今天我跟一个朋友去这里吃午饭,我们进门看到很多空位,店员只让我们等一等。过了两分钟完全没人理我们。我们去问前台,她再次态度很差地说叫你们等一下。后来我们后面进来了4个人,店员立刻给他们量了体温和带他们入座。我们就说是我们先来的,店员说,没有两人台。可是我们明明看到门口就有空着的,店员说那里是3-4人台,简直是睁眼说瞎话,因为里面有至少2桌是2人坐了同样的桌型。我们气到转身就走了。态度这么差,以后绝对不会来吃这家店!!!

今天中午和同事心情很好來吃飯。進到來之後,空位置也很多。結果服務員只說了句「等等」就一臉冷淡的走開了。把我們兩個人晾在一邊。我們等了約十分鐘,又進來四個人。這時候,店員直接殷勤的上去幫人量體溫,並且安排入座。黑人問號臉的我們和店員理論。店員說,等等,沒有兩個人的位置。再一看。好多兩人坐在四人台,以及有一半空著的座位。我不得不說,這家店服務又上升了一個層次。又差又賤!又差又賤!又差又賤!還我週一好心情!!!!!!

太古區內沒有傳統韓國餐廳,只有一間名家,這家餐廳很久之前光顧過,但印象中負面感覺沒有這麼大。我是經電話訂座,六人卻被安排坐在四人卡坐,眼見當時餐廳坐位很滿,唯有無奈接受。先講食物,四人點了烤牛肋骨套餐,索價一百三十幾蚊,出品像柴皮一樣,連快餐店的牛扒也不如,像吃垃圾一樣;再講服務,恐怖到不敢恭維,六人坐四人坐,桌面會大得去邊?我們趕快吃,趕快清空碗碟,只是叫服務員清兩隻碗,只是一次,盡顯不悅面色,下次免費請我食也不了!

名家的炆牛肋條, 不能說是香港最好吃, 但可以說是我最喜愛的, 除了炆得入味而且夠軟糯外, 帶上淡淡的甜美和你牛肋條的肉香十分配合. 還記得第一次在銅鑼灣吃的時候, 身邊的友人問為何不吃燒的, 因為價錢和質素看似更高, 而且是前輩請嘛, 有大食大就是, 但我就是喜歡整條骨的骨感美, 哈哈! 多年之後吃過很多次, 味道依然不變, 獨孤一味只愛此菜.

我一直都住在東區,所以對於太古城嘅餐廳都已經好熟悉。差不多一年沒有到名家食韓燒,今日心血來潮,所以前來。名家嘅前菜係可以添食,我最喜愛。另外必食牛肉鍋,唔使$300有六大片西冷牛肉,必食之選。另外一定要order一個湯,因為跟一碗飯,飽肚又好味。今日食炆牛肋骨,比想像中牛肉好林,而且好入味。兩個人叫三樣嘢食,好滿足,非常飽肚,$750買單。店員值得一讚,好細心。驚女士怕風口位,特意提醒。如果怕濃味嘅朋友要多加注意,因為食物比較濃味。

Simply bad experience as they simply have poor service. Gave us wrong foods and tried to blame us when their staff gave us something we didn’t order. We ate it didn’t know it was something we didn’t order but who would know given its Korean bbq and all the foods arrived at once. Simply bad experience as they simply have poor service. Gave us wrong foods and tried to blame us when their staff gave us something we didn’t order. We ate it didn’t know it was something we didn’t order but who would know given its Korean bbq and all the foods arrived at once.

Then when we check the bill it was shown there so we asked why we were charged extra and their manager without checking with their staff just simply blamed us for not checking before eating. And insisted it’s our fault and they take no responsibilities at all.

I was fine with paying the food but just the manager’s handling was so bad. Basically bad attitude almost come as rude and offensive.

Think twice before going there!

Lunch在太古搵食艱難... 一行3人, 所以冇人就入去食... 餐廳環境好, 坐得都舒服.前菜都OK.  睇睇個menu最平個餐都要$88.  選0左個最平0既"大醬牛肉", 0黎到時嚇0左跳, 因為D牛肉唔多 (5-6細舊), 多湯, 菜同豆腐都有小小, 跟白飯一碗.  食落湯個味就係咸0既醬料味.... D牛都係一般貨式, 一諗起佢$88我就覺得係咪應該多幾舊牛肉呢 最好就係個雪糕糯米糍, 就係超巿可買到獨立包裝0個D.食完個餐,伙記就急忙收拾, 連杯茶都未飲完就攞張單叫你埋. 從食物同服務... 我冇乜必要都唔打算再0黎囉.... 有D失望.

這家韓國餐廳的各個方面都非常差。首先,衛生方面很有問題。我點的套餐裏面有拌冷麵,上來之後吃了幾口發現竟然有一根很粗的黑色頭髮,頓時覺得噁心。叫來服務員跟他說了這個情況,他面無表情地把拌冷麵撤走了,拿去後廚,沒有任何解釋更別提道歉,看起來就像平常事一樣。過一會兒上了一碗看起來是新做的,但是作為顧客已經覺得很失望了,只想快點吃完買單走人。沒想到吃完回來居然感覺肚子不舒服,本以為第一次可能與餐廳無關,但後來又去了一次之後回來也是馬上覺得不舒服,所以基本可以確定是餐廳的衛生有問題,而且餐廳工作人員毫不在意。其次,服務態度非常非常爛。有位女服務員在我們催促了後加的小菜未上之後居然大聲呵斥我們,說點了就等著,是廚房那邊忙不過來。然而我們同桌對面的兩位客人並沒有要求加小菜,服務員卻在他們的小菜吃完後很迅速地補上了新的,這種情況實在是沒辦法解釋。我們在用餐後找到收銀台據她稱是“經理”的人,她表示會批評這位服務員,然而她連究竟是哪位服務員都不清楚,何談批評教育??這家餐廳真的讓人感到無藥可救,我們亦不會再去了。只希望對韓國菜有期待的客人能夠避免重蹈覆轍。

Dinner tonight here and ordered menu A for 2 - Firstly the seat was very dirty and not clean up after previous customer and we were given a tissue to clean up. The beef was ok in term of quality and fresh However the worst was the chicken soup which is very salty and the chicken meat is tough and dry......:I think the quality of this restaurant is getting worse and I won’t recommend for my friend

This is a feedback regarding the service at the Tai Koo Shing branch, which is very disappointing.

We arrived at around 12:30pm today and requested a table for 2 adults and one child who needed a high chair. I was told that I was the third one in the queue. I waited for more than 15 minutes and saw that the waitress arranged a whole lot other customers who came later than me to be seated in tables of two, four, etc. That said, she allowed people to cut the line, or she had completely forgotten that we were still waiting. I asked the waitress again and she said because I had a child so I had to wait longer. I accepted but the next table she offered me was a table of 4 in which we had to share this table with two other adults. In other words, she offered us a table for 2 knowing that we have a child but there was no space for a high chair and so she expected my child to sit on my lap for the entire lunch?! While there was another table of 4 available, she was not willing to offer that to us. She claimed that this table MIGHT be combined with the other 4 to form a table of 8 in case if there is a group with 8 people coming. But this group of 8 customers didn’t exist at that moment. The staff would rather leave that table not taken and have people in line to wait for sharing tables. I have to say that the staff at this Tai Koo Shing branch has no sense of fairness and are unprofessional. If she was planning to offer us a table of 2 for 3 heads anyway, then why did she allow other customers to cut the line at first? I have no comment on the food quality because it was impossible for the three of us to squeeze into the space she offered and so we left.

With this price that the restaurant charges on the menu, customers deserve a better service.
