Wow 小火鍋熱住香濃抹茶朱古力,配料有香蕉,士多啤梨,藍莓,梨,桃,菠蘿,抹茶糯米糍,棉花糖,抹茶蛋糕,小丸子。

好。正。啊。
第一次咁食法,新鮮配料浸在濃濃抹茶朱古力之中,我已經浸醉係入面。本身好喜愛抹茶,有咁既食法,真係有創意我鐘意!
由於我地相機食先拍久了,未食個火都熄埋,店員擔心再加火,抹茶會痴底。最後都再為我地點火, 熱住浸來食,我認為比較正宗吧!
最後抹茶好快被我地浸住來食哂,一滴不留。

今次用左open rice 既tablemap訂位,資料寫是有甜品贈送返,所以就一試。最初一位女店員二話不說話無呢樣野😓。但我決定再問另一位男店員 看似是經理,他確認後就不猶豫地拿了這個抹茶奶凍給我們。
奶凍亦非常滑,好有日本食既味道!幸好在追問下才吃到這個好東西,作完美總結!
好開心姊妹亦非常滿意!

我覺得係某位服務員不知怎的,但整體上食物,環境都係很有質素!是吃得出日本料理既味道!

姊妹用了tablemap訂座, 據openrice的資料用此系統訂座有甜品贈送, 我們問一女職員, 上網訂座是否有甜品送, 她說沒有, 再問另一男職員, 才知道有這回事。這間店的職員, 態度都一般, 有點冷漠和怪怪的, 不過壽司師傅卻看似不錯, 笑著和我們說再見。

這個是送的甜品, 是抹茶奶凍, 奶凍本身已十分滑和富牛奶香, 加上濃而不苦的抹茶, 實在太好吃了! 吃這個甜品作結, 真的很完美呢!

As soon as we got in there, I noticed a few tables of Japanese men in suits, seemed to be getting dinner and a drink after work (I am guessing they were Japanese because they were speaking it); and that some "special menu" were written in Japanese. That was a good sign to me, I believe that if a restaurant can attract the local people to that cuisine, they must be doing something right.

Too bad we had to have dinner before we could get dessert XD, so we started with assorted sushi; this isn't one of their platters, we just picked and chose whatever we wanted: Cyu-Toro was the nicest, the rest were fresh but not outstanding.

Unagi-seiro was one of the dishes regularly recommended by Openricers, so we tried it! I have to agree that the flavor was great, however this eel seemed to have more bones than normal… some of us couldn’t really battle with it and gave up…

Next up was tamagoyaki, this one was pretty good, very soft textured and well flavored, my favorite savory dish of the night. Last one before dessert was udon soup with assorted veggies, can’t really go wrong with it, and it’s any regular udon you can expect; the soup base tasted like any instant ones you can get from those import grocery stores.

Desserts oh desserts!!! Green tea hotpot was as amazing as it looked on pictures, it was watery if I compare it with chocolate fondue; it doesn’t hung onto whatever you dipped in it, but the green tea flavor was so SO rich a thin layer was enough (but of course the more then better XD).

Unfortunately the night ended on a not-so-great dessert… this green tea ice cream with waffle was quite bad… the ice cream was okay, but the waffle was really stale… not just “oh it’s not crispy anymore”, but like “OMG I need to spit it out now”…

是日主角當然是刺身精選,餐牌未有標示刺身款式,皆因選材依據當日時令挑選,不時不食,以保質優。刺身總共有七款,分别是平正魚、深海池魚、三文魚、呑拿魚腩、八爪魚、赤貝及三文魚籽香蔥呑拿魚腩。各款刺身皆以厚切奉客,份外有質感。鋪排以天然花式草品作點綴,感覺自然。整體而言,刺身用料新鮮富光澤,算上物有所值。個別款式來說,平正魚魚味較淡,吃的是那份四正平實的口感。深海池魚肉質比平正魚軟腍細緻,入口滑度足,魚香亦更豐富,很美味。三文魚選材略瘦,肥美感不算突出。呑拿魚腩雖不是用上大拖羅的部分,食味仍然幸福肥美。輕放入口,魚香頓時湧現,再咬下一城,脂質慢慢溶化,令人愛不釋手。八爪魚顏色淡然,肉質不會過韌,水準對辦。吃赤貝最怕那份不新鮮的鯹味,幸而此處的赤貝沒有此問題,取而代之的是一道脆爽口感。三文魚籽香蔥呑拿魚腩的三文魚籽輕咬爆開,不但沒有單調的鹹味,反而留有芳郁的酒香。香蔥呑拿魚腩軟綿香口,稍弱一環是香蔥份量不足惹味道差一點點。每款刺身約兩片厚切,份量足夠飽肚,滿足度高。

整頓飯的美食都富一定水準,無他,因付出的代價倒不少。服務方面,沒有大問題,但水平跟不上所收價位。最後還有一處急需改善的地方,就是師傅們在坐於吧枱面前的食客備餐,製作刺身壽司。如面前的食品用於奉上面前的客人,不但無問題,反而可供食客邊吃邊欣賞師傅們的手藝。但如該美食不是用於侍上面前的客人,那怕你一句我一句,口沫橫飛,這些外加美點相信沒有人喜歡吧,需留意留意!

餐廳在香港的分店開業了一段日子,門口仿傚了日本總店的裝潢,極具和風味道,踏進店內,才發現內裡面積十分寬裕,先是到一個魚生壽司吧枱,繼而是個碩大的酒櫃,空間感充裕。座位以卡座為主,十分舒適。座位後還擺放了許多蘆葦草,增添了東瀛風的氣圍味。牆壁上褂著幾幅中國詩人的詩詞,在日本格調中營造點點的中國味,且滲出點點的閒情逸緻。

可是外層的餅成為了敗筆 因為 它 竟然是淋的!
而紅莓跟藍莓的味道與雪糕也不是非常夾


總結:我個人強烈推介抹茶布甸 火鍋反而沒有那麼吸引
P.s. 布甸送上來的時候 侍應口中唸唸有詞 反正最後是多送了一客布甸

On our first visit, we ordered way too much. We had one hot udon with tempura, one hot soba set with shrimp tempura and sashimi, plus a roast duck salad. The set came with a starter and an ice cream, so we were really full after eating all of that. The food was fresh and tasted really good. We spent about 1,000 HKD for the two of us, including one beer.
The second time, we decided to order less. That’s tricky, because the menu is quite extensive and offers lots of interesting options – but it is also quite pricy, so we opted to share three light dishes. That was the perfect amount of food.
We had a salad with tofu and soft boiled egg as a starter – which was a big portion and had a great sesame dressing.

As a main we had a bowl of udon soup (we asked for an extra egg to be added) and a basket of mixed tempura. This was plenty for the two of us! The udon has the right texture and the soup base is rich, although I preferred the hot soba (which I had on the first visit) just because the soup seemed less salty. But that’s just personal taste. The tempura was hot, fresh and with a very light batter – perfect. Our bill came to about 400 HKD, which was much more reasonable for a weekday dinner.

Will I go there again? Yes, it’s nice and quiet, the service is great and the dishes taste very fresh. The menu is so huge that there will always be something new to try (and in fact I already noticed that they switch out menu items according to season, so even just a few days later there were different menu items available) and if we order reasonable, we won’t be too stuffed and the mid-week dinner won’t be too expensive.
