今日難得收早,就同朋友去啟德airside嗰邊試吓新嘢,知道有間越南餐廳食評幾好就去試吓,地理位置十分方便地鐵站一出行5分鐘就到,我哋嗌咗豬頸肉,生牛肉河,炸軟殼蟹沙律,蒜蓉包同埋nam nam 炒飯,飲品方便我哋嗌咗芒果沙冰同埋青檸梳打,生牛肉河的肉質鮮嫩,搭配滑順的河粉,帶來絕妙口感。炸軟殼蟹沙律則外脆內嫩,鮮香四溢,清新的沙律醬更添風味。蒜蓉包香氣撲鼻,外脆內軟,與蒜蓉的濃郁完美結合,令人一口接一口,回味無窮。簡直一流,炒飯方面有幾種配料一齊炒,加上蝦片脆脆,豬頸肉粒同埋太陽蛋同炒飯撈埋一齊食,簡直係錦上添花,飲品方面沙冰唔會太甜非常解渴,下次可以同朋友再嚟食。

到Airside 1樓看到有越南菜,心想越南菜不會有中伏的情況,落單叫了牛肉撈檬和越南特色拼盤(小),牛肉檬粉據我認知應該是有燒牛肉放在檬粉旁邊,加上碎花生等,實際上枱的牛肉是日本牛肉丼牛肉和檬粉一起,食落也是牛丼味道,感覺非常奇怪和不好吃.之於越南特色拼盤,有豬肉蝦片:又是牛丼味道不過用了豬肉蝦片不脆中間遠外邊少少硬,香茅雞翼:中間醃未入味,堤岸蔗蝦:雖然有蝦的顏色,但是味道似獅子狗卷,其他只是正確不是好食,好在價錢不貴,但不會再幫襯

呢間嘅越南餐廳,其實都唔差,所以專登再帶同事一齊嚟試吓。我揀咗啲午餐時間,咁我哋就點咗咖喱牛肋條配法包呢個咖喱牛肋條真係好入味,牛肉味幾好,嗰啲咖喱真係夠香,同牛肉真係夾。仲有呢個沙嗲串燒雞肉煎蛋(日本蛋)配白飯整體上算不錯!特別有個牛肉湯河都好好食,湯底清而不膩,而且味道係好好。可能鍾情食越南食物關係,覺得可以再試,雖然繁忙時間比較忙,好多客人,見員工都盡力招呼客人,呢間嘢可以回頭再試,以後多個落腳點^_^

呢個咖喱牛肋條真係好入味,牛肉味幾好,嗰啲咖喱真係夠香,同牛肉真係夾。

仲有呢個沙嗲串燒雞肉煎蛋(日本蛋)配白飯
整體上算不錯!

特別有個牛肉湯河都好好食,湯底清而不膩,而且味道係好好。

可能鍾情食越南食物關係,覺得可以再試,雖然繁忙時間比較忙,好多客人,見員工都盡力招呼客人,呢間嘢可以回頭再試,以後多個落腳點^_^
