我們在樓下牛駅吃飽了,4點到Neway唱歌,原本是2個人唱2個半小時,他跟我們說如果無人可以唔cut唱耐少少,我們入到去就問飲品,正常既,我話唔落住,半個鐘又入黎問落飲品,我朋友落左杯凍檸茶,我叫左杯熱檸水,過多半個鐘多少少,5點零鐘就話Last order,我朋友杯野飲都未飲,佢又叫多左杯,我叫左支水,唱到6點45分,停左啦,我地唱埋首歌已經6點48分,音樂咪聲都Cut晒,我朋友話飲埋杯野就走,6點52分職員入黎,話要走,我話等我朋友飲埋杯野就走,他態度極差咁講,已經好耐啦波,其實只係坐左4分鐘,我唔介意你6點30分cut我,我唔洗你地施捨我地15分鐘,又要咁急趕我地走,其實食完放題真係飲唔落,飲唔到咁快囉,唔講服務,音響都超唔掂、唔怪得無人想係香港消費,服務唔得,質素又唔得 continue reading

5月1帶細佬細妹去旺角創興唱K 慶祝生日當日落住大雨traffic 影響遲咗15分鐘到到咗同個reception講我book咗一點跟住佢劈頭講咗「book左一點而家先到?」唔講以為我返工遲到 定係我去緊軍訓?唱k 遲到要俾人話,要睇你面色本身提早預約係有半價 跟住個reception話個系統已經cancel晒Booking 冇得keep返個優惠。我好好奇問佢 ,之前試過如果夠鐘,但係未到會有人打電話confirm係咪會嚟。個reception答:我哋好多Booking唔會逐個打俾你confirm。如果係我接你Booking嘅話應該會同你講要準時到㗎喎。其實隔住個電話,我唔會知你係邊個…我再問多次咁個優惠係冇得再keep番?reception就表示公司個系統,遲到1分鐘都會自動cancel晒Booking冇辦法keep。咁我就冇再爭辯落去,幾舊水費事同佢嘈。但係呢一個reception,全程服務態度勁差,黑口黑面,講嘢冇尾音,亦都冇magic words。後尾有人帶我哋去房,無論係order嘢飲,定係攞嘢飲入嚟,都係黑口黑面,講嘢冇尾音。去餐廳book枱食飯,都留枱15分鐘,貴公司系統遲1分鐘就cancel晒啲Booking,唔太make sense。難道01分到ge 客人,係後面排緊隊,未serve到ge 話都cancel晒?如果係有咁harsh嘅handling,就應該同個客講遲到1分鐘就會cancel Booking ,建議提早到,提早排定隊。可能啲員工返工返到好攰,但係佢份人工就係pay for providing service? 如果唔鍾意做服務業,咁可以唔返呢份工,但係我俾錢去唱K,都係想have fun 輕鬆吓,而唔係想俾錢嚟俾黎睇你哋員工嘅面色。建議搵神秘客戶黎評下分,同埋改善吓training嘅質素。 continue reading

先總結,絕對唔建議大家嚟!以下係本人的悲痛經歷我哋到場後首先點咗午餐,並打電話詢問係咪可以遲啲先叫飲品,得到可以嘅回覆。然後有一位員工送上午餐,我哋順口問佢可唔可以而家嗌嘢飲,諗住唔使打多次電話。然而,佢嘅態度非常無禮,勁惡咁樣問我哋點解唔打電話嗌?並且翻白眼串我哋。我哋唔知係咪只俾電話點餐,如果係,相信一個有素質受過培育嘅公民可以有禮貌咁樣解釋,而不是似佢咁樣毫無修養咁樣對待顧客。另外插一句,午餐好鬼難食!(難食完全係客觀因素,冇受到侍應影響)之後呢個員工幾次入嚟都係好粗魯放低啲嘢就走,完全冇受過培訓咁,素質低下!理解你返成日工好攰,但呢個唔係你黑面嘅理由,對住我擺面色有咩用?想我降龍十八掌教你做人?但係我覺得你適合打狗棒法多啲喎。(講吓笑)大概過咗一個鐘,我哋嗌咗四杯嘢飲。有一個員工送咗過嚟。幾分鐘之後,先頭我哋講個冇素質嘅員工又送嚟四杯相同嘅嘢飲。我就打電話俾前台同佢哋講送多咗四支嘢飲。跟住佢又入返嚟勁串咁收返晒啲嘢飲。大概又過咗一陣,我嗌咗杯新嘢,佢突然間入嚟問我我哋係咪嗌咗嘢飲,費事又話自己冇嗌到。當時已經係無語到講唔出嘢,我哋已經算好有素質㗎啦,全程冇鬧過你,希望你遇到一個脾氣衰啲㗎啦,得到教訓係你應該嘅。呢次係Neway嘅體驗真係好失望,態度問題相信唔係就得我哋遇到,希望可以加強員工培訓,唔好再發生咁嘅事啦。 continue reading

receptionist同經理態度極為惡劣成晚好無禮貌仲好寸我地初初3個人黎到先 比左間麻雀房咁大嘅房我地之後再黎多3個人 6個人間房迫到坐到腳貼腳張枱唔夠位放野飲食物同玩唔到骰盅要求轉房佢地叫我地嗌酒嘅套餐但嗌完話full晒未轉到住之後佢地叫左經理黎 個經理1入黎話 ‘’你地有咩問題呀?‘’ 我地o晒嘴last call唔同我地講仲淨幾多杯人頭包嘅飲品之後問receptionist就話 ‘’last call左啦喎‘’咁我就問你地同事last call無講 無問我地飲乜咁要1支支嘅水得啦好聲好氣同佢講 但都唔肯比 話“叫經理入黎幫你” continue reading
