這一道芝士脆皮焗大蝦賣相一流,食落亦教朋友們讚不絕口。由於海蝦之肉身比龍蝦細,於是半隻開邊以後所能沾上的芝士脆皮比例便較後者更多,令其更覺滋味。而且小的發現「南記」出品更勝「容龍」,後者雖享雅座,芝士脆皮卻總烤得過了火地乾硬。

壽星仔在查問扇貝,小的卻認為貴妃蚌更清甜鮮嫩,而且沒有扇貝蒸出來的粗糙。用粉絲蒜蓉蒸果然能帶出清淡鮮明的海洋氣色,清甜爽利。

可惜砵酒焗筒蠔卻有點失色,出場是過了火地又乾又硬,比之「容龍」外脆內軟、鹹香四溢是完全地不入流。不過後者有偷海鮮之嫌,上次八個人買兩筒居然只得七隻,今次四個人一筒則可有五隻。

壽星仔揀的澳洲鮑魚咱們孤陋寡聞只識果皮蒸或薑葱煀,他卻說可弄個椒鹽,結果椒鹽澳洲鮑端的香氣四溢,鮑魚勝在火喉適中,一口咬下仍覺軟軟綿綿,而外皮的香氣與洋葱蒜椒混合以後是驚喜地惹味,這一新煮發帶出了嚐鮮鮑另一形式的享受。

尋晚同家人去三聖買完海鮮就去一早訂左位ge 南記食飯la....我都預左大時大節上菜一定無平時咁快ga la...好la...嚟左第一道蝦之後等左20分鐘,我地提提伙記,都好快就有魚同生蠔,之後就係惡夢開始,我地一行6個人係未飽ge情況下呆等左40分鐘,就係等未出ge小菜,中途催過3次伙記,之後有2個伙記扮灑吹水咁係我地格離講:全部出灑海鮮、吳出小菜呀!咁即係間接迫我地走啫!個陣就around 8pm ...食到到喉吳到肺,吳走學我呀哥話頭分分鐘等到9pm都未有得食,最後個伙記仲要同我地講:個個都等緊呀,廚房出吳切,我地樓面都無計la! 我話:咁關我咩事呀?你地老細明知廚房做吳到咁多枱客就咪接la! 我一早知你地咁做生意就吳會book你地呀!最後我哋一家人走左轉食其他餐廳!真係想講做節book位千祈咪book南記,離灑譜!仲有想講條魚整得無泰海鮮咁好食law! 我成日去三聖食海鮮都去泰海鮮,從未發生過咁ge 情況,就算做節等耐少少都吳會咁離譜迫客走law!如果吳係遲左book位book吳到泰海鮮、青山灣同海天都吳book 南記呀🤬🤬🤬第一次食晚飯就咁樣,永係下次!blacklist !

燒鵝非常好味,這幾年都少吃到的味道。皮脆肥美,肉又夠厚身,食落成口油香,非常好味,難怪咁出名。其他菜都好味,不過不失,但份量就比想像中少,整體性價比一般,可能是旅遊區做旅客生意關係。

讚:燒鵝堅得,多年都保持水準,焗龍蝦既乾身版相當好味,肉爽口,芝士香,正,上菜非常有效率,十分鐘唔夠就上齊啲野食彈:服務都無變,咁多年黎都係西面,想換個位都好似拿佢命咁,扇貝蒸得過火左啲,有啲黏牙,同埋有樣野真係估唔到,冷氣太勁!冬菇亭咁勁冷氣真係意想不到後記:三聖條壩真心舒服😌
