平時好多泰國餐館d鳳爪下面會墊好多洋蔥/生菜/青瓜,但呢度堆到咁高都係鳳爪~ 抵食!

這家位於街角的泰國餐廳裝潢簡約細看名字原來是一家社企坐下先點椰青和青檸梳打解解暑梳打用了泰國原樽入口的梳打水味道雖無特別但多了一份泰國味頭盤點了炭燒豬頸肉火喉控制得宜不會乾柴配上的沾醬味道相當討好主菜點了泰式海鮮濕炒河河粉是中式長條型的那款炒的火喉也略嫌不足幸好配料和醬汁也相當不錯重頭戲是泰知味鹽燒海魚一整條烏頭上場絕不欺場淡淡的鹽味已足夠提鮮不需沾醬已經很美味烏頭油份頗多入口油潤是質素極高的泰式燒魚

在灣仔比較多西餐和日本菜,發現在corner 位開了間新的泰式食店,就進去試試看。光線充足,日頭景唔錯,入面仲有好多位,都幾寬敞。Set都幾抵食,照顧到素食人士。Seafood set for 2 $480最吸引!泰知味特色冬蔭公配大頭蝦,兩人份的,湯蠻辣的,不會很酸,充滿海鮮的味道,跟香料配搭得宜,稠濃度適中。蝦真係幾大隻,又有蝦羔,已開邊,肉質仍然很嫩,配料多,仲有菇和車厘茄。泰式素菜春卷脆卜卜,新鮮炸起的,唔係返炸,甜味醬汁係泰式酸梅醬,春卷專用sauce,yummy!馬沙文咖哩煮蟹肉,新鮮蟹拆肉很有質量,很多蔬菜,有西蘭花、椰菜花、薯仔、青紅黃椒、洋蔥、椰菜、蘿蔔,不辣椰味濃,正宗又有特色,在坊間很少見。香茅鹽燒海魚,見到魚腩位放滿香茅、九層塔、檸檬葉,令到魚腩很入味,唔會腥,成條魚肉質嫩滑,少許鹽味已夠,不會死鹹,也不用再蘸sauce,最後把整條煎魚拆骨,通通吃掉。食泰國菜要食返碗泰國絲苗白飯,飯香軟熟。泰式西米糕2件,甜品很精緻,用上小盤子和叉子,椰奶味香,不會很甜,西米Q彈。

酷愛海鮮的我,一見到鐵板蠔仔蛋($108)便雙眼發光。蠔仔粒粒肥美飽滿,味道濃郁,清潔工夫做得妥當,入口無沙;而且份量很多,說得上是物超所值。雞蛋厚身,表面煎得香口,中心仍有豐富蛋汁,完全不乾;廚師還加入點點蔥花添香。墊底的芽菜爽口,能增加一點纖維素。

小妹想吃咖哩,然而對方不能吃辣,這道菜式便能滿足大家要求。紅咖哩椰汁炒蝦球($138)擺盤靚靚,咖哩絲毫不辣反而帶甜,並散發陣陣椰奶香,醬汁多點的話,甚至可以配上油鬆餅或蒜蓉包,現在以西蘭花沾來吃,也很滋味。蝦球經已去殼,沒想像般巨型,但算爽彈,很不錯呢!

肚子早已為甜品預留了空間,斑蘭椰汁千層糕($38)晶瑩碧綠,層次分明;送上時暖暖的,煙韌軟糯但不黏牙,滑度可以再提升一點。除了斑蘭芳香,千層糕還散發微微椰汁味,甜度得宜,確有泰式風情。個人認為成品件頭較大,如果切得細份些,看起來應會更加精緻。

約朋友食飯,今次沒有訂枱,先在她灣仔公司的樓下會合,才一邊傾一邊揾地方,原來在皇后大道東這裡有間泰國餐廳。晚飯時段walk-in 也有位。晚市有套餐,幾抵食,但我們均不太餓,見套餐太豐富,所以就從主餐牌中散叫。我二話不說選了招牌泰式無骨海南雞,可選全隻或半隻,最愛已去骨的海南雞,啖啖肉,雞肉很滑,更欣賞的是店員為我們二人各準備了自己的薑蓉和辣汁,每人一碟,就不怕double dip!咖喱有豬、牛、雞可選,我們選了青咖喱豬,青咖喱有濃濃的椰香,最適合撈飯食!朋友不太吃得辣,但也點了泰式扎肉沙律,微辣的汁,她可以開懷進食!初時我們以為沙律會有很多菜墊底,但竟然全碟都是以扎肉為主的,很抵食!不過朋友堅持想食多一點菜,我們就加點了一個咸魚炒芥蘭,炒菜當然也好味!這裡的店員服務細心,食物的水準也好,坐得舒服,相信於寫字樓區的午市定必很繁忙。

食到7 點發現客人唔多,正常咁有水準既泰國餐館唔會無人,原來餐廳只開業兩個月,仲係良心社企,宣傳唔多,位置又唔算好旺既地帶,難怪唔多人黎,希望佢生意興隆,真係好值得再食。
