This time, we tried [ Sweet ] and [ Sour ]. The "sweet" one features Saikyo miso soup, and the "sour" one features snapper soup with lemon which comes with clams. Never would have thought that a sour broth would pair well with ramen! A really unique ramen tasting experience. 
Other flavors feature ingredients you may never have thought of in a bowl of ramen, like bitter gourd and green chilli!

味噌是我非常喜歡的一個湯頭,金黃色的,味道甘甜,口味醇厚,湯頭中很多洋蔥粒,增添口感,拉麵是比較粗身的,更容易掛著湯汁,豚肉有燒香味,肥瘦得宜,最特別的是有炸紫薯片,卜卜脆,整碗麵味道層次十分豐富。
