To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開張幾個星期，每次見到都好多人排隊，於是想去試下。我哋叫左牛肉石鍋飯，炸薯條，野菜豚肉炒粉絲，韓國雞塊。🈵️🈵️的期待。結果薯條最快上，第一感覺炸過龍，試下凍的，本來想叫佢換，不過試兩條還脆就算數。石鍋飯上來，少少煙霧，唔夠熱，撈唔到飯焦，唔吸引，味道一般。韓國雞塊，一睇…炸膿左，只是有幾舊吃到系雞塊，剩返果幾舊吃唔到。膿洒，咬唔到，豚肉炒粉絲，還可以，唔會太油，得果四，五舊豚肉，仲有兩舊痴系一齊。

第一次食到凍嘅石鍋飯

新開張營業咗幾日，就趁星期六偷懶唔煮飯，試吓呢間連鎖店，外賣走塑是常識，落樓前問咗歡迎自携盒，帶埋玻璃盒去落單，問咗等大約15～20分鐘，咁我就去兩間超市買嘢後再去㩒埋錢，返轉頭諗住都要等多5、6分鐘。一埋去已經見到我袋嘢食（因為我有埋個袋比佢），由於好重就急急腳返歸。點知返去一打開兩個石鍋飯同韓式炸雞都係凍嘅，外賣姐，廚房唔使連熱返啲飯餸都懶。石鍋飯叫咗豬同牛，有賣兩種醬汁比你，叫做正常，炸雞除咗食到啲粉槳就唔多食到雞肉喇，雖然對食物質素不抱期望但都幾失望。

9月25日上午約08:34去試呢閒新開韓樂D早餐，係門口已經比位肥胖高级服務員(負責埋收銀)喝叫安心出行先入得，嘩!欠你架，落单一定要講no, 落錯咗又鬧D客講錯，4位客叫3杯水，又鬧話夠唔夠呀，咪陣間又要我攞多次(肥胖高級服務員)，係都係心講啦，D長者落單就不耐煩地不停催促，D咁離譜服務，無得食都唔會再去，D食物好似食冷盆，預制件？
