To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記早餐從來係我至推介之一，沙爹仔以及鮮茄仔都性價比極高，沙爹味濃，平時外賣分湯就會加少少撈黎食；鮮茄湯底加埋鮮茄，清甜又好飲。近日南記推出腐皮牛乳湯底，我就當然去支持下啦。① 春卷腐皮牛乳米通 + 魚皮餃湯 + 豆漿 $36價錢一貫大件夾抵食，試飲第一啖呢個新湯底，喂！蜜瓜荳奶味黎既？！真係搞唔掂，好奇怪，完全唔Match！我足足加左三包辣椒醬，溝到成碗哈密瓜荳奶咁樣，用辣味蓋過蜜瓜味先食得落。歡迎大家試伏

凍凍地，又唔想煮嘢食！所以經過南記買碗米線食！買咗個春卷牛腩小窩米線！$46南記嘅米線，其實一向都係唔差，雖然有人話佢比起以前啲水準，現在確實係有啲分別。但係因為我今日係外賣嘅，攞到返屋企嘅時候都成大約20分鐘後，但係啲米線仲係好彈牙，而且份量十足，👍🏻反而令我覺得佢都係唔錯，牛腩今日係比較多，同埋佢牛腩煮得幾淋嘅，春卷就兩條，春卷一向係佢招牌菜，所以都好食！另外加埋杯免費豆漿！😋感覺物超所值！
