很早之前已經有朋友介紹過這間餐廳,今天到朋友的家,剛剛在一號銀海,所以便順便訂了這間餐廳,位置方面距離奧運站要步行6分鐘,雖然不算很遠,但始終有一段距離,難怪在定位方面十分容易!現場所見,可能由於是平日,位置很多,證明現在的消費力很弱!另外餐廳是位於酒店入邊,但明明在外牆上見到餐廳的標誌,所以我以為在外面也有入口,但我在外面找了很久也找不到餐廳的門口,最後要走到入邊才見到,這點大家要注意一下!入到裏面,講返啲裝修係唔錯,枱與枱之間嘅距離亦都都好合適,整體好舒服!坐低之後,由於係中午時間,所以盡量揀啲點心,揀咗金箔蝦餃、黑松露燒賣、鮮蝦粉腸、馬拉糕、和牛燒餅,另外亦都嗌咗啲小菜,包括燒腩仔、燒乳鴿、另外嗌咗個菌類的小菜,最後要提嘅係,我最鍾意佢嘅炒飯,今次剪咗欖菜炒飯,佢啲飯粒好煙靭,而且炒得乾身,值得推薦!而整體水準十分不錯,所有食物亦都幾好食!只不過份量少啲,不過整體可以的!下次有機會過來,都會試吓!

食物高水準, 侍應基本上熱情有禮。只是上菜速度順序比較怎麼說… 奇怪、缺了細心,以及提出請求時 第一時間回應不可以、不能。是不夠熟練、不夠彈性、還是什麼就不得而知。 是今晚的小小瑕疵。

餐廳為表歉意,所以款待我們,送了糖水給我們! 如果這是餐廳投訴我沒寫的款待而出不到open rice 食評。我在此申報。

I have made early reservations to celebrate mid-autumn festival in this restaurant. Since it’s my first time to dine there so I didn’t know much about the environment. The air-conditioning is really weak so my whole family sweat while we dined there. The food is considered ok but the staffs appeared to be really busy. 原來大角咀近海皮的地方, 是有一間裝修相當暴發戶的酒店, 要不是我看餐廳的地址也不知道, 這家主打高貴粵菜的餐廳, 位於地下, 景觀一般, 但裝修開揚企理. 主理人雷師傅曾經是富豪御廚, 所以有不少菜式都是以鮑參翅肚為基本, 例如魚翅撈飯, 又或者是龍躉皮炆鮑魚, 我們幾個麻甩佬當然不吃這些, 又是品嚐比較基本的粵菜菜式, 這反而可以見到餐廳的基本功夠不夠紮實.叉燒和炸子雞, 做法基本, 如何突出就要靠火候和食材, 前者又是伊比利亞黑毛豬, 反而這種豬肉的叉燒最近變成了常態, 少了一開始品嚐的驚豔, 平心而論做得不差, 燶邊脆而不苦, 肉香而嫩滑, 但就是和其他酒店粵菜餐廳吃的沒有分別. 一隻炸子雞要六百多元, 五星級價錢, 外皮薄如蟬翼, 一咬即化, 雞肉熟度剛好, 但味道調得有點鹹, 就算不添淮鹽, 味道也偏重, 有點敗筆.沒有估計的是宮廷像烤骨有驚喜, 還以為是偏西式的烤肋骨, 但上枱時侍應將其切開, 骨肉分離, 肥美甘香, 嫩滑順喉, 有點像吃溫柔版的東坡肉, 醬汁吃得出蕃茄和菠蘿味, 除了中和本身的油膩感, 也有提鮮的作用, 配上白饅頭, 出奇地出色.

Bookmark 左一段時間的一間餐廳,終於有機會去試試。酒店可以泊車但並無消費泊車優惠。星期五的午市,客人唔算多,大概附近的商業活動及住宅都唔算太近。記得以前都係一間裝修比較高級嘅中菜酒樓,team lunch 都會專登過去食。沒有選擇套餐,點心款式唔算多,只有一頁餐牌,所以在每種烹調的方法都揀了一些點心。每碟的製作及擺盤都非常精緻。特別推介高湯伴黃金粉果,個高湯做得好味,粉果都炸得乾脆而不膩。其他點心也很不錯,唯獨龍蝦湯鮮肉小籠包,只有色彩鮮豔,但味道不太像龍蝦湯。下次要來帶家人來試試晚市先。

全新裝修,環境大氣,服務及食物都一流。性價比極高有很多私人房間,而且可以唱卡拉OK。已經去過好多次包括朋友生日聚會,商務會議。平均幾百蚊一位已經可以好高級的享受。介紹很多朋友來都非常滿意。
