。炭火燒真係唔同啲好香燒烤味,燒得岩岩好一啲都唔會乾唔會燶,好有水準豚肉生菜卷好特別,估唔到食落又幾夾,有啲生菜係到令到豚肉食落無咁油膩自家制月見雞肉棒,食落仲有一粒粒雞軟骨係到好有咬口,配埋蛋黃醬油好濃味最後仲叫左燒飯團,同樣調好味唔會食落好似食白飯咁無味,再加上面頭燒到嫩嫩焦香,好出色
