To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日決定嚟食返旺記的火腿鮑魚絲通粉,都有一段時間冇嚟食了
無論多士,炒蛋,通粉,咖啡整體都做得好好,開左咁多年都無失水準,其實都好難得😋
記憶中呢度叉燒炒蛋飯好好味,下次中午或夜晚先叫

久不久也會來這店食早餐,早餐點沙嗲牛肉雞湯公仔麵($45)配牛油多士,4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋,跟餐飲。
會重覆來是因為對比較一般茶餐廳,
這店雖小但比較乾淨企理,
沙嗲牛肉入味夠熱,公仔麵煮得軟硬適中,奶茶香濃。
這店是用心做食物,不求其。
自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯$60
呢個滑蛋飯係好大碟
飯底本身都多,然後成個滑蛋Cover成個飯
叉燒份量都幾多件,不過切得比較薄身,冇咩咬口
叉燒係比半肥瘦,唔會好韌好難咬開
不過蜜味唔算好重
另外呢個日式滑蛋好加分
真係炒到好滑,仲有少少流質,送飯一流👍🏻
再加配旺記秘製甜豉油
真係好好送飯
令到滑蛋同埋叉燒甜味提升

白白既雞湯飲起上黎好滑又好香,火腿絲同鮑魚絲既份量都好多,咬落口好煙韌,咸香,通粉又夠晒彈牙,唔會煮得太稔。 牛油多士夠晒厚,牛油味好香,最鐘意加埋砂糖食,甜甜咸咸好滿足。
爽口蝦仁日本滑蛋飯 - $63
旺記既名物就係滑蛋飯,無論叉燒/蝦仁定雙拼都超正。佢寫明用左日本蛋,夠晒香濃蛋味,又好滑,蝦仁都好爽口,仲有鮮味。最正係佢面頭既蔥花同鼓油,夾埋一齊食寶係絕配。
凍檸茶/檸水 - 跟餐加$2
茶記必叫檸茶檸水,茶底夠濃,成個配方都好夾,唔會太多冰太甜同太澀,檸水正常發揮。
真係好離普,呢啲咁嘅人唔想做番屋企啦,攪衰哂香港成個飲食業!
之後我去左隔離果間汶萊茶餐廳,人地服務態度好好,我叫左炸雲吞併西多,超好食!

沙嗲牛肉湯底超濃超好食 ,而且好多汁愛汁一族必定鐘意,麵較淋身易入口,口感不差,果然係招牌早餐,不是浪得虛名

蕃茄控必選,蕃茄湯好juicy好濃,汁料十足好濃蕃茄味
酸酸甜甜食過蕃尋味,午餐肉煎香後更好食,粒粒午餐肉口感好正,味道吾咸吾淡,通粉不會太淋有口感,最鐘意係湯底,推薦推薦!

飲品有熱咖啡同朱古力,咖啡香濃係朋友喜愛既味道,朱古力就咁飲吾過甜吾過淡味道剛剛好,又濃濃地的感覺,兩款飲品都好提醒
店員十分好人有禮貌,招呼很好有求必應,就算忙都會睇下你有無咩需要先
位置超近鰂魚涌站,係當眼位置,下次過開黎會再食埋lunch或dinner
茶餐廳本來沒有什麼環境可說,主要整體整潔即可。座位比較少也比較細
🍽食物:
滑蛋系招牌,一定要吃!有寫系日本空運過來的雞蛋🥚加上牛奶,叉燒蝦仁都系好大塊,旺記的醬油系比較甜口的。
下午茶都幾好吃,主要中午人太多,間中都會變下午茶了🤣
