經朋友介紹Mue Mue 呢間泰式餐廳,今日試咗佢哋嘅晚餐,每樣都好豐富,食物上菜速度亦會因為我哋食嘢嘅快慢嚟上菜。鹹蛋黃沙律鹹蛋黃碎嘅軟熟加上脆口嘅花生粒、生洋蔥等,口感一脆一軟好豐富。配上獨特嘅香濃泰式香草汁,帶點辣味,好開胃。炭燒沙嗲牛味道好香嘅牛肉,炭燒過嘅牛肉加上濃濃嘅沙嗲醬,肉質亦好軟熟有彈食,食唔停口。海鮮冬陰功賣相精緻嘅冬陰功,有大大隻嘅蝦,仲有滿滿嘅香茅點綴,令味道唔會淨係得辣味,更豐富泰式味道。咖喱原隻虎蝦球咖哩醬加上炒蛋絲,令咖喱更容易黏上虎蝦到,虎蝦被炸過後口感仍然有彈性,外層更有個香脆炸粉口感,兩者非常夾。原個菠蘿炒飯一個大大份嘅菠蘿係我哋眼前,炒飯粒粒分明且啖啖都有餸料一齊食,非常飽足。芒果糯米飯估唔到芒果糯米飯仲會配多兩球香甜嘅芒果雪糕,凍龍眼茶凍泰式奶茶泰式奶茶味道香濃,唔會好澀,佢啲冰仲係用奶茶整成,令成杯飲品最後唔會過淡。 continue reading
