這間食店招牌是日本字看得懂的只有食堂兩個字, 所以我們初初就叫他做食堂. 喜歡他們的食物, 經常幫襯結果變了我的飯堂.這間食店是在吉之島的地庫超市. 他們的餐牌主要分為兩類. 第一類是刺身丼飯, 第二類是烤魚便當. 刺身新鮮就是最簡單的美味. 飯的軟硬溫度適中, 是口感好的壽司飯.烤鱈魚鮫便當, 是我的必選項目. 魚肉嫰滑之餘又彈牙, 口感優良, 冇腥味. 便當內有三文魚湯, 除了魚肉外, 湯內有海帶及羅蔔, 味道清甜. 還有一碟迷你小吃甜品. 我太太喜歡黑醋鯛魚, 甜甜酸酸香口. continue reading

呢間魚生飯係康怡廣場都開左一段時間,每次夜晚經過,得佢同大户屋兩間餐廳要等位!適逢颱風天,唔適合出遠門,就試下屋企附近既魚生飯☺️每份定食都包括一大碗麵豉湯🍴,材料有大量白紅蘿蔔片同三文魚肉,味道意外地鮮甜,有別於一般偏鹹既麵豉湯!🥢炙燒 三文魚腩丼厚切三文魚腩鋪滿壽司飯🍚 先炙燒三文魚表面,燒至少少焦口,再點上明太子醬,味道好夾,幾有驚喜!魚腩油脂豐臾,不過太過肥美食到一半有啲油膩🙈如果上下都可稍為加強炙燒或者有其他既調味,可能會無咁乏味!整體黎講呢個價錢有咁既質素都好滿意了🫶🏻🥢免治金槍魚帆立貝丼相比起三文魚丼,呢個刺身分量比較單薄😢帆立貝一開二對半切,有五粒左右,味道中規中矩啦,不過大小搭夠!免治金槍魚上面撒滿白芝麻同青蔥,食落無腥味,加小小豉油配飯食岩岩好!兩款刺身味道都合格,只係如果可以俾多啲料就好!😂📍ナカヨ食堂太古康山道1-2號康怡廣場南座AEON地下 continue reading

花多眼亂,每次嚟幫襯都一定會「病發」👉🏻「選擇困難症」,呢度好適合鍾意食魚既朋友,不論魚生或烤魚👌🏻太古的日本餐廳吾少架,點樣先可以突圍而出?緊係要性價比高啦,呢度小妹食過好多次😚真係好抵食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻無論刺身丼,還是烤魚套餐,都一定會附上大大碗三文魚味噌湯,(隻碗係同刺身丼一樣架😆)眾多選擇入面,揀左以下三款:🦀甲羅燒海鮮丼~油甘魚、北寄貝、赤蝦、蟹膏、蟹籽+蔥花魚生新鮮鮮生口,蟹膏、蟹籽+蔥花拌飯一流❤️🔥黑松露炙燒海鮮丼~油甘魚、三文魚腩、八爪魚、赤蝦、帶子、海膽with黑松露,黑松露無搶走魚鮮味,反而增加口味,水準吾錯🩷🐟燒油甘魚頭定食~成隻手咁大既魚頭,我媽媽話抵過自己買嚟整,熟成度啱啱好無過火,令魚既口感軟嫩❣️🍆味噌香燒茄子~呢個做法令外形勁似一夜干😂,一度以為係成條煎魚,好好食🤤味噌、蔥花、芝麻調味正,茄子肉質軟腍🤤🍲餐湯-三文魚味噌湯~碗碗都包含入晒味既白蘿蔔片、三文魚肉,飲湯時要小心碎骨!座位大部分以吧枱形式,少部分係卡位,假日好多時候都要排隊候座,有時揀吾到食邊個好,可以選擇佢地既2人餐,份量足以3個人食架😁😁各有各口味,個人覺得呢間唔錯💛 continue reading
