To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記粉麵店 由細食到大分店地理位置都算近地鐵站店內空間偏細 座位不多如果係食飯時間想堂食應該好難有位坐啦員工服務態度有禮招牌春卷魚蛋河 呢個套餐$48兩個餸配粉 一碗生菜 飲品，配細豆漿我另外加$3轉玫瑰花茶呢個餐係最抵食魚蛋偏彈牙唔係成日有㗎之前成日買親都話休漁期冇魚蛋，但會有魚片好奇春卷係依間店的招牌 獨有的味道特色係好好食河粉啲份量好足夠 唔會碎想食的清淡，非常推介生菜份量滿滿的而且唔係爛生菜好新鮮，非常清綠我冇加蠔油全走 食得出菜的味道玫瑰花茶亦好足料的茶包十分健康養生辣豬肉小窩$45額外加春卷$9如果喜歡食辣的人南記辣係好好食仲有佢獨有的辣椒醬好香之餘仲好惹味開胃

叫咗個招牌河粉，等咗幾分鐘，算係好快。我都幾鍾意食南記嘅春卷、魚蛋同牛丸。本身都有啲期待。攞完碗返埋位，第一件事就食粒魚蛋先，發覺粒魚蛋唔係好熱。跟住食食下，發覺樣樣嘢都唔係好熱。餐廳嘅食物，熱係基本。咁都做唔到好失望，blacklist.

我係超中意食南記架！而呢間南記分店已經食左好多年，因為佢調出黎既味道好得一路都係其中一間我喜歡的！但最近去左2次，如常叫中辣湯底，但畀左碗淨酸走辣既你，一睇碗野就知，2次都係咁⋯⋯⋯今次決定同姐姐講🙄🙄，其實我是叫左中辣的，佢只會叫你「出面自己加啦，同一款辣醬黎，不過係有煮過同無煮過有少少分別咁囉！」😓😓😓就唔理你了⋯⋯⋯⋯所以個味咪唔同左囉，唔係唔使同你講啦呀姐姐⋯🙄 呢間分店blacklisted🙄

太耐無食南記，有d掛住佢嘅魚肉春卷，咁今晚就點南記燈啦✌🏻襯搭車嘅時間去南記website落定單，去到即刻有得拎，簡直係分秒必爭✌️，仲要全單9折，抵讚⬆️魚肉春卷山今晚叫左：1️⃣春卷小窩米線加春卷🤗2️⃣珍寶小鍋米線😍珍寶小鍋米線有春卷，魚蛋，牛丸，墨魚丸，魚皮餃。除左春卷，其他都係一般貨仔無咩特別。魚肉春卷一定係南記嘅招牌餸，咁多年都係咁好食，湯底都無變過..加埋南記辣椒醬簡直係一流，perfect match💯
