To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這次來到長沙灣這間茶餐廳吃晚餐,最特別的是這裡還有川菜選擇。餐廳經理非常親切有禮。點了三款小菜:枝竹羊腩煲(配唐生菜)$118: 這道菜用羊腩、枝竹、馬蹄及冬菇燉煮而成。沒想到一人份量的羊腩也超級多,羊肉非常美味,燉煮的時間恰到好處,肉質軟嫩。羊肉充分吸收了湯汁的精華。其他配料也非常入味,味道濃郁。唐生菜的分量也不少。這道菜非常適合冬天食用。芝麻黑糖醋骨$80: 排骨配上黑糖和醋調製的醬汁,再撒滿芝麻,排骨炸得很脆,皮不會很厚,味道酸甜可口。這道菜小朋友一定會喜歡!豉汁蒸䱽魚$92: 這條䱽魚非常大,而且蒸的時間剛好,魚肉鮮美嫩滑。紅豆冰(加購$12):甜度適中,紅豆很大粒,是一款美味懷舊的飲品。 continue reading
