好耐無喺奧海城食飯,想食清淡少少,揀左呢間紅葉茶屋食晚餐,之前淨係食過外賣甜品,今次係第一次堂食,不得不讚d餐碟真係好靚.✨牛肉壽喜燒定食✨前菜有醃蘿蔔同牛蒡,壽喜燒汁唔會過咸,好送飯,可惜味噌湯感覺似即沖✨蒲燒鰻魚茶漬飯✨茶漬飯無茶揀🙈揀左鰹魚昆布湯,湯份量太少,但味道不俗,鰻魚肥美,可惜得一件✨藍莓芝士忌廉窩夫✨呢間日式餐廳好多甜品選擇,好多都好吸引,呢個窩夫有好多配料,好豐富,只係個窩夫感覺係現成野,唔係新鮮壓出黎,質感偏軟,但過吓口癮都唔錯既

又係成日幫襯既餐廳,因為係屋企附近。貪佢唔使book位定食又有得免費添飯~設施方面有啲舊,櫈同啲托盤都睇得出經過時間既洗禮,算係求其食餐飯既好去處。今次我壽喜燒個賣相真係好一般,一舊野咁。男朋友叫既A4黑毛和牛就正常好多。味道無咩特別,不過啲菜真係好一般,好硬~似白烚左一陣就放落去~其實我就唔覺得值依個價。今次叫埋個甜品Tiramisu ,反而我幾中意。佢唔係傳統手指餅既整法,質感亦比較硬身,蛋糕底~雖然唔係authentic 不過岩我口味所以我覺得好食!同埋我中意佢個presentation,好整齊既感覺,推介!

一入店,馬上就俾豪邁既卡邦尼烏冬俘虜咗味蕾🍜。想像下啦,濃郁嘅蛋黃混合澎湃嘅芝士同煙肉塊,每一啖都係烏冬滑溜溜嘅幸福感!烏冬面彈牙,吸滿咗醬汁,當溫泉蛋一炮開,黃金嘅蛋液流得到處都係,幾美味囉~好像有個小宇宙喺口中爆炸噠!點多碟抹茶白玉雪糕,哥哥!清新嘅抹茶味道,配上滑嫩嘅雪糕,舌尖上嘅熱氣一下子就消失曬!白玉又加咗幾許QQ嘅食感,一句話,清新爽口到不得了!每樣菜色都喺筷子上盡情跳舞、啖啖肉的和牛好滋味,豬排厚切多汁,呢間茶屋簡直就係口福之家。茶屋裝潢得寫意又舒服,啱哂同三五知己小聚,聊聊天嘆嘆茶。食單簡單直接,一掃就選到自己鍾意嘅美食,真係方便到爆炸啦🎉!下次再來試試其他招牌,儅然要再次打卡啦!👍🍵

本人昨晚一行三人到奧海城這間餐廳吃飯,完全係比佢門口嗰張牛肉壽喜燒poster吸引。因為本人十喜歡吃壽喜燒。我叫咗牛肉壽喜燒套餐。首先當食物上枱的時候發現賣相極差。擺盤都懶、牛肉質素唔好,煮法亦差。上枱食物冇一樣嘢係熱嘅我唔係要求熱到出晒煙。佢碗飯、牛肉壽喜燒、同埋湯連暖都稱不上。好明顯喺廚房攤到凍晒先俾我。附上佢放喺門口張poster同埋我上枱嘅時候食物嘅樣。大家明我講乜。其實佢要用心做好都唔係好難。將個壽喜燒湯底煮到好熱先轉落個砂鍋度,喺面擺生牛肉立即serve俾個客。就算你啲牛肉質素唔係好好,應該都唔會差嘅。我覺得完全係廚房問題唔關服務員事。所以都冇即場反映。不如喺呢度俾大家評下理. $133 +10% 要俾返啲質素個客。希望管理層或管理食物質素人士立即正視呢個問題.
