三河八丁味噌拉麵 $98 (加1 $108)
淨睇個名真係睇唔出係乜嚟,查完先知原來嚟自三河嘅八丁味噌有段故,
係以前日本江戶時代大將軍德川家康公嘅FAVE,係一種淨用大豆同鹽做出嚟嘅味噌。

湯底一入口比想像中濃郁,有厚滑嘅味噌獨有香味。
撈完苦瓜蓉之後多左一種甘香,令湯底咸味亦降低,苦瓜味如果成碗咁撈會唔見咗,
如果鐘意可以係湯匙慢慢加嚟飲,苦瓜味先會明顯啲。

入面配料亦比得好足,有大蔥絲,牛蒡等令食嘅過程唔會太單調。
角切腩肉係日式拉麵嚟講,俾得幾足料,唔會食一舊配一大碗麵。

下次嚟想試佢地個檸檬鯛魚清湯拉麵

人生充滿味道包括甜、酸、苦、新、咸、鮮原來拉麺都可以有咁多種味!苦同甜我真係唔夠膽挑啦反而咸or酸可以一戰酸拉麺令人眼前一亮酸味係來自檸檬店員叫唔好將啲檸檬浸咁耐但我反而想浸耐啲檸檬夠靚好鮮香唔澀唔會過酸啲蜆係好大隻好肥好滑同時不失海洋海水味麺質剛好唔硬唔腍個湯清澈見底咸味無咁特別只係一般醬油口味小食質素就無拉麺咁好啦叫左個餃子同蜜糖芝士年糕餃子正正常常啦蜜糖芝士年糕個蜜糖太甜了變相令芝士唔係好夠味同咸香年糕好似有啲啲油益味有時間我會試埋甜味拉麺佢!

Representing umami, tororo refers to white soy sauce, which pairs with kombu, known as the natural flavouring agent, brought superb umami. What’s more, the sashimi grade seared scallop was the icing in the cake.

All in all, for the price tag, I had high expectations in this ramen store originated from Japan, but it was definitely solid and worth a try particularly if you live nearby.
