其實我唔知泰式到底同港式有乜分別~ 我真係分唔到~ d魚蛋同茶餐廳個d一樣. 檬粉就好爽口 (仲好滑好難夾!), 加上脆到不得了既芽菜, 仲有d香草, 幾惹味, 開胃~ goood!

夠凍就已經好正! 加上酸, 甜, 辣程度適中, 又有汁浸住, 激開胃, 令你越食越想食~ 仲要1d骨都冇, 而且又唔腍, 韌韌既, 好咬, good.

-椰菜苗喺1貫嘅挺身,小硬
-馬拉盞惹味,唔多辣

9) 糯米釀雞翼 (hk$50)
-見到廚房端出來嘅釀雞翼好靚咁,所以就叫來1碟
-大就喺大隻,釀得滿滿的,可惜糯米飯嘅調味不夠
-雞翼嘅肉燒得乾實了1點
-食完1件之後,沒有再夾嘅動力
-腦海好自然會諗起農x嘅釀雞翼,其出品出色好多,不過價$$$$亦相對出色好多~~~所以其實都不能公平比較的

* 如果唔喺友人帶路,我都唔識得入條巷仔搵食........原來好多嘢食架,雖然無環境可言,但勝在有原始小店風味.........感覺好踏實,沒被商業化

好吃的:

1.泰式雞拼鹹豬肉飯(整體3.5分):「鹹豬肉」QQ的很有口感不黏牙,由於是第一道菜,大家很餓的搶著吃,搶到我忘了仔細品嘗,只記得味道很棒(哈哈,太餓也不能寫好食評);「雞」切的比較細,但又不是雞絲般小,所以可以品嘗到滑嫩的口感,只是味道被鹹豬肉蓋過去;「飯」則煮的不太好,未能做到粒粒分明有彈性,而且部分黏成一團團,算是失敗。

2.無骨鳳爪沙律(整體3.5分):鳳爪挑的乾淨,醃的味道也夠,酸、辣、鹹味配合的不錯,略有點冰涼的溫度相當開胃。

3.燒豬頸肉(整體4.5分,58元/份):豬頸肉本就相當有彈性,困難的是處理的也略帶軟嫩,我想是因為肥肉比例相較其他我吃過的店多了一點,所以口感相當的好;值得一讚的是醬汁實在是相當特別,看起來大紅色卻又不是辣,不知道是怎麼處理的?每家令我回味的泰式餐廳都有自己獨門的泰式醬汁。

4.冬陰功(整體4分,58元/份):屬於偏辣的口味,但是層次相當豐富,酸味是入口後才慢慢愈來愈強,好喝。正當我低頭細細品嘗完畢,想好該如何形容與朋友討論時,抬頭一看鍋子已經見底。一道菜被清空的速度愈快,相信可以代表這道菜的好吃程度是愈高的。

5.泰式沙嗲(整體4分,48元/半打):很多地方的沙爹小小一串,咬起來味道不夠而且老又韌,這兒的沙爹算是大份量的,而且相當新鮮。

6.燒烏頭魚(整體3.5分,88元/條):即叫即燒夠新鮮,魚的大小適中,魚肉相當軟嫩,香料的味道充分滲入魚肉,朋友還夾起埋在魚腹內的香料想要試試味道。缺點應該是我比較喜歡香料味更濃一點的燒魚吧!

列為普通的:

1.泰國柚子沙律(整體2.5分,52元/份):最重要的是吃不出來這道菜要表達的主要味道,因此感覺調味比例不是平衡的很好。而且現在也不是柚子的主產季,所以味道差了一點。最後是由一向勤儉的我將這一盤清空,就可以知道僅能列入普通。

2.泰式生蝦刺身(整體2.5分,68元/份):蝦子新鮮度、彈性與爽口都只能屬尚可,而且醬汁與蝦子感覺上不是很搭配,讓我懷念起西環萍姐的醬汁。

3.脆肉炒椰菜苗(整體3分,48元/份):椰菜苗口感不錯,但是整個味道普普通通,感覺不出這道菜的主題。

4.泰式滷水腸鴨肉粉(整體2.5分,48元/份):滷水腸與鴨肉有潮州滷水的感覺,鑒於價格高過一般潮州小食,由於無甚特別,因此列入普通。

列為不佳的:

1.馬拉盞炒通菜(整體2分,42元/份):通菜不錯,不會太多纖維令人感覺一絲絲的塞住牙縫影響口感,但是馬拉盞很貴嗎?怎麼感覺不到馬拉盞的味道呢?

2.燒魷魚腳(整體2分):一言以畢之,這些魷魚不是很新鮮,所以口感欠奉,即使燒的再好也僅是事後補強。

後記:
1.尤於男廁所阻塞,因此衛生方面僅給2分,並不是說用餐環境不衛生。
2.一次點太多道菜,寫起對食物的印象很難跟故事融合在一起,以後得試個另外的方式,看看如何能夠去蕪存菁、catch shot!!!!

First of all, I did eat in this thai shop for around few years in SaiKung. This one is fine few years ago....However, now, every time we came, it is getting worst than the previous one, and now unacceptable - so decide not to go there again.Why ?Like our experience on a Monday afternoon. First of all, I did eat in this thai shop for around few years in SaiKung.
This one is fine few years ago....
However, now, every time we came, it is getting worst than the previous one, and now unacceptable - so decide not to go there again.

Why ?

Like our experience on a Monday afternoon.
We ordered a few dishes:
1. Chicken rice - Rice is cold & sticky oily (perhaps because it is cold). Skinny fat is more than meat.
2. Green curry w/ chicken - Absolute did not taste any curry. Only watery coconut milk. Nor found chicken...Inside the soup bowl, only few veg & thai herb (4 piece, cookie-sized) floating around.
3. Fried Kalan (芥蘭) w/ salty fish. The Kalan is very soft, prettily sure it is boiled before, cooled and then fried again. Salty fish is not salty, still in a big piece when served.
4. Drinks are fine....as it cannot go wrong, right ?.

In fact, what make us decided not to go there again is.....we saw that, through the kitchen, someone was cutting the breads and placed the chopped one on the newspaper !!
No mood to take picture at all......

I guess we are not demanding eater at all, but these are really make one think twice before getting into. Good luck to others.

p.s. I have experience getting diarrhea after eating the salad...once graphfruit, once green papaya.
So, good luck to those taking cold dishes too.........

每一次去西貢, 都會去呢間食野, 貪佢平平地,又近....今次就要俾個喊你喇........晚上7點我地等位都20分鐘, 都可以,咁一早都叫左7串串燒, 因為晚上出旺角還有下場,那便諗住食完都走~因為我要食藥關係,問佢拎水, 問左三個人, 反應我諗大家都知道啦....就是女的說等等, 男的說要水就遲d先........我都知佢忙, 咁朋友就幫我出去拎啦, 點知阿姐話, 你唔好過黎阻住我, 要水問第二個啦, 冇水架.......勁唔耐煩但其實佢旁邊雪櫃有水lor, 見到有第二個客一問就有,我地就覺得佢歧視我地食得少野,我朋友即刻話俾錢走人lor, 勁嬲.........我地都係坐左佢15mins左右即, 都諗住食完拿拿林出返去,不過就咁無啦啦俾人罵lor.........

我地都係坐左佢15mins左右即, 都諗住食完拿拿林出返去,

昨天弟弟介紹來到滿泰, 他只是說 " 吃雞飯"... 所以我真以為只是吃雞飯.入去坐下來, 就發現被騙了.有好多o野食呀~~!!!!我們四人點了:- 豬頸肉雞飯 x 2- 雞, 豬沙嗲 各 x 6- 黃金蛋- 炸軟殼蟹- 糯米釀雞翼- 乾雞咖哩- 炒金邊粉 豬頸肉雞飯當然好味, 沙嗲亦十分鮮嫩多汁. 最正還是 炸軟殼蟹. 大大碟, D 蟹炸得好鬆脆, 有蟹味, 連埋d 脆脆粉食仲好味. 又唔使剝殼, 食得暢快.

有好多o野食呀~~!!!!

我們四人點了:
- 豬頸肉雞飯 x 2
- 雞, 豬沙嗲 各 x 6

- 炸軟殼蟹
- 糯米釀雞翼
- 乾雞咖哩
- 炒金邊粉

豬頸肉雞飯當然好味, 沙嗲亦十分鮮嫩多汁.
最正還是 炸軟殼蟹. 大大碟, D 蟹炸得好鬆脆, 有蟹味, 連埋d 脆脆粉食仲好味. 又唔使剝殼, 食得暢快.

成個飯都舖滿左餸唷,
D飯好一粒粒咁分明, 原來係油飯,
不過又唔會係成口油咁既FEEL,

西貢有好多好野食,西餐之前都試過好多次,最近知道有條巷仔入面有好多食店,係一條食街!決定食泰國野,好想食海南雞飯,但呢間唔係叫海南雞,係泰式雞飯,點都好,好食就得...雞肉係起骨,不過無雞味,只係一般,油飯無味,點雞肉既醬係得個咸..碟飯唔好食呢..另外仲叫左個炸魚餅,唔脆唔熱..點泰式醬食,味道只係一般!得一個好處,價錢係平,廿幾蚊一碟雞飯..只係我想食得好一點..

山長水遠入到西貢搵野食,本來想搵"藥材米線"食,但係盪失路,搵唔到...結果入左呢間泰國菜食碗扎肉雞絲粉呢碗湯粉味道只係一般,金邊粉份量好多,但係索哂水,漲哂,食唔到,雞絲鞋啊..湯底係泰式風味,比較甜,但個人就覺得好似淡一d,唔夠咸..水準只係一般既一間泰國餐廳呢..

泰式雞拼咸豬肉飯 —— 雖雞不嫩但配上自制的醬汁再加上用雞湯煮成帶有濃香雞味的飯,味道出奇的好。咸豬肉很有泰國本土風味:硬、脆、香、咸。這個飯絕對是我吃雞飯歷史的一個驚喜,吃完這個飯立時勾起星加玻文華酒店的雞飯和它的強烈對比,兩個也是十分好吃,但味道的層面很不同。值得一提是此飯會配一清冬瓜湯,相信是用浸雞之湯所造,味帶點咸但和飯很匹配

一個漫漫又天清氣爽的下午,來到了西貢,簡直係人狗嘉年華.我跟Honey來到滿泰,隨便點了幾個風味小食,都還不錯,雖然金鎘海嘯下,但價格在一家小店都絡嚴mark高了點,但西貢始終係一個消費比較貴的地方.青木瓜沙律-通常是我到泰菜的必選菜,真功夫可高下立見,青木瓜仍然可以再軟身一點串燒 豬肉-做得味道還可以,但肉的口感已變得太冧 魚餅河 - 清得嚟,湯底好有thai感覺,唔錯!魚露 - 簡直係碗河粉嘅靈魂!
