今日揸車去太子掃街,有啲肚餓諗住同先生一人一個雞蛋仔當下午茶😋😋途經呢間雞蛋仔,其實見佢已經開咗好多年,之前好似風靡過一時,不過一直都未食過。今日終於有機會試吓啦,星期日都冇咩人。叫咗一個紫菜肉鬆雞蛋仔,一個奶黃雞蛋仔首先講吓紫菜肉鬆雞蛋仔,味道都可以的,鹹鹹地,不過略嫌餡料唔夠多。另外奶黃雞蛋仔都幾特別,唔會太甜。總結而言,呢間雞蛋仔食完冇咩驚喜,感覺不過不失,始終都成$30一個雞蛋仔,我期望餡料可以再多少少。 continue reading

話說唔記得8定係10年前,喺元朗食過摩芽朱古力雞蛋仔,覺得好好食,一直都有幫襯,但係佢元朗分店之後執咗冇得再食喇。然後又發現佢喺葵芳都有分店,諗住都好啦,葵芳都間唔中有去。點知佢後尾葵芳店都冇做。一直都好掛住佢嘅雞蛋仔。咁啱今日去太子,知道佢依家唯一一間舖頭只有太子,咁就特登去佢舖頭走一趟。依舊係叫朱古力雞蛋仔($26),等咗大概十幾分鐘就有喇。好彩呢間舖頭同以前喺元朗食開嘅一樣,都係咁好味。外脆內軟熟,朱古力粒半溶既狀態。下次有機會去開太子,我都一定會過嚟再買。希望佢呢間舖頭守得住. continue reading

行過見到有啲人食,本身又諗住出返旺角搵雞蛋仔食,咁就試下佢。佢個主打應該係蜜糖星星雞蛋仔,但係太特別就唔試喇。本身想食$22原味當係試下先,但係男朋友話想食$35流心蜜糖咁就嗌左呢個。要等20分鐘。由於今日得14度,個雞蛋仔好快就已經唔熱。第一啖想用手搣一粒出黎,但係佢一啲都唔脆,又唔係叫做淋,係un嘅🤔諗住流心蜜糖係吱左啲真正蜜糖落去,話哂都係$35唔係平嘅價錢。點知係擺啲啲爆珠落去,簡直係垃圾😐😐😐😐😐😐 冇左粒珠佢只係原味,口感差到一個點🤢🤢🤢 continue reading

抹茶紅豆格仔餅 $30周不時會行經過,但係真係買嚟食係第一次,第一次唔係試佢嘅雞蛋仔而係格仔餅。佢用綠茶蛋漿整好咗個底之後再擦紅豆、花生醬、牛油,落埋砂糖,要有嘅嘢都齊,不過落料偏少,紅豆同花生醬都好似各得一半,唔係好夠候,覺得可以比多啲花生醬,因為有啲邊角位好似冇咩醬料,食完個紙袋都冇醬留喺到就知咩事......呢個位有少少失望。本身諗住啱啱整起,個格仔餅應該會係脆身嘅,但一拎上手就feel到佢冧冧地,都唔知係咪關焗住啲水蒸氣事。如果考慮埋佢應該要出多啲綠茶味,咁可以話佢個格仔餅都幾有原味嘅影子,因為個綠茶味真係好唔突出,基本上係食唔出。以呢個價錢食返原味格仔餅嘅水準係幾令人失望,暫時冇話想試埋佢個雞蛋仔,但用嚟頂下肚餓都得嘅。 continue reading

食完隔離嘅餃子店仲係覺得好餓,所以就試吓呢一間嘅雞蛋仔。 舖頭人流唔多 等咗10分鐘就有得食🤤🤤揀咗蜂蜜流心雞蛋仔同埋抹香珍珠奶茶首先個蜂蜜雞蛋仔 用咗紙加蛋漿而成 表層非常之香脆 一咬落去係會有甜甜地同埋有蜂蜜爆珠 但係唔係粒粒都平均有爆珠 所以有啲位會甜啲有啲位冇咁甜 但整體上個蜂蜜味都好夠而杯抹香珍珠奶茶,本身諗住可以好似其他珍珠奶茶譜咁叫走冰,但係個收銀就有啲晦氣問你係要凍定熱,只可以少冰珍珠會成粒都係硬嘅 但係個奶味就好出係我鍾意嘅味 continue reading
