之前都食過幾次老金煎餅,不過食評係第一次打。中環灣仔兩間分店都有買過,因為岩岩開張個時好hit,好多人都話好味,所以跟風買,覺得味道唔錯。我個人認為港式甜煎餅味道最好,煎餅入面脆脆地,甜味唔over,有少少似細個成日食嘅格餅,都係有啲花生醬。因為今次食嘅係港式甜煎餅同飲左杯豆漿,所以我就打港式甜煎餅同豆漿嘅讚同彈。讚:上面講左,煎餅入面脆脆地,甜度適中(個人感覺)。女士們食細size應該足夠。彈:入住煎餅嘅袋會有倒汗水出,搞到塊煎餅濕左😰😰豆漿方面:買煎餅可以加五蚊買豆漿,價錢合理,但雪櫃唔夠凍,搞到杯豆漿都唔凍。味道稍為淡左少少。店面:企到埋去收銀處都無人理,要叫下啲店員先郁,望落啲店員都係後生仔女。同埋店面有好多大蒼蠅喺啲材料面飛黎飛去,睇見都驚😥。

雖然唔係得好多款選(around 6款咸味) 吾好睇佢好似好細個咁,但都幾飽肚,即叫即整所以就熱辣辣咁食,裏面d餡料又多,不過就無座位就算要係裏面食都要企但得一張枱。上次加十蚊就有得試個甜煎餅 個人中意個甜煎餅多d 因為無咁漏,而咸味=配鴨肉果個就好足料。

一早已經想試下,見到有團購就買左張本身鍾意食北京填鴨,所以一心係諗住試烤鴨煎餅但食落發覺同想像有出入一去到前面已經有兩個人,要排隊等等等既時候發現店內好熱,冷氣好弱,一路排隊一路出汗店內有兩張高台俾人堂食,但冇人清潔,台上埋滿垃圾,俾人感覺衛生情況唔理想即叫即整,剛到手時熱騰騰煎餅內有甜醬,烤鴨肉同青瓜第一啖覺得幾好,但食落發覺甜醬太多搶晒味另外材料放得唔均勻,好多時一啖只係食到其中一種材料仲有啲餸包得唔太實,食到一半開始跌出黎,好麻煩。想食北京填鴨建議去返餐廳食。

憑感覺來說, 這是一個不錯的煎餅. 皮薄醬汁濃郁配料多, 但是包餅的手勢卻不是太好, 烤鴨都聚在一邊, 不能夠均勻的品嚐呢! 如果可以改善這個問題, 感覺一定會更好吧!

見冇乜人, 就還我一個心願, 試下老金有咩特別此店開業初期上左OR十大, 成日都有人排隊, 時至今日, 店內一個客都冇, 見店員咁得閒, 買個餅俾D野佢做點左個原味, 睇住佢整, 見佢最後放左一塊脆片, 夾埋一齊, 好似幾得意, 因為我o係北京街頭食o既, 係唔會有呢樣野如我所料, 果塊脆片受熱力同濕氣影響, 完全變淋, 醬料輕微帶辣, 整體感覺尚可, 不過既然叫得原味, 我都係建議做回最正宗o既味道較好試過一次...........就夠!

Having tried the original Bing at the place in Central, I decided to try their cha chan teng bing in their location in Wanchai as it was a tea time special for $10.It was pretty disgusting. It was purple rice batter, peanut butter and condensed milk...aka cha chan teng! The bing was soggy and chest. It just tasted like peanut butter which I like peanut butter. But it was the soggy purple rice wrap that was just plain disgusting.Next time, I will stick with the original bing.

叫左個老金煎餅, 應該即是原味吧, 但原來入面只是最基本材料, 無其他肉餡的, 買左先有d 後悔。anyway, 入面有蛋, 芫蒆, 甜醬,etc, 可選擇辣同唔辣。甜醬味道剛好, 但太少醬了, 所以比較乾餅皮唔係日式q 餅果d, 似麵粉皮, 本身無味, 因為太少醬ge 關係,所以成件餅都好淡味~芫蒆又落得太多, 有d 苦....
