今日約左同朋友食飯,見之前都多人介紹呢間烏冬,今日就去左食😆一坐低發現卡位有啲細,四個女仔都坐得有少少迫(可能要減肥啦🥲)叫左照燒雞扒香辣味噌石鍋烏冬($92)雞扒好大塊,皮燒到好脆,肉汁鮮嫩,冇雪藏味✨石鍋烏冬一上到嚟仲滾嘅,湯都算幾香,但冇乜味噌味,食完都幾口渴🥺烏冬本人就唔彈牙,仲有少少煮過龍咁軟淋淋,烏冬專門店嚟講有少少失望😢食食下石鍋烏冬覺得個人好熱,先知原來餐廳冇開冷氣😯同店員講聲之後都有開返,但食到成身汗,體驗一般😢

難得有機會平日同老婆出街食,睇App發現哩間萬豚屋幾吸引,同老婆走去食。坐低睇完餐牌叫左2個主食1)厚切豚肉4件烏冬鍋,2)燒牛肉井, 及一個炸雞小食食物到左賣相ok, 食落味道仲幾好,岩食。豚肉湯入味,牛肉井豐富料多,仲有 黑白芝麻七味粉自己添加。另外有一位女員工好細心,發現到我老婆大肚,問我地要全熟蛋,Nice.但係我個人覺得最不能接受及敗筆嘅係當我要求要2杯水時,某男員工表示無水提供,另有樽裝水售賣可選擇,感覺焗你買野飲,熱飲加3元有茶嘅, 雖然係三蚊當時我地都唔想飲。個人感覺係一間連杯水都無得比你嘅餐廳,食物同服務幾好,我感覺到強差人意囉,唔好話要唔要飲水先,用黎洗下餐具都要吖個人需要。所以我唔會再幫襯,你地感得呢?

服務態度惡劣,冷氣出風位打風咁強,吹正係客人個頭度,就係為左等你個石鍋快啲凍,快啲食完快啲走,味道譚仔好過佢,有興趣食譚仔三倍價錢貴但味道差過佢既野可以一試,保證一試難忘。其實咁多人中伏都係因為香港少石鍋之類既日式餐廳,收得呢啲價位真係認真做好難?只怪自己無上OpenRice 睇吓所以跌錢買難受,超過100個既100%唔會係有好結果是常識吧,大家唔好中伏,100個笑你食完未必識笑,但有100個你食完都仲識笑我真係弓喜你呀

難得係尖沙咀搵食但滿街都係人,突然諗起久違咗多年嘅萬豚屋便行嚟睇吓,幸好此店捱得過疫情又唔使等位,立即坐低開餐。凍奶茶幾大樽,茶味可以,不過甜咗啲。清酒係店員推介,酒唔啱我,朋友就話好飲。上枱時烏冬窩仍滾緊,厚切豚肉炆得好正,有油香又唔柴,好彩揀咗4件版本,烏冬就一般,加$10轉稻庭烏冬會好啲,湯底算係香濃嘅。玉子燒份量幾大,上面有好多沙律醬,入面又有好多好甜的豬肉絲,最啱鍾意甜口味的食客。一口牛係煎炸唔係燒,一啲炭香味都無,嚡口又無牛味,下次唔會再叫。日式炒雜菜帶甜,算是正常發揮。

夜晚八點幾行過呢條巷見到萬豚屋竟然冇人排隊喎,見10幾年冇食過,一個人都入去試吓啦。餐牌推介,所以就點咗上級美國牛肉石燒烏冬香菇濃湯底。嗰一大Pat嘅香菌真係好香好吸引,一如以往加埋啲蛋花同豆苗,配襯個湯底勁熱辣辣真係好好味。可惜佢哋推介嘅上級美國牛肉就好嚡唔好食。入邊有幾舊切件嘅大啡菇,聞起上嚟就香,但係食起上嚟就有啲苦味。仲有烏冬麵偏淋身,未有彈牙煙靭嘅感覺。枱上放咗幾種唔同嘅醬料,本來諗住想試吓,但係咁啱店員就喺我面前收晒所有嘅醬樽,放晒喺一個大膠箱入邊,可能想準備添加醬料。可惜到我食晒碗烏冬,佢哋都未放返嚟😮‍💨🥲。都係夜晚八點幾啫,今早準備收工😅😅😅
