退休前曾經有一段日子在港澳碼頭度過,見證了好多餐廳的更迭。其實係年前,曾經同太太光顧了望月軒,水準不錯,難怪在疫情下依然能挺得過去。今次約了朋友聊天,附近沒有好地方,就乾脆來了。星期六的中午時段,竟然都有七八成客,以家陣北上熱潮下,已是不錯。原隻鮮蝦餃很傳統風味,蝦肉爽彈,餃皮亦搓得合格,邊位用較剪修整過,望落美觀得多。蟹子燒賣皇扎扎實實,味道正常,沒多大驚喜。順德炸鮮奶畢竟不是順德菜館,奶味可以更濃,炸功反而不錯,火喉控制得好好。板燒雙椒安格斯牛柳粒牛柳粒入味又軟熟,帶少許辛香,個人覺得可以配返碗白飯。蒜香脆皮雞(半隻)想不到有驚喜,就算是冰鮮雞,都處理得宜,雞皮薄而脆,雞肉嫩,就算雞味稍差都在預期,基本上用蒜香搭夠,不過已經收貨有餘。宜威蜜汁火肪腐片炸得色澤金黃,咬落乾身,極有水準,薄切火腿帶蜜味,放在荷葉包內,一口咬落,滋味無窮。火腿高湯浸津白津白浸得夠稔,帶金華火腿的咸白,清清味蕾最好不過。酒釀丸子有些少酸度,糯米丸子有點嚼口,帶酒香,不錯。養顏銀耳羹甜度啱啱好,雪耳滑溜,天氣有點熱,如果可以凍食仲正。
